Lots of fun spelling and writing words with magnets last week. Learning goes step by step ans sometimes progresses are so sudden. Those last month, the younger of these two brothers studying together suddenly got more comfortable with this English langage he couldn’t understand before and is now getting closer to his older brother. Today was the last day for about half of my students. This is the age they change school and stop eikaiwa. But I have a heavy heart. Because I have been teaching some of them for so many years… I couldn’t remember how long but one student told me about 7/8 years ? OMG… other places I teach at, kids graduate in about ¾ years or the classes change each year so it’s sad but it’s not as deep. I am really sad this year, I will miss them.
