Hi! If you cannot do this that is so okay, I know you said there’s not a guarantee on characters, but could you possibly do a Tensei Iida x reader? If not then totally disregard the following lol

Romantic/fluff, reader has a quirk called Photosynthesis that can make plants sentient and move at her will. Storyline follows the two before the Stain incident, where Tensei has a day off of hero duty and spends the day with the reader.

Day Off - Tensei Iida (Pre-Stain)

I groaned as I woke up. I blocked out the Sun out of my eyes before turning over. I arched my back, stretching out my stiff muscles until my back popped.

“Awe, that felt good.” I muttered. I laid back, relaxing my body. I started to doze off when I smelt food cooking. I shot up, holding the blanket to my chest. I finally remembered. “He’s home. It’s his day off!” I threw off the blankets, jumped from the bed, and threw on one of his shirts. I ran out the door and down the hall towards the Kitchen.

“Because you live and breathe. Because you make me believe in myself when nobody else can help.” I heard him singing softly as I approached.

“Tensei!” I exclaimed as I walked in. He turned to me with a big smile. He was shirtless with a pair of sweatpants on, Spatula in hand.

“Good morning sweetheart. Did you forget I had the day off?” I nodded before going over to hug him. He held me close to his chest and I breathed him in deep. He picked me up and set me down on the counter. “I know I work alot but…”

“Nope.” I placed a finger on his lips. “You have a responsibility as Ingenium and I understand. It’s okay.” He smiled before Kissing me. The sweet kiss turned into a slow make out session. He laughs against my lips.

“As much as I love this, baby. I don’t want to burn breakfast.”

“Mmm.” I whined, pulling him into a deep kiss before letting go. He backed up and my arms fell to my lap. He finished up the eggs. I looked up at the hanging planter. I stood up on the counter to get a good look at my herbs. I saw my parsley and waved my hand over it. The green haze fell from my hand and the plant grew. I plucked a couple pieces as Tensei spoke up.

“Alright, it’s all finished but could you…” I looked down at him and he was staring at me. I held out the parsley. “Yeah, that. Thank you.”

“Welcome.” I got down and sat at the bar. He set a plate in front of me before sitting down. We ate while making small talk.

“So what do we want to do today?” He asked while taking the dishes. I went to answer but was cut off by him groaning in pain. He grabbed his shoulder.

“Tensei?”

“It’s alright. I just had a run in with a villian with a nasty punch yesterday. So I’m a little sore.” He smiled back at me.

“Alright, how about a hot bath first?” I cocked my head to the side.

“I could go for that.” He smirked.

A little while later after a long hot bath and a massage he plopped onto the couch. I laughed at his sprawled out position. I waved my hand and the plants by the window shut the curtains. He looked at them before looking back at me.

“I never thought I would have a house full of so many plants. But here we are.”

“And your brother complains about them being overgrown every time he comes over.” I comment. He laughed while opening his arms. I laid down on his chest.

“I try to tell him to relax but he’s so uptight. I have no clue where it comes from.” He shrugs.

“I can think of where. Plus, he is only trying work hard and live up to and be like his older brother. I could only imagine how he was when you told me when he got to be class president.” I said. “I love the kid but damn.”

“Tell me about it.” He chuckles before kissing my head. “But I love him too. And I am so God Damn proud of him. He’s doing so well.”

“Especially with what he and his classmates have already faced.” I added. “He’s going to be an amazing hero someday.”

“Yes.” We sat there in comfortable silence until he perked up. “Did you finish that book we were reading together?”

“No, I was waiting for you.”

“Awesome. Can you possibly… read it to me?” He asked shyly.

“What? Is the great Ingerion not able to read a book?”

“Of course I can!” He exclaimed. “I have a very high reading level, it’s just… I like it when you read to me. The sound of your voice soothes me.” He blushed.

“Alright, cool guy. Let me just find…” I sat up and looked around for the book. I saw it on the top shelf of a bookshelf next to the TV. At the appearance of the green hue around my hand, the vine plant on top of the bookshelf grabbed the book for me. It stretched Across the room to give it to me.

“That always amazes me.” He said. I smiled before patting my lap. He moved and set his head in my lap.

We sat there as I read out loud. It was a long while before we moved from that spot. We moved on from the book to watching some TV. There were a couple lacy make outs mixed in here and there. Before we knew it, it was lunch time.

“Do you wanna order in?” He asked as he got up. I nodded. “What do you wa…” His phone began ringing. He looked at it and groaned.

“Go ahead.” I said as my phone went off too. It was a text from Hawks. “I gotta take of something too.” I called the birdman as he spoke with some of his sidekicks. Luckily, neither of the calls took long.

“I’m gonna order some (F/Food) . Is that okay?”

“Yeah! How about in the meantime… We make my mom’s famous brownie cookies for dessert?” His eyes widened in excitement.

“Yes!” He nodded before swiftly making the call. He pranced over into the kitchen.

“You sure you’re the Oldest?” I asked. He gave me a glare before pulling out ingredients we needed. Baking with him is an adventure. There’s dancing, sampling, messes, and food fights. Let’s just say, when the food came, Tensei’s hair was more white than dark blue.

“He looked at me like I was crazy before I told him we were baking cookies.” I laughed as he set the take out containers down.

“Well you do have flour I mean, everywhere.” He brushed off his clothes while rolling his eyes.

“Who’s fault is that?” I bit my lip and darted my eyes around the room.

“Lilie’s.” I pointed to the Easter Lily in the corner.

“Yeah. Sure.” He came up behind me and took over panning the cookies. I let my arms drop and leant back into him. I turned my head and nuzzled into his neck. He hummed in delight before hugging me tight. “Thank you, Love.”

“For what?”

“You always make my days off amazing.” He said. “I’m always so relaxed and energized for the next day. It’s miraculous. I love you.” He nosed my cheek. I sighed and rubbed my thumbs over his hands.

“I love you too Tensei. I love doing this for you.” I turned and rubbed my nose against his before ghosting my lips over his. Our moment was interrupted by the sound of the oven. Tensei took the cookie sheet and put it in.

“How about we eat?” He asked. I nodded.

“You know, we should send some of the cookies to Tenya. He’s probably really stressed with school and I know how much he likes them.”

3rd POV

Tensei watched and listened to his partner talk about their worries for his brother, for him, and about other things that they were thinking about. He could listen to them talk all day. Hence him asking them to read to him earlier. As he admired them more, his mind went back to the little box he had hidden in the back of his drawers.

Maybe today’s the day… He thought to himself as he got a Kiss on the head. They’re attention made him forget, even for a moment, about the nasty, red eyed murderous villian that has plaguing the hero world.

“I’ve never seen you look this happy,” Shoto’s mother said softly as they swayed together on the dance floor, the song they’d chosen for their mother-son dance ringing in Shoto’s ears.

“I’ve never been this happy,” he agreed. “Our family is finally together without Endeavor’s shadow hanging over us, and I’m finally married to the love of my life. This is the happiest day of my life.”

“Good,” his mother replied, tears threatening in her voice. “Happiness is all I’ve ever wanted for you.” Neither of them spoke again after that, and when the song and their dance came to an end, Shoto’s mother stood up on tiptoe to kiss him on the forehead, then moved to his side, out of his line of sight.

“He’s waiting for you,” she murmured in his ear, turning him to face toward the chairs set up around the edge of the dance floor. There sat Izuku and Inko, side by side, having finished their own mother-son dance not long before. Both wore identical expressions, with beaming smiles and shining eyes. As Shoto and his mother approached, they stood, and when they finally met each other at the edge of the dance floor, Inko pulled Shoto into a rib-crushing hug, with a surprising amount of force considering she only came up to his shoulder.

“Welcome to the family,” she whispered.

“Thank you,” Shoto replied, “but I hope you know that I’ve considered myself part of your family for a long time now.”

“Of course,” Inko said tearfully. “I wouldn’t have it any other way.” Shoto smiled down at her, heart swelling with love for the woman he was thrilled to now call his mother-in-law.

“Mom,” Izuku cut in. “Could I steal my husband for a little bit? I believe we’re owed our first dance.”

“Oh, yes, of course,” Inko replied with a wet sounding laugh. “I’m sorry. Sometimes I forget myself in my old age.”

“It’s okay, Mom,” Izuku said, leaning down to give her a kiss on the cheek before reaching over to take Shoto’s hand in his.

“Are you ready?” he asked softly, emerald eyes locking with heterochromatic ones.

“You know I’d follow you anywhere, and into anything,” Shoto replied. “For better or for worse.”

“Till death do us part,” Izuku answered, leading him out onto the dance floor. They began to move together as the music started, tracing slow circles across the floor while keeping to a waltz step, as Izuku had insisted that anything more complex would inevitably cause him to trip over his own feet. Shoto didn’t care. The complexity or lack thereof of the dance didn’t matter, only who he was doing it with, and he couldn’t have asked for a better partner, in this dance or in life.

With the hand that was held in Izuku’s, Shoto twirled him, and as he reeled him back in, he saw that his eyes were shining with tears and his cheeks were wet with them.

“Why the tears, my love?” he murmured, cupping Izuku’s face between his hand and brushing his tears away with the pads of his thumbs.

“Tears of joy, I promise you,” Izuku replied with a wet laugh, like his mother’s earlier. “This is the happiest day of my life.”

“Mine too,” Shoto agreed.

“Midoriya,” Izuku muttered, apparently to himself. “Shoto Midoriya.” He laughed. “I still can’t quite believe it.” At that, Shoto couldn’t not kiss him, and they finished their dance swaying together while mid lip-lock.

Later, they sat at the sweetheart table, recieving well wishes and congratulations. There were quite a lot of those, as it turned out, from quite a lot of people- All Might, Aizawa and Present Mic, Ururaka, Shinso, and the Bakugos, even Katsuki, who, despite his glowering and grumbling, clearly held true, friendly affection for Izuku and was happy for him, congratulating him by growling, “You two idiots deserve each other,”

Last came Fuyumi and Natsuo, Fuyumi pushing her husband Tensei in his wheelchair while his brother followed in their wake.

“Welcome to the family,” Fuyumi murmured to Izuku, echoing Inko’s sentiment to Shoto from before, letting go of Tensei’s wheelchair to pull Izuku into a hug.

“It’s great to have you,” Natsuo said when they pulled apart, clapping Izuku on the shoulder. Tenya, ever their stiff and formal class rep, despite the fact that they’d all graduated years ago, touched his fists together and bowed to Izuku, saying, “It’s an honor to have you as a brother-in-law.” Izuku beamed at all of them, eyes shining.

“Thank you all so much,” he said. Shoto leaned over and pressed a kiss to his cheek, overcome with joy himself.

“How did I manage to get married before you, Natsu?” he teased, fixing his gaze on his brother. “Didn’t you start dating your girlfriend when I was in high school?”

“Give me a break, you had a head start!” Natsuo exclaimed, playacting at being offended. “You’ve known Izuku for longer than I’ve known my girfriend.”

“I absolutely have not,” Shoto countered. “You two were dating at the beginning of my first year, I’m almost certain.”

“We’ll get here soon, I promise,” Natsuo said with a conspiritorial smile that made Izuku gasp aloud and Fuyumi squeal and immeditately begin pestering Natsuo for details.

After that, the group dispersed, leaving the newlyweds to spend time alone with each other, which they did happily, the crowd and rest of the world falling away until it was just them two. But every time a slow song played, they got up to dance, swaying together in gentle circles, and the night was filled with love and laughter and a joy too great to express.
