Wunderbar Cookies didn’t happen tonight- I ended up with this chocolate cake instead. This is a two-layer affair with chocolate cream cheese filling and frosting and enrobed with toasted chocolate cake crumbs. I’ll garnish this with fresh berries before serving tomorrow.

Breakfast food is the best thing in the world and it is NOT for eating the morning. Breakfast food is for brunch, dinner, and second dinner only. The later it is, the better it tastes. I also don’t consider it to be the next day until you go to sleep and wake up again. What I’m trying to say is that 3am is peak pancake time.
