Alpha Pt. 3 (Grayson Dolan)

a/n: I think its actually been two years since I wrote the first two parts of alpha but idc I’m actually in college now i feel like I have actual insight on how Mr. Alpha of ATO would act around y/n.

After their date, or forced casual hangout according to y/n, Grayson doesn’t necessarily keep his end of the deal.

y/r/n = your roommate’s name

warning(s): sexual allusions, cussing, drinking

(part one/part two)

When you return home from your, well you’re not actually sure what to call it, with Grayson, your roommate immediately sits up to see your face, looking for any indication of how your night went. She throws her chem textbook to the side and give you a look as to say well?

You close the door behind you before putting your face in your hands and taking a seat at your desk. You keep shaking your head, there is not a chance in hell you have feelings for this boy. The boy who preyed on a freshman at her very first college party. The boy who stalked you around all of your classes, got your phone number and somehow found out all about your life in the span of a week. You keep reminding yourself of the weird and uncomfortable things he’s done to distract you from the way he planned out an entire evening for the two of you, or that he actually helped you find your sister and her friends or how good he looked when the setting sun hit his tan skin in his topless Jeep only hours ago. Jesus, y/n, snap out of it.

“Come on, spill!” Your roommate begs, she had to deal with your ranting about not wanting to go all afternoon, she deserves to at least know how it went. “What did you do? What was he like? How’d he dress? Oh my god did you hook up?”

“Ew, y/r/n, no!” You gasp at her last question. How could she expect you to hookup with someone you hate? “It was fine. We ate dinner in some park then he took me to that neon sign museum. Nothing fancy, he had a shirt on which was a first. He acted nice but I don’t buy it for a second.”

“Neither,” She replies, knowing the boy only from how you’ve described him. “He’s probably just trying to get in your pants so he can bug your sister about it.”

She’s right. You can’t fall into his trap, he has ulterior motive. They always do. You just have to go on and find some boy on your floor to kiss and get him out of your head for good. Every part of you wishes your sister hadn’t broken up with her boyfriend, he would’ve given Grayson a piece of his mind if he knew that he was bothering you. Unfortunately for you and her ex, y/s/n does not like to be tied down and she needed to “have her fun” for her last first semester. You and y/r/n talk for a little while longer, about classes and whatnot, but mostly end up talking about Grayson again.

“We should go to bed.” You finally say, yawning and looking down at your phone screen that read 12:47 am. Your roommate huffs, obviously wanting to hear more about your night with the infamous Alpha Dog of ATO. “Recruitment starts tomorrow, we have to meet our groups at eight in the morning, remember?”

“I know, I know,” She replies, slipping out of her bed so she can gather her things to get ready for bed. You grab you toiletries bag as well and head toward the bathroom with her. “We’re talking about this tomorrow, don’t think I’ve let up.”

Recruitment happens over the span of four days, this weekend and next. It’s a dry rush period so no potential new members can be seen on frat property, giving you a good enough reason to avoid Grayson. Going into recruitment you’re already around ninety-two percent sure you’ll end up in Delta Gamma, just like your sister and your mom. The next few days of recruitment go well, you meet new friends from your rush group who help through the stressful process. Throughout the week you get sporadic texts from none other than Grayson Dolan wishing you luck with those days rounds, giving you unsolicited pointers of where to pref, and telling you that he saw you walking on greek row. You don’t respond to any, hoping he gives up on trying to woo you. So much for leaving you alone after one date. You pref Delta Gamma and Kappa Alpha Theta, but end up ranking DG first, not wanting to end your legacy but also because you felt you fit in most there. It was no surprise when you got a bid. Your sister is over the moon, shrieking over how her biological sister is now her deegster. You still have to get used to the lingo.

You come to find during bid day, which is Space Cowboy themed of course, that your new pledge class will be going out for bid-night with your bid day bigs. You don’t understand half of the things they’re saying to you, the language of sorority girls still lost on you. You’re added to a GroupMe with the new pledges of Alpha Tau Omega, just when you thought you could escape that fraternity as a whole, your bid night is with them. You almost immediately get a text from Grayson.

following in sissy’s steps? see you tonight miss delta gamma, anchor down ;)

What is it with him and these nicknames? You show your sister and she fake gags, saying she can’t believe he’s still texting you after all this time. She still has no idea about last weekend, you intend to keep it that way. When you get back to your dorm, you and your roommate talk all about bid day, she ended up going Kappa. Her bid night was with Phi Gamma Delta, or Fiji. If only you could have been so lucky. She can’t help but snort at the fact that you’re going to ATO tonight, she says it’s the universal pulling you and Dolan together.

Your sister won’t being coming out with you tonight, having a lab tomorrow morning that she simply cannot miss. You’re partly grateful for it, now Grayson can’t let it slip to her that you two went out together. You end up getting ready in the room of a girl of your floor who you met today at bid day, wanting to base your outfit on someone else’s to blend in as much as possible. With the massive group of girls coming into his house, surely he won’t be able to find you. You meet up with your bid day big along with the girl on your floor’s and you all walk toward the ATO house together. You’re nervous, extremely nervous, but you don’t show it. As you near the house, you’re met with the mix of conflicting basses coming from any frat basement on the block. There are a few girls waiting outside the familiar house, and thats when you see it.

Grayson Dolan at the door, personally greeting every single one of your new sisters, his eyes scanning over every single one of the freshman walking into the door, earning him plenty of groans from the older girls. You don’t mean to say anything out loud, but you let an oh god slip. Your bid day big turns to you with a confused look.

“My sisters warned me about him,” You tell her, which is half of the truth. “Real scumbag I’ve heard.”

She just laughs, not even needing to agree with you for you to know she feels the same way about him. The closer you get to the front door, the more your stomach aches. If only you could be in your dorm watching Barbie Mermaidia with your roommate like last night. You try your best to hide within the group you came with, but it’s no use, he has his single file, one over strategy down to a science.

“Hello you.” He greets you with a shit-eating grin. You hope the girls with you don’t catch him singling you out. “I’ll see you inside.”

“Fuck off Dolan,” Your bid day big calls over to him. “She’s not one of your play things.”

She pulls you inside before Grayson can say anything else. Luckily he doesn’t follow the two of you either. She gets you a drink and you socialize with the girls and some of the guys. You’re more focused on making girl friends tonight, as much as you’ve loathed your time at ATO, finding a group of girls to wander around greek row on a Saturday night is and essential part to your freshman year plan. You don’t even realize how drunk you’re getting, you follow your sister’s order to never take a cup from a brother, only ever allowing something you or one of your sisters have mixed to travel down your throat. You recall the words of your sisters earlier in the night, ‘bid night means black out ladies.’ You certainly don’t want to black out, but getting a little tipsy won’t hurt anyone. Toward the middle of the night you’re all dancing, body to body in their packed and sweaty basement. You have to admit, you’re actually kind of having fun. When you feel a pair of hands dig into your hips you don’t even flinch, simply moving your hips along to whatever shitty remix is coming from the massive speakers. You swing yourself around to face the boy and wrap your arms around his neck while his stay on your hips. You don’t recognize him, but from what you can see under the dim colored lights he’s cute. Mostly everyone in ATO is. He gives you a grin, letting one of his hands travel closer toward your ass, you don’t mind it, at least it’s not Grayson.

Grayson. Where is that boy? He said he’d meet you inside and it’s been at least an hour and a half. You don’t know why your mind is suddenly wandering off to Grayson. How he must look right now, definitely shirtless with some stupid phrase painted across his chest. How the sweat from the sheer amount of bodies in the house is probably making his tan skin glisten under the LED lights. How his hands are probably wrapped around a red solo cup so perfectly. You don’t even realize you’re biting your lip until your lips are connected with the boy you’re dancing with. You don’t hesitate to kiss him back, suddenly feeling all hot and bothered after picturing Grayson, wherever he is in this house. Snap out of it. Finding Grayson even remotely attractive would go against everything you stand for, your sister would probably smack your head to make sure there is still a brain in there.

You keep drinking, everything practically going down like water at this point. Your speech is slurring and the room spins around you. You leave the boy you’re dancing with for another drink, finding the stairs to the main floor and gripping onto the handle for dear life. You stumble towards where some boy is pouring a mystery liquid into a cup and stop in front of it. Your new drink is swiftly taken from you and placed back on the table and you’re pulled from the crowd of people.

“How much have you had to drink.” It’s Grayson. He looksso good, you think. He’s shouting over the music for you to answer him. “I’m serious y/n, I need a number.”

You try and do the mental math but the only clear thought in your brain at the moment is how good he looks with his shirt off. You start to count on your fingers but lose track at five so you just shrug. He rolls his eyes, knowing that if anything were to happen to you your sister would beat his ass like it was somehow his fault.

“Why do you care, dad.” You mock him as he tries to think about what he should do with you. “I have to drink this much, I’m in a sos-sorotity you know?”

He can’t help but laugh at the way you’re butchering the words coming out of your mouth, the slurring evident on your tongue. “Okay, miss sorotity, follow me.” He grasps your hand, interlocking your fingers and begins to pull you up another flight of stairs that you’ve never been up. This house is massive. He pulls you into a room and locks the door behind him. Even with the room spinning you can make out a few features. A bed with a white comforter that lies low to the ground, a big frame holding what looks like a yearbook page of girls, and a lava lamp.

“Is this your room?” You ask, leaning up against the wall for some stability. He just nods, fiddling with something in his drawers. “I’m not having, s-sex with you Grayson. You can’t make me.”

“I don’t want to have sex with you, sweetheart.” He mumbles back, pulling an article of clothing out of the open drawer. Once you process what he says all you can think is ouch. He’s fucked practically every girl on at this school, are you so repulsive you’re excluded from the campus wide Grayson Dolan body count? “Oh don’t be sad, I meant I’m not having sex with you tonight, y/n. Contrary to your hilarious nickname you came up with for me the first night we met, I don’t fuck drunk girls.”

You realize you may have said ouch out loud, have you been doing that all night? He’s only telling you this because he’s almost one hundred percent certain you’ll remember none of this in the morning. Between the jungle juice and natty seltzers, the only thoughts in your brain tomorrow will be getting to a toilet bowl immediately. He pulls out a shirt and a pair of boxers and tosses them your way. You don’t catch them, just start stripping your shirt off.

“Jesus, y/n, if I didn’t know any better I’d say you were giving me a little strip tease.” He jokes with you, turning his head away from you, letting you keep at least part of your dignity. “Tell me when you’re done.”

“I can’t put them on, Grayson.” You whine, your drunken brain unable to comprehend how to put on a t shirt. You pick it up off the ground and hold it out for him to grab. “Help me.”

He huffs out and takes the shirt from your hands, he should at least be getting paid for babysitting you like he is. He pulls his shirt over your head and forces your arms through their respective holes. As he’s about to walk away from you again, you put and point at your shoes and jeans. He rolls his eyes and pulls both your shoes and socks of both feet before carefully undoing your zipper and shimmying the fabric off your sweaty legs, then pulling the pair of boxers over your hips. He’s usually taking underwear off girls, not putting a second pair on. His breathe hitches at the oddly intimate moment he’s sharing with you, you won’t remember any of it but he doesn’t usually do this. You suddenly feel very tired, almost collapsing on top of Grayson before he steadies your hips. He pulls back his comforter for you to slide under. You sink into his mattress and smile at your need for a bed being fulfilled. The lights shut off and you hear him unlock and open the door.

“Wait!” You call after him, making him stop in his tracks. “Can you stay?”

“You’re one needy chick when you’re drunk, huh?” He asks, walking back into the room and locking the door behind him again. “You’re lucky you’re pretty, you know that?”

You just give him a cheesy smile, not sure if he can even see you in the dark room, but you don’t care. You hear his shoes hit the ground and the bed dips next to you. You can still hear the music coming from the basement, it’s muffled but you can still make out every word. You roll over to face Grayson and he’s already looking at you.

“What’re you looking at?”

“You.”

A goofy grin graces your lips when he says it. If you were sober you’d probably protest, whack his arm or something, but now you don’t care. You let your index finger drag along his bicep, up over his shoulder and neck, around his face and then boop his nose. You can feel his face shift when he smiles.

“You have a pretty smile,” The words leave your lips before you can even think if it’s an okay thing to say. He lets out a short laugh, finding your drunk self’s inability to filter your thoughts amusing. “You’re handsome, Grayson.”

“You’re drunk, y/n.” He teases you. “You need to stop talking before you say something you regret.”

You whine, faking a pout on your lips. “I think it when I’m not drunk too.”

He can’t contain his smile, pushing a piece of hair that has fallen into your face. “We’ll talk in the morning. Goodnight, y/n.”

You wake up with a pounding headache and no recollection of last night past kissing some boy in the basement of ATO. You rub your eyes, shielding them from the light coming in the large window. Large window? This isn’t your dorm, you’re not in your bed and that is certainly not your roommate passed out next to you.

“Fuck fuck fuck fuck.” You whisper repeatedly as you try your best to slip out of the bed you’re currently in. Your shirt and jeans and shoes are strewn across the floor and your in someone else’s shirt and pants. Underwear is still on, two pairs now which is comforting. In your attempt to sneak out of whoever’s room this is you ram your knee into the dresser beside the door. “Goddamnit!”

Before you can continue gathering your things, the figure that you were just sleeping next to takes in a deep breath and let’s out a loud groan, stretching out his arms. “Y/n?”

You know that voice from anywhere, you’re so fucked. “Grayson?”

He sits up and runs his hands through his hair. The contrast of his tan skins against the white comforter is breathtaking. His hair is going in all different directions but he still looks good, how does he always looks good? His silver chain hangs loose around his neck and falls just belong his collar bone. You genuinely believe, at least physically, he is without flaws.

“Surprised?”

“Obviously I am!” You shout back, hurting your own head in the process. “Oh god, oh fuck, did we?”

“God, no, y/n.” He stops your spiralling. You let out a breath of relief that you didn’t even know you were holding. “You think I would have sex with you if I had any doubt that you would remember it in the morning? No, you were hammered and about to keep drinking and I saw where the situation was going so I room you out of it. End of story.”

“So I changed myself?”

“You were meant to, but you started whining like a three year old that you didn’t know how to put a shirt one.” He replies. You’re not really sure how to feel about it, but it’s better than the alternative. “I put your clothes on and put you to bed.”

You let out a sigh, plopping yourself back onto the bed now that you know who it belongs to. You wish you could remember last night, knowing you probably did and said some things in your drunken state that you’re sure you’ll regret if you ever hear of them. Grayson just looks at you, wondering what’s going on in your mind and thinking about what you said to him last night. How you complimented his smile and called him handsome. He couldn’t get it out of his mind. When you turn your body to face him, he scans your features. Hair a mess from both the dingy basement and the hours of sleep you just got, your mascara has collected under your eyes but you still look pretty.

“Stop looking at me like that.” You pull him from his thoughts of you, he didn’t even realize he was staring. He shakes his head and puts on his signature smirk to prevent you from thinking anything other than that he’s an asshole who’s mind is on girls 24/7. He has a reputation to keep and all.

“Like what?”

“Like you’re about to kiss me or something.”

“You’d like that wouldn’t you.”

“Oh fuck off, Dolan.” You scoff at him before he makes the decision to bring himself just inches from your face. So close that you can feel the warmth from his body. Your first instinct is to touch him somewhere, anywhere, but you don’t act on it. “What are you doing?”

“Just getting a better look,” He replies making your eyes roll. Anytime you think you’re letting yourself fall for him he says something gross. “Do you want me to be doing something?”

“I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“You know exactly what I’m talking about, y/n.”

It’s silent. There’s nothing to say. Your chest is moving up and down at a rapid pace, you’re not sure why you can’t seem to catch your breath but you can’t. His eyes flicker between your and and your lips. Before you can stop yourself you reach your hand to sit on his cheek and inch your body closer to his. The closer you get the more you can feel his hot breathe on your lips and without a second thought you bring your lips to meet his. Your brain is fuzzy and your body feels like it’s on fire but it feels right.

It doesn’t take long for Grayson to kiss you back, he’s actually shocked you gave in given the way you ignored him for weeks. He rolls over so that he can steady himself with him one arm beside you and the other gripping your waist. You can still barely breathe and he notices. He pulls away from you and give you the biggest shit eating grin. “Can believe you gave in.”

“Shut up before I change my mind.”

a/n: Another frat boy imagine I’m sorry I’m obsessed. And there are so many types of frat boys, the possibilities are endless! When you met Ethan, he was constantly getting involved in some shady business with some of his frat brothers. Once you started dating, however, Ethan promised he would put it all behind him. One fateful night will prove that he had not stuck to his word and that gets him into some trouble.

a/n pt.2: This is a draft from two years ago when I was in high school and had never stepped foot in a frat. I have now done so and they’re not like this but for the sake of this story we’ll pretend they are.

y/f/n: your friend’s name

___________

“Are you sure you want to come tonight?” Ethan asks you for the second time. He seemed very hesitant about you coming to his fraternities last party before you both graduate and you couldn’t tell why. Ethan wasn’t a very active member in the frat, but that never stopped you two from going to their events before. “I just think it will be boring.”

“Then why are you going?” You ask, continuing to get ready. This was the last Sigma Chi party you would ever go to as a college student, you were going.

“Well I have to,” He replies. “I’m a brother.”

“Doesn’t that make me a sister in law?” You ask, wiggling your left fingers to him that hold the engagement ring he gave you three months ago. “It’s a family affair, I’m going.”

He sighs and gives up. You were confused why he seemed so against it, but he got in these moods sometimes, it wasn’t really a huge shock.

You two show up to the party and there are already a good amount of people already there. The kid working the door immediately recognizes Ethan and lets you both in. He tells you he’s going to get a drink and that he’ll be back. You find some of your friends from your sorority and start talking with them and you begin to lose track of time. You talk about how sad you are that this is your last Sigma Chi party and how you’re all old and whose going to be in your wedding. You and Ethan both knew that twenty-two was way too young to be married and you didn’t plan on it for another two or three years, but using Ethan’s words, he wanted to tie you down so he put a ring on it.

Nearly forty-five minutes later, you still hadn’t seen Ethan since he went to go get his drink. You weren’t worried though, as it was his last college party as an active frat brother, you let him go off on his own to ‘be with the boys.’

Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, the house was loud, girls were barely wearing any clothes, it was normal. Until the sound of sirens brought everyone to a screeching hault. Out of nowhere. At least ten police officers busted through the door, shouting things you couldn’t understand. You knew you couldn’t get in trouble, you weren’t on anything and you were legally allowed to drink. But, what unfolded before your eyes was perhaps worse than spending a night in prison. Three cops holding Ethan as they guide him down the stairs. Somehow you lock eyes and he just mouths ‘I’m sorry,” and it all hits you.

When you first met Ethan, he was a total pothead. You’re convinced that besides the girls that he would attract to parties, the only reason that Ethan was pledged to the fraternity was because he was most of the brothers’ dealer. Once you started dating, Ethan promised you he was done with all of that after you begged him time and time again to stop selling, you knew that the older he got the worse his consequences would be. So for the past three years he seemed to have left it all behind him, but this scene of the police dragging him outside would imply otherwise.

You run outside after him and start to yell after him.

“Please someone tell me what’s going on,” You beg, but no one would listen to you. “That’s my fiancé please just tell me what you’re taking him away for.”

Finally one of the officers let’s go of Ethan after he is cuffed and turns to you to say, “Under the state of California, he is arrested for the possession of more than one ounce of marijuana as well as for selling marijuana to minors.”

The police car door is still open so you take the chance to talk to him before it’s too late.

“You promised me you were done with this,” You scream at him, but he can’t even bear to look at you. “You promise me Ethan! I told you that nothing good would ever come of this now here you are. I hate you right now Ethan Dolan I really hate you. I would throw this at you if it wasn’t worth three times next months rent!”

With that the door slams shut and that car speeds off while other boys are forced into other cars. You didn’t know what to do, so you sad on the curb and burst into tears. When did Ethan get back into dealing? Did he ever stop? Even worse, Ethan left with his keys in his pocket so you had no way home, and no way to get in if you ever got there.

Your friends take you back to their apartment where you just cry for hours. You were crying because Ethan had been lying to you, but you were also crying because your fiancé was in jail for the night and you couldn’t do anything about it. Luckily for Ethan, his older sister had done well enough that she could pay his bail, but not so lucky for Ethan, he got out before you could get all of your anger out.

“You lied to me.” You say calmly when you pick him up from the police station. “How long have you been lying to me?”

“Y/n, can we please not do this.”

“Oh no, we’re doing this.” You grip the wheel even tighter. “Ethan we are engaged. This isn’t a fling, we’re not dating, you are my fiancéand we don’t keep secrets from each other.”

“I know and I’m sorry,” He says. “You know money has been tight I just needed something to cover us while I pay off your ring.”

“I didn’t fucking need this, Ethan.” You remind him. “I would have said yes if you put a rubber band on my finger and you know that.”

“Well you deserve more than a rubber band.”

“I also deserve the truth.” You spit back. “I’m sleeping at y/f/n’s until I cool off.

He doesn’t say anything in response, he knows he won’t win if he tries to convince you to stay home. It bothered you that he was dealing again, but it bothered you even more that he went directly against his word and lied to you about it for however long he’s been selling again. You didn’t care if he smoked you cared if he was safe and dealing is far from safe.

“Here.” You take off your ring and hand it to him once you’re parked outside of your partner building. “I can’t wear this right now.”

“Y/n please-“

“Take it Ethan.” You snap at him and he takes it.

“I’ll call you?”

“I’ll answer when I get over this.”

a/n: So….it’s been a while. Really sorry I haven’t posted in AGES. School has been very stressful and I’ve been applying to colleges but luckily I’m in one so I have much more time so I’ll try to post more often! After watching today’s video I figured I had to make a part three to my Gray dad series since him with Elle made my heart absolutely melt. You come home from work one afternoon to find Grayson and your daughter in a bit of a pickle, a huge mess in the kitchen, but too much love in a room for a person to fathom.

In part two it was established that your daughter’s name is Olivia Grace just in case anyone was confused.

Part 1/Part 2

––––––––––––––

“Oh boy.” You hear Grayson say over the blasting Christmas music in your kitchen. You can only imagine what that’s in response to. “We’d better clean this up before mommy gets home, huh Livy?”

You don’t hear a response but you’re sure that your now two year old was nodding her head like there is no tomorrow. Olivia got her neatness from you, not so much her dad.

Luckily, with the blasting of All I Want For Christmas Is You, you’re able to spy on the situation unfolding in your kitchen. Flour…everywhere. Pots and pans strewn across the counter and chocolate chips littering the floor.

“Olivia don’t get into anything while I clean, I’ve got my eye on you.” He tells her and she just nods. “Oh gosh, how did we make this big of a mess? We’ve only been baking for like twenty minutes and it looks like a bomb went off in here. I sure hope your mom gives us some time, maybe theres traffic on the highway so we’ll have this place cleaned up before she walks in. We can do it right? Oh who am I kidding you’re going to sit there and stay at me aren’t you? You’re lucky you’re cute Olivia Grace.”

While Grayson frantically wipes the countertops and sweeps the floors, muttering over and over again that you’ll be home any minute, Olivia doesn’t seem to be any help as she wanders around the kitchen, picking up the fallen chocolates. You can’t help but smile at your perfect little family.

Grayson is so focused on cleaning up before you ‘get home’ that he doesn’t notice Olivia walking closer and closer to the oven, and neither do you until you’re shaken out of your trance by the shrill of Olivia screaming.

“Olivia!” You gasp, running towards your daughter, but luckily Grayson had her in his arms and her fingers under cold water. “Oh my baby, I’m so sorry.”

Olivia’s cries don’t stop with the cold water, she just sobs into her dad’s shirt and occasionally screams in pain. You start to panic. Olivia has gotten hurt before but nothing more that a scraped knee or bumped head, an oven burn seemed hospital worthy to you. How could you be so stupid? You watched her walk toward the oven without even thinking that she could get hurt, no good mom would ever do that!

“You’re okay, Daddy’s here.” Grayson hushes her, swaying her from side to side. This snaps you out of your hysteria and while the intention was to calm down Olivia, it alleviates you as well. Once her cries finally cease, you both let out a sigh of relief. “That was scary Livy. But you’re a big girl, right? Doesn’t hurt so bad.”

“Doesn’t hurt so bad.” She repeats, obviously not believing a word she’s saying.

You push her hair out of you face and wipe a tear from her check. You press a kiss onto her forehead and take a deep breath, she’s alright.

“When did you get in?” Grayson asks now that the chaos has settled. “I didn’t hear you.”

“Few minutes ago,” You reply, taking a good look at the kitchen. “Christmas cookies?”

“Liv was insistent on making them for Santa,” He sighs, rubbing his hand up and down her back. “I told her they wouldn’t be nearly as good as when mommy makes it, but she didn’t care!”

Later that evening as Grayson was putting Olivia to bed, you stood in the doorway of her bedroom to hear him talk to her.

“You gave me a real scare there, Livy! Daddy thought he would have had to take you to the hospital. Never ever do that again, okay? If anything were to happen to you, Daddy would never be able to forgive himself!” He says to her while he lays her down in her new “big girl bed.” “I love you so much Livy, I’m just so glad you’re okay. Goodnight my princess, sweet dreams.”

No One (Grayson)

a/n: I went to Rex Orange County a few weeks ago and it was the best experience of my life. He sang No One by Alicia Keys and dedicated it to his girlfriend Thea and I cried so this will be like based off my experience. You, Grayson, Ethan, Emma and James all go to Rex Orange County and when Alex dedicates a song to his girlfriend, Grayson holds his a little closer.

Alex O’Connor is Rex OC for those who are confused. Also sorry I had to add Emma in this, I credit her for my love for rex k bye

I feel like I haven’t done a fluffy cutesy Grayson in a long time so here it it.

________________

“So how excited are you?” Ethan asks you all for the fourth time in the past hour. Instead of allowing them to get the ‘special treatment’ they usually get when attending events, you convinced Grayson, Ethan, Emma and James to buy twenty dollar tickets to Rex Orange County in LA and forced them to come wait in like with you from noon until doors at seven-thirty just like everyone else would have to. At first they though it was a cool idea, but now that they’re living it, they aren’t too happy with their decision.

“Just as excited as we were when you asked ten minutes ago, Ethan.” Emma groans, laying back on the pavement behind her. As most of the people around you had been waiting for hours just like you had, the energy in that parking lot outside of the venue was low. “I’m going to get such a nasty farmers tan.”

“I’m sweating.” James states as if no one else was sweating. “No one told me we’d be outside this whole time.”

There was only an hour until you were allowed into the venue and you couldn’t be more relieved. It became harder and harder to entertain the four of them as the hours ticked by. You played games on your phone and asked random trivia questions, even Uber Eats’d McDonalds.

“You doing okay?” Grayson asks you quietly, knowing if the others heard him they would be happy to tell him how not okay they were. You on the other hand were doing just fine as you had a boyfriend whipped enough to let you lay down with your head in his lap for the past few hours without complaining.

“It’s not me you have to worry about.” You remind him. “Your brother looks like he’s about to bounce off a wall or something.”

The next hour did not fly by, the minutes themselves felt for like hours, but you were finally inside and the seven and a half hour wait became completely worth it once you were able to get a spot right in the front. If anyone didn’t notice the ‘squad’ in line, they sure noticed them now that there were a few hundred smushed against you. Needless to say you took many pictures of their fellow sisters,

“So you mean to tell me I just waited for that long to have to wait another hour?” James asked, visibly annoyed.

“I heard that there is an opener,” Some random girl chimed in. “Rex won’t even be about until nine thirty.”

With that, Ethan let out a very loud and whiny ‘oh my god.’ Grayson then reprimanded him for being a baby and they got into a bit of a tiff. You inhaled sharply through your nose, looked over at Emma who was shaking her head at the two.

“Do I need to separate you two?” You ask, making them immediately shut up. “Because I will.”

“No Mom.” Ethan mocks. “No one needs to be separated.”

This wasn’t the end of their little back and forth, after the opener played and left and you kept yourself from screaming about how hot the drummer was, sorry Gray, they started to bicker yet again.

“Oh my god will you two just shut up.” James snaps at them, he’s already had it with this day and it was obvious he was not going to take much more of those two. “I’m going to flip.”

For everyones sake, you turn you head to look just at Grayson who was position slightly behind you to ‘protect you’ from the mean crowd of fourteen year old girls. You took his face in your hand and forced him to look at you.

“Please do not egg him on.” You beg him, just trying to keep everyone else sane. “He’s already very wired and if you keep pushing he’ll push back. It’ll only be a few minutes before Alex comes out and we’re all okay again just please promise me you’ll last that long.”

He pouts for a minutes before nodding his head.

“Promise.” He says, disappointed that he can’t mess with his brother anymore. You smile and give him a little kiss before turning back around and preparing yourself for what was about to happen. Emma had gotten you turned onto Rex a few months ago and you were absolutely hooked ever since. This was her first time seeing him in concert so she was obviously stoked, the boys were just along for the ride and so that you and Emma weren’t by yourself in Hollywood at midnight, and well James can’t refuse a good night.

Suddenly the lights went down and you grabbed Emma’s hand and started to squeal. Alex came out and began to sing Apricot Princess and all the bickering and tension and stress that filled your little circle melted away as he sang each song even better than you could have ever imagined.

“So I’m going to dedicate this next song to my girlfriend Thea,” Alex announces, making your heart melt. “She’s not here right now and I miss her so, here it goes.”

Grayson give you a little squeeze on your waist and you turn back to smile at him as Alex begins to play the guitar along to a rather familiar tune. No One by Alicia Keys. It felt like everyone in the crowd let out a simultaneous ‘aw.’

Grayson pulled you closer to him and started to serenade you, very out of key, but serenaded you nonetheless with the words that he actually knew. You turned to face him so that you could dance with him because in that moment you realized how lucky you were that neither of you were ever away for that long to achingly miss each other. You couldn’t even imagine if you had been dating Grayson during their tour, you would have been a mess.

No one, no one, no one                                           Can get in the way of what i’m feeling. No one, no one, no one Can get in the way of what I feel for you

The words hit home for you as you and Grayson had to go through a lot to get to the place you are today. With the twin’s popularity, when you two started dating it was not an easy road. Girls leaving nasty comments, on your pictures about how you weren’t pretty enough for Grayson, even leaving you death threats. However, you two powered through because, in the wise words of Alicia Keys, no one could get in the way of what you felt for him.

The whole crowd sang with Alex but you felt like it was just you and Grayson. You tapped his nose with the beat and just smiled. He made you so happy, you couldn’t help but just smile and sing. Better yet, Grayson looked even happier than you did. His smile was so big and bright, it made your heart melt even more than when Alex dedicated the song to Thea. This moment here was the peak of bliss. You just held each other for a while and listened to the sweet sound of Rex behind you.

Because of the noise in the room, you couldn’t hear a single word that the other was saying but you made out exactly what Grayson said once the song ended.

‘I love you so much,’ followed by ‘Can we get food after this?’

Boss Girl (Ethan)

a/n: this is just a little ethan blurb. being the mega boss lady you are, you are extremy busy, keeping you in the office most days to make sure your empire is running smoothly. Ethan doesn’t like how little you’re home these days and makes sure you know it

y/f/i: your first initial

y/m/i: your middle initial

______________

“Mrs. Dolan,” Your secretary calls, popping her head into your office. “Your financial advisor is on line one for you.”

After putting in work every day and night for four years, you have finally built y/f/i y/m/i Enterprises into the empire it is today. With over twenty compounds in the US, a magazine, a successful clothing, shoe, and makeup line, and a best selling memoir, you have taken the world by storm, and it all by your own doing.

While being the boss has its perks, it keeps you from home quite a bit. You don’t have any children, but you do have three dogs and a husband, Ethan, who is more or less a child.

“Tell him my availability this week, I’m sure he wants to set up a meeting.” You tell her, not looking up from your computer. You had to make the cover for a new spread because no one else was capable of doing it. “Thank you Sharifah.”

You continue your work but you’re interrupted by your cell phone ringing. You look down to see Ethan across your screen. The sigh and reject the call. Being married to Ethan for six years has led you to know that when he calls, he doesn’t have an emergency on his hands, he’s just calling to complain about the fact that you aren’t home.

You finish the cover to your spread and move onto your next task. You pull out your planner and start to fill out in the appointments Sharifah made for you and had emailed to you. Just as your adding your lunch date with the scout for Wilhelmina Los Angeles to discuss models for your upcoming clothing launch, your cellphone rings again and you notice you have three messages. All from Ethan.

don’t ignore me

it’s an emergency

i miss you

Ethan is your biggest fan when it comes to your work, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t get upset when you’re gone all day, sometimes seven days a week. You smile but know that you’ll get nothing done if you get into a conversation with Ethan, so you read the messages and turn your phone off.

He was not about to take no for an answer. So, Ethan calls Sharifah and tell her to tell you that the executive manager of your Miami compound was on the phone and needed you right away. Sharifah was hesistant but Ethan can be very persuasive.

“Mrs. Dolan,” Sharifah calls intk your office again. This time you close your planner and look up to Sharifah. “Mila Kaiser, the miami exec, is on line one. She says it’s urgent.”

“Okay thank you Sharifah.” You say and pick up the phone. “This is y/n speaking.”

“Oh thank god it worked.” You hear a very familiar and very not Miami executive manager voice say. “My next move was carrier pigeon.”

“Ethan!” You exclaim. “I told you that I can’t talk when I’m working! We have a huge launch coming soon and I need to prepare.”

“I know I know,” He says, you can hear the guilt in his voice. “I just really missed you, so do the dogs. Coco has been crying all day.”

You sigh and lean back into your chair. You love what you do but you don’t love being away so much.

“I miss you too, E.” You tell him honestly. “I’ll take off early and meet you at El Vez. Six O’Clock, and bring the babies.”

“Oh yes!” You hear him shout and you laugh at his childlike mannerisms. “See you there, boss lady. I love you!”

“I love you too E.” You hang up and start packing up your things. “Sharifah, take the rest of the day, I’m meeting Ethan and the puppies for dinner. I’ll see you tomorrow.”

Being the boss was great, but being with Ethan is even better.

Alpha (Part 2); Grayson

A/N: second part to my frat boy grayson because I got a few requests for more and I’m happy to give it to you. After your brush with ‘The Alpha’ at the ATO party last week, Grayson will not leave you alone until you agree to give him the chance he thinks he deserves. For those of you who watch skam, think Noora and Williams first date okay great!

aggressive asshole play boy frat boy grayson is my weak spot don’t touch me.

Part 1

warning(s): cussing

––––––––––––

Just as you’re about to leave your 8 am, yoy remember you needed to talk to your professor about an assignment that was due. As you make your way down the lecture hall stairs, you hear a whistle come from behind you.

“Up here baby girl!” A voice shouts, making you and your professors heads shoot up yo look at whoever just cat called you. “Miss me?”

“Ignore him.” You say quietly before continuing on to ask your question. Once you drag it out for as long as you can, you brace yourself for another meeting with The Alpha. “So what, are you stalking me now?”

“I told you I wasn’t giving up on you.” He reminds you of the promise he made a little over a week ago. “Wait up, why are you walking so fast.”

“I have things to do.” You lie, you don’t have another class until tomorrow morning, just be doesn’t have to know that. “Goodbye Grayson.”

“I know you’re lying to me.” He shouts, making you stop. “You don’t have another class today.”

“So you are stalking me.”

“Let me tell you something about myself, y/n.” He says, walking closer to you, making you instinctively move back. “I have friends in high places.”

You roll your eyes and walk away, hoping that your curtness shows how uninterested you are in him. But oh, how wrong you were. For the next few days Grayson, without fail, has been waiting outside all of your classes. Doesn’t he have classes to go to?

The next Friday, two weeks after you first met Grayson, you weren’t feeling too well so you texted one of your classmates to give you notes for the class and decided to stay in your dorm.

Avoiding me?

An unknown number. It doesn’t take long for you to realize it’s Grayson, who else would be texting you directly after you were supposed to be leaving class asking if you’re avoiding them.

How did you get this number?

You had no idea who would’ve given him your number, what whoever it was will forever be on your shit list.

Well y/n, remember how I said I have friends in high places? Turns out I have friends in pretty low places too

As if that gave you anything to work with. You audibly groaned before turning onto your side to pout. Your sister was none too pleased when you told her about your stalker.

“It’s disgusting y/n, I hope you see that.” She says in absolute disgust. “You’re a baby. If something is barely legal it’s not right.”

As much as you agreed with the fact that Grayson stalking you was weird and gross, you hated how she kept saying you were a baby. You aren’t. You’re eighteen, a legal adult, for all the law care you could marry Grayson right now and it would be fine. Not that you would ever do that.

“Just be careful around him okay?” She reiterates. “I’m worried about you with him, he goes to very far lengths to get his way.”

You kept that in the back of your mind for the next few days. He’d already gone to one of his ‘friends in high places’ to get your schedule and one of his ‘friends in low places’ to get your number. What’s next? Your address.

“You can’t ignore me forever.” You hear Grayson’s oh so familiar voice as you walk out of your first class on Monday morning. “The more you ignore me the more I’ll want my way.”

A whole year of Grayson waiting outside every classroom for tot, deterring any guy from ever coming up to you. Sounds like torture.

“What do you want?”

“A chance.” He says bluntly, making you scoff. How cheesy. “I mean it, you already have an idea of me in your head and it’s not fair. I’m a person too y/n, don’t I deserve a shot.”

“From what I hear about you,” You begin, narrowing your eyes at him. “You may not even be human, Alpha.”

“See that’s what I mean!” He whines, sounding like a four year old. “You don’t even know me yet you’ll listen to what everyone else says about me.”

“Ifeveryone is saying it, I’m pretty sure it’s true Grayson.”

He lets out a mixture of a sigh and a groan and leans his head back, running his hands through his hair. He’s stressed, you can tell.

“If you really don’t like me that much, why don’t you just give me one chance to get rid of me?” He asks, making you think about it. “Come on, just once. If you still hate me I’ll leave you alone okay?”

You start to weight your options. In no world did Grayson even deserve one chance, but then again, what’s an hour of your life if you’re going to be able to save yourself from hours of him keeping tabs on you for the next nine months. If you’re thinking morally, you’d never go out with Grayson. But logically, to spare yourself from further annoyances down the line, it may be worth it.

“Fine.” You finally crack. “Whatever, one shot.”

“I knew you wouldn’t be able to resist this.” He puts on a sly grin and motions to his body. “It was only a matter of time.”

“You’re a pig.” You spit, walking away before you kill more brain cells talking to him.

“See you soon, Doll face!” He shouts after you, making your face go bright red. Thank god he couldn’t see you. “Wear something hot.”

You did not wear something hot, in fact you did quite the opposite. Two nights later you walked out of your dorm building in leggings and a big sweater, not giving a single care that you were in Los Angeles in September, you were not going to risk showing any skin. You didn’t do your makeup or your hair, you just got out of the shower, threw on the first things you found and left.

It didn’t take long for you to find Grayson, he was leaving against a topless Jeep Wrangler, the ultimate douchebag car in your opinion. He was wearing khaki shorts and a plain navy blue shirt.

“Well don’t you look nice.” He says, finally looking up from his phone. “Let’s go.”

“You better not be taking me back to that disgusting frat house.” You warn him. “Tell me now so I can get out of the car.”

Grayson dramatically gasps and smacks his hand over his heart. “Do you really think so low of me?”

“I don’t think about you at all.” You correct him, which was false. You thought of him, not in the best way thought. “Will you just tell me where we’re going.”

“You’ll just have to find out Ms. y/n,” He says as he starts to drive away from your dorm. “I’m full of surprises.”

And with that you drive, a drive for what feels like hours until you stop in a parking lot of what seems like a park. Without a word, Grayson gets out of the car and opens the backdoor to grab a cooler.

“Coming?” He asks shutting the door. You look at him, and then look away. “Alright, i’ll be over there.”

He walks away from the car and puts a towel on the ground and starts to pull food out of the cooler. He planned a picnic. You were in awe that ‘The Alpha’ could ever put anything like this together. You let out a heavy sign and got out of the car. You sat on the opposite end of the towel and watched him pull everything out.

“I didn’t know what you liked so I brought peanut butter and jelly and chocolate milk.” He tells you, pulling out two seran wrapped sandwiches and bottles on chocolate milk. “If you hate it there’s a McDonalds not too far from here.”

Wow, you think. Where was this version of Grayson when you first met him. You shook your head and told him that you were fine with everything. You two didn’t talk much, but the cars and sounds of people filled the silence. Once you finished, you thought it was time for you both to head home, but Grayson to head home. Before you could get up he stops you.

“You didn’t think this was all I had planned, did you?” He asks and you furrow your eyebrows. “Let me clean this up, then follow me.”

So you did, and he brought you a few blocks away to a seemingly glowing building. The Museum of Neon Art.

“Remember my friend in a low place?” He asks you, and you nod. “They may have told me you liked this kind of stuff.”

“You don’t?” You ask.

“Never really found a reason to check it out I guess,” He replies, looking over at you with a side grin. “But now I do.”

You roll your eyes and walk into the building, Grayson follows and pulls out his wallet to pay your admission fee.

“I am fully capable of paying for myself thank you very much.” You inform him, going to reach for your wallet but he grabs your wrist before you can. You felt how warm his hand was, even after he pulled it away.

“I know you are,” He tells you. “Call me old fashioned but I always pay for a girl on the date.”

“This isn’t a date.” You correct him.

“Yeah okay,” He says with a laugh. “Whatever helps you sleep at night sweetheart.”

“Don’t call me that.” You warn him. You give in and allow him to pay for your ticket and head inside. It’s better than you could have ever dreamed. Everything was just so cool, you felt like you didn’t belong somewhere this amazing. Grayson just followed behind you, didn’t complain about how long you took, just let you take everything in and you appreciated that.

Eventually, you left, not before you dragged Grayson to every sign, but you did leave. You walked back to his car in the dark. The car ride back to campus was quiet other than the radio. You tapped your fingers on the window to the beat of the song and you felt Grayson’s eyes on you.

“What?” You ask him, not looking at him.

“You fidget a lot,” He tells you, letting out a quick chuckle. “It’s cute.”

You didn’t know how to respond to that, so you changed the subject.

“How many girls have you taken there.” You ask, not sure if you really want the answer, but you ask anyway.

“None.” He says almost immediately.

“Bullshit.”

“Swear on my life.” He defends his words. “Look, y/n, I never have to prove myself to girls. They usually just sleep with me, tell their friends, and I never speak to them again. I don’t really date, this is a new thing for me. You are the only girl that I have ever brought to either of those places.”

For some reason you were relieved, unsure if it was because you didn’t want to share that experience with another girl, or because you didn’t want to share Grayson with another girl.

You made it back to campus, much quicker than when you left, and you felt a small pit form in your stomach. It was one time, there was no chance you actually liked Grayson ‘Alpha’ Dolan.

“Thanks for the night,” You speak up after sitting in the car for a few minutes. “I had fun.”

“Yeah,” He sighed. “I’m an excellent date planner.”

Your jaw drops at his incredibly large ego. “Not a date.”

“Okay, maybe this one wasn’t a date.” He puts his hands up. “But the next one definitely will me.”

With yet another eye roll, you get out of the car and slam the door shut but turn around one more time. “Goodnight Grayson.”

“Goodnight, Y/n.”

Stars (Ethan)

A/N: as the summer winds down, you realize you only have a few more weeks until you pack up and move across the country for college, leaving the neighborhood you grew up in behind. One night, after a long, hard conversation with one of your best friends, Ethan, you two sit out and come to terms with the fact that your whole lives are about to change. This is literally just fluff, but best friend fluff.

warning(s): cussing

––––––––––––––––––––

This whole summer has been a summer of goodbyes. Hugs and tears and promises to visit. No matter how sad you were about these goodbyes, you knew one goodbye was going to be the hardest. Since you were four years old you had been neighbors with the Dolan’s. Lisa, Sean, Cameron, Grayson and Ethan. You practically grew up in each other’s back yards. The longest you had been apart was summer camps and family vacations, never nine months and three-thousand miles away. This morning you two finally had the conversation about the fact that your lives would be completely different moving forward. You’d make new friends and the other would have no way of judging if they were good people. You wouldn’t just be a doorbell ring away like you had been for the past fourteen years. You were close with all of the Dolan’s as they were like your second family, but it had always been you and Ethan that were closest. You never knew why you two just gravitated towards each other, but it happened and it stuck.

So there you sat on the stairs to your backyard staring up at the stars looking for some kind of sign that you shouldn’t go. Even if you had found something, your deposit was already in, so theres no real chance that you would have followed through with anything. You hear the gate to your backyard open and you’d be scared if you didn’t know that there was really only one person that opened and walked through that gate.

“I figured you’d be out here.” Ethan says, plopping himself right next to you. “You okay?”

You nod your head without saying a word. This was your spot to go whenever you were sad and Ethan knew that. When your first boyfriend broke up with you, when you found out your mom was sick, when you were rejected from your dream school, you always came out here to cope. For some reason it made you feel better.

“Y/n, we’re going to be okay. A few months isn’t going to erase the fourteen years we’ve spent building up this friendship.” He tells you, slinging his arm around your shoulder. “I know everyone says this but I promise I’ll visit, and we’ll see each other on breaks, and we’ll FaceTime and everything like that. The time difference is a minor detail, we’ll work out a schedule. Its you and me, y/n, theres no chance this will make us different.”

“What if you make friends with really douche-y people and you become one.” You say with a chuckle. “I don’t think I could handle you as a frat boy, E.”

He laughs along with you and leans his head on top of yours.

“Then when I get home wearing a backwards baseball hat, I give you full permission to smack it right off me.” He promises. “I’m sad too, y/n, don’t get me wrong. But I know us too well to think anything will change. Three thousand miles is–wow three thousand miles I don’t think I ever said that out loud. Wow.”

You see his face change as he really realizes how far you’ll be from each other. You laugh and pull him into a hug

“You’re just realizing now that I’ll be across the country?”

“No I’ve known it for a while I just don’t think I processed it.” He replies, with a heavy sigh. He’s a fragile little boy. “You can’t make a new best friend alright, he or she will never compare to me.”

“I know that.” You say very matter-of-factly. “E, like you just said to me, it’s you and me, we’re not going to change.”

“Okay well I don’t even believe half the things I say.” He shouts and you shush him so the whole neighborhood doesn’t hear you. “God, y/n, I don’t know what I’ll do without you. What if I get a really bad haircut and I think its really good.”

“Ethan!” You exclaim. “We’ll see each other, and I’ll still be able to tell you you look like a fucking idiot.”

You’re both quiet for a while, maybe you’re trying to think of the right thing to say but there aren’t really words to make you feel better. There is this impending doom that will come with August twenty-first no matter what you say.

“You know something?” You ask him, and he shifts his head to look at you. “I like to think that theres a star out there that’s fourteen lightyears away that has been shining on us ever since the very first day we met and that will keep shining even after I leave, and will keep shining after we graduate and I move right back here, and when we start out own families way up until the very day that we die, because I plan on dying on the same exact day because I’m not sure if I could go one day on this earth without you E. It’ll be up there no matter what night, no matter how long its been since we’ve seen each other, it’ll be there with all our memories together, because its been us for as long as we’ve known each other.”

Ethan doesn’t say anything back, he just examines the sky and a small smile forms onto his face.

“We’ll be okay.” He says, the he points up to the sky. “That one says so.”

You laugh and give him a hug as a single tear falls from your eye onto is shirt. So from that day on, no matter how long it’s been since you’ve seen each other, no matter how sad you are that you’re not with each other, you look up at the stars and remember that the other is under the same ones. That theres one star out there that has been watching you your whole lives and hasn’t faded yet. All your memories are up there and somehow that bring you both comfort when you’re away .

Alpha (Grayson)

A/N: I think I’m going to start a fraternity series because frat boy!ethan and grayson are my weak spot. You’re a freshman at your school and you’re invited by your sister to come to a frat party with her. You meet Senior, Grayson, and well they don’t call him the Alpha Dog of Alpha Tau Omega for nothing.

y/s/n: your sister’s name

warning(s): drinking, drugs, sexual allusions

–––––––––

“Thanks for bringing me along, y/s/n.” You say to your sister as you get ready with her and her roommates in her apartment for a party at a frat somewhere on campus. “You really didn’t have to.”

“And miss my baby sister’s first college party?” Y/s/n asks. She’s a senior at c/n and was the main reason you decided to go. “Never.”

She even let you borrow her clothes since she and her friends decided your clothes were ‘way too high school.’ Whatever that means.

“Okay, sit down y/n.” Y/s/n’s friend tells you. You do as she says and sit on your sister’s bed. “ATO parties are a really fucking good time, but there are some rules you should follow so you leave the party without being roofied, or worse. One, always have one of us in your sight. You don’t have to be right next to us but close enough that you can tell our names. Two, never take a drink from an ATO boy, they can smell a freshman from a mile away. Only take drinks from us or get one yourself. Three, and probably the most important. No matter what, stay away from Ethan and Grayson Dolan.”

Your sister had told you about the Dolan Twins as a cautionary tale, especially Grayson. He was dangerous, not in a way where he could kill someone, more in the way that no was not part of his vocabulary. He’s very good at luring girls in and making sure no isn’t an option.

“What do they look like?” You ask so you can stay as far away from him as possible.

“Brown hair, brown eyes, pretty basic boy. Grayson is always shirtless with ATO painted somewhere across his body. He calls himself ‘The Alpha Dog of Alpha Tau Omega’ so if you hear anything of the sorts go as far away as possible.” Your sister tells you. “Don’t stress, if we see them near you, we’ll step in. You’ll be okay, act like you belong there and everyone will assume you do and they’ll leave you alone.”

You all pile into an uber XL and make for way to the ATO house. Your nerves started to rise every mile you neared closer to the house. All this talk of the Dolan Twins made your stomach go into knots.

“We’re here. Don’t drink too much or mom and dad will have my head.” Y/s/n begs you before you all get out. Your greeted by a boy at the door asking what sorority you’re with. You get extremely nervous since you’re not in one but your sister just tells him you’re with them. “Come on, I’ll get you something to drink.”

Everyone was going just fine. You only had two really shitty beers that you weren’t really feeling yet, not that you wanted to be feeling them, and no guy had come up to bother you. You found a few girls that were in your hall and talked with them for most of the evening.

Only an hour or so in you start to hear a bunch of guys yell ‘Alpha Dog’ and you begin to panic.

“Oh my god, Grayson Dolan is coming.” One of the girls whispers. “He’s so hot.”

“He’s hot but I heard he’s an absolute dick.” Another chimes in.

“I heard he’s really good in bed.” The third says.

“I heard he doesn’t care if they want to.” You tell them. “My sister told me he’s the king of non-consenting.”

“I prefer Alpha Dog, but I’m kind of liking the new title.” You hear a deep voice say behind you. Your jaw drops and your friends motion for you to turn around. “Grayson Dolan, haven’t seen you around before. Freshman?”

“Um, uh yes.”

“No need to be nervous baby,” He attempts to calm you down, but the cocking of his head and knowing grin do the exact opposite. “They’re all stories.”

You give him a one over, he was really good looking. Tall, dark, and shirtless with ATO painted across his chest. You snap out of your daze and remember what your sister and her friends told her. Where were they? Why weren’t they intervening.

“How about I get you something to drink.” He offers. “You seem tense, we don’t want you to be tense at an ATO party.”

“No, that’s okay.” You tell him, trying to remove yourself from the situation. “I have to drive my sister and her friends home.”

He raises his eyebrow and looks down at your red solo cup before taking it from your and chugging it.

“Liar.” He says, crushing the cup and throwing it behind him. “I don’t like liars, but that pretty face deserves an exception.”

“I’m sorry, I’m just really not interested.” You tell him, backing away from him and accidentally bumping into one of the girls. You forgot they were there.

“Another lie,” He chuckles. “Everyone is interested. You won’t even give me a chance…”

You were not telling him your name, that seemed like too much. He didn’t need to know.

“You don’t need to know,” You spit at him. “I need to go find my sister.”

Just as you’re about to walk away, he grabs your arm and pulls you back.

“No one walks away from me when I’m talking to them.” He growls, making you gasp. “If I help you find your sister will you at least give me ten minutes to change your mind about me.”

“No!” You shout, you didn’t need help finding her.

You walk away again but this time he doesn’t stop you and you’re grateful for that. You look all throughout the party yet you can’t seem to find y/s/n or any of her friends. So much for coming to your rescue if you were approached by Grayson.

“Not as easy as it looks,” You hear a familiar voice say from behind you. “Your sister is y/s/n right? She’s a DG, I know where they go. It’s a big house, without my help it could take you hours.”

“I told you I don’t want your help!” You shout at him. “Go find some other girl to get you off.”

“I’m not going to do that.” He says moving closer to you. “I like a challenge.”

You roll your eyes and before you know it you’re being dragged through the party trying to find your sister. He takes you to a back room where you find your sister and all her friends.

“Oh my god y/n! Leave her alone, Dolan.” Your sister rushes to your side. “I’m so sorry, I forgot about you. Are you okay?”

“What did you tell her about me, y/s/n?” He asks her.

“The truth asshole.” She says matter-of-factly. “She’s a baby Dolan, thats disgusting.”

“She is not a baby.” He argue. You had to agree with him there but you didn’t want to out loud. “Are you a baby, sweetheart?”

Barf. You’d rather him call you by your name at this point.

“She’s a freshman, Grayson.” Y/s/n shouts. “I can’t have you doing to her what you do to every other girl in this house!”

“What do I do to every girl in this house huh?” He steps closer to your sister, letting go of his grip on your wrist. “You’re just pissed because I want to bang your sister and I never wanted to bang you.”

Y/s/n gasps then quickly slaps him across the face. You hold your hands up to your mouth and wait for Grayson to react. To your surprise, he just steps back and begins to walk away.

“This isn’t over,” He says to you as he’s about to pass you. “I can tell you’re worth the fight.”

Theta (Part 2); Ethan

A/N: Part two of my last imagine feat. frat boy!ethan. a lot of developments being made so if you haven’t read part one i’ll have the link right here! After you confront Ethan about his feelings you attempt delve deeper into his mind and break this so well kept frat douchbag reputation.

part one

warning(s): sexual allusions, drinking, juuls?

–––––––––––––––-

“Not even you?” You ask regarding his oh so brave statement that no one should touch you like that. “Because if I remember correctly, you have.”

“I’m not just anyone, y/n.” He leans forward in his seated positions. “None of those scumbags out there deserve you.”

You scoff, knowing at one point or another, he’s been just as bad as one of ‘those scumbags.’

“You’re no angel either, Dolan.” You remind him, crossing your arms over your chest. “You won’t even tell me how you feel about me and you’re expecting me to just give up every guy in here for you?”

“Yes, thats exactly what I expect.” He replies. “And how about you? You’re expecting me to tell you my feelings when I don’t even know if you’ll stop hooking up with every guy in this house?”

“So you’re calling me a slut.”

“No I never said that.”

“Because you should know you’re the farthest I’ve gone with out of all of you.”

“I told you I-” He was about to argue again until he processed what you said. “Really? So you really haven’t put out for a Theta?”

“Oh my god so you do think I’m a slut!” You shout to which he tries to calm you down. “Do not shush me you asshole!”

“That isn’t what I meant y/n!” He tries to reason with you. “I just meant that a lot of guys have said that you’ve had sex with them and I didn’t know what to believe and you never told me otherwise!”

“I’ve heard things about you too Ethan but I don’t believe it!”

“Oh really?” He asks as if he can’t believe someone spread rumors about him. “What have you heard.”

“I’ve heard a very large body count, not all of them consenting but I wouldn’t believe them because I know you Ethan.” You tell him, hoping in your heart that it really isn’t true. “It isn’t true right?”

“Okay, don’t get mad.” He begs quietly, oh my god. He did not have sex with anyone without consent. You have to get out of there. “Not about the consent. I’ve had sex with a lot of girls, but all of them were sober and said yes. You can’t get mad, I’ve heard your body count too!”

“There you go with the slut shaming again!”

“I’m not slut shaming I’m just saying you can’t get mad if I’ve hooked up with a lot of girls if you’ve hooked up with the same amount of guys.” He reiterates, hoping you don’t get more heated. “I don’t care how many guys y/n, I just want it to be me from now on.”

“Ethan, we’ve never hooked up, why are you so adamant about it?”

“Because I-” He stops himself. You get angrier than you were, he can’t just start and stop like that when you’re actually discussing important matters.

“Spit it out Dolan!”

“I was the one that told the guys that you had sex with me so they would back off.” He blurts out, causing your jaw to drop. “Y/n please don’t be mad I was just trying to keep them off of you.”

“How did that work out?” You spit in rage. “Now all the guys in this fucking filthy place think I put out and won’t leave me alone because of it.”

You storm out, knocking the pledge, Chase, who was an ass about you coming in anyway, out of the way and again look for someone to save you from Ethan. You were the maddest you think you could ever with a person.

“Y/n! Wait!” You hear Ethan call after you, grabbing your shoulder. You turn to hit him or something but realize its Grayson. “Whats wrong? Did you talk to him?”

“Oh yeah I talked to him.” You say, obviously pissed off. “He’s the one that made me the slut of this frat.”

“Oh, he told you.”

“You knew!” You shriek. Its like you can’t trust anyone. “Grayson why wouldn’t you tell me! Or tell everyone it wasn’t true.”

“You want to know why he did it?” He asks. You already knew, he wanted you to himself so he told people you banged him and no one else. “It’s not why you think, follow me.”

He brings you up to his and Ethan’s room and sits you down. Usually you wouldn’t be in any of their rooms unless you were making out.

“Okay, it all started when Adam, remember him? Yeah well Adam was talking up a storm about he was going to get you completely trashed at one of our parties and take your Theta virginity. He was all about that, he had to be the one. If a girl already had sex with one of us, he lost interest.” He explained and you already feel bad for snapping at Ethan. “So, Ethan didn’t want Adam to do that because he was like notorious for raping girls, thats why he was kicked out of the frat, he’s in prison. We keep it on the DL. He started telling the guys that you two hooked up and hoped it would get to Adam by the next party so he would stay away from you. It backfired because then the guys thought you put out, but in Ethan’s mind he would have rather every guy in the frat flirt with you and try and get you to sleep with them than have Adam successfully take you to bed.”

You were stunned. You couldn’t say a single thing because you didn’t even know how to feel. Yes, Ethan is still an asshole, but maybe he had good intentions. Yet again, you needed to find him and talk to him.

“I just screamed at him.” You say, still in shock. “I have to go find him.”

You thank Grayson and run down the stairs to find Ethan. When you finally do, he’s leaning against the wall talking to one of the sophomores in Kappa. Your heart drops, you pushed him away, or so you thought, when he sees you, he completely shifts his attention to you. The sophomore moves out of the way with a scoff.

“Grayson told me.” You say once you reach him. “Ethan I had no idea.”

“I didn’t want you to. I didn’t want you to be scared.” He moves closer and closer to you. “I meant it y/n, I’d kick anyones ass that touched you like that.”

“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have assumed anything.” You apologize. “Ethan, I like you.”

“Good,” He replies with a smile, wrapping his arm around your waist. “Because I like you too.”

He leans in and presses his lips to yours, he tasted like beer and mango juul pods but you didn’t mind. It was a familiar place, but you felt completely different. You didn’t want anyone else in the house or the school or really anywhere, at that moment all you wanted was Ethan. Word travels fast, by the next day your house was buzzing with rumors. That you’re dating Ethan, that you lost your Theta virginity, that you stayed the night. Some were true, some weren’t, but you were too caught up in Ethan to care.

Theta (Ethan)

A/N: frat boy!Ethan is here everyone! Basically, you’re in college, you’re in a sorority that fucks with Ethan and Grayson’s fraternity Theta Chi and you’ve been talking to a bunch of the guys in the frat, nothing serious, but then frat boy!Ethan decides he’s had it.

part 2

––––––––––––––––––

Like every other Friday night, your sorority is invited to a Theta Chi house party. Being one of the top Frats on campus, it took you all a good amount of time to get an in, but ever since you began associating with Theta, your ratings have only gone up.

As you and a few of your sisters get out of the uber, you know this party is much bigger than usual. You tell the poor pledge that has to work the door that you’re with Kappa. Freshman year, you used to be terrified of going to Theta parties, but now that you’re talking to practically every other junior in the frat, you never have a dull moment.

“Well if it isn’t the dream girl of Theta Chi.” One of your conquests, Jake, greets you with a red solo in his hand. “Its a twisted tea, I know it’s your favorite.”

This was typical. In no way were you the prettiest in Kappa, not even close, but the girls kept joking around the guys that you put out, which is not true, and they started pining after you ever since.

“Thanks, Jake.” You yell over the music and rest your hand on his bicep. “I’m going to go make my rounds.”

Just after you’re out of Jake’s eyeshot, you throw out the drink he gave you. You’ve kept a rule that you only get drinks for yourself since frat boys aren’t necessarily angels when it comes to sexual assault. You have to keep your whits about you.

You head into the kitchen where there is another pledge, presumably, guarding the entryway. All you wanted was a drink now you have to deal with this little prick telling you ‘Theta only.’ Luckily, you spot Ethan Dolan, a favorite among the Kappas, ripping a juul.

“E!” You shout making his head shoot up. “Tell this kid I can come in.”

He doesn’t say a word, just gestures for me to come in, making the boy move aside. Ethan scoots over to make room for me on the counter.

“What are you drinking?” He asks, shifting to get up and grab me something. “Tea right?”

“Anything Jake isn’t getting me,” You tell him honestly, but still wary of his motives. “Don’t get up, I’m perfectly capable of getting my own drink.”

Ethan gave you his classic ‘whatever’ shrug and went back to trying to do tricks with his juul, it wasn’t working too well.

“I know you’re pretty much the dream girl of theta chi already,” Ethan starts. This should be interesting. “But I don’t know if I want you doing it.”

“Is that right.” You practically snort, as if Ethan had any say over what you did. “And why is that.”

“Because some of the guys in here aren’t great, y/n. I don’t want you to get hurt.”

Yeah, okay.” You say, patting his arm. “You’re such a depressing drunk.

Every year for decades, Theta Chi picks a senior in Kappa to be the ‘Dream Girl of Theta Chi’ and the president of the frat gives her flowers at their first invite. Since you’re not a senior yet, a senior named Brianna reigns as the Dream Girl, but you pretty much already have the crown.

After you’re weird conversation with Ethan, you get out into the living room where girls were sprawled across guys and couches, red solo cups making the floor practically invisible.

“You know, in all the history of y/s/n,” You start to say to one of your sisters after you told her about what Ethan said. “I have never heard a Theta tell a girl she shouldn’t be the dream

girl.”

“And as if Ethan Dolan’s slate is completely clean,” She scoffs. “How did he even become president anyway?”

You really didn’t know the answer to that. You shrugged it off before finding someone to dance with. Not Tommy, not Ethan, definitely not Jake, maybe you could dance with Finley. Just as white as his name suggests and twice as douche-y. Phenomenal kisser though. Your favorite song comes on and you beg Finn to dance with you. He would never decline an offer from you, mostly because he also believes you put out.

Your favorite song comes on and his hands start to wander. You don’t mind it, but you’ll draw the line at under the bra. Your one arm was slung around his neck while the other was draped behind you.

“You wanna come up to my room?” He asks you, uncomfortably close to your face. You absolutely did not. “I’ve heard about you, y/n.”

“Jesus Finn!” You exclaim stepping away from him, you can tell by his face that he realized his mistake. “You heard wrong.”

You walk away from him and try and find someone to talk to as quickly as possible so Finn doesn’t come back. You see Grayson Dolan, Ethan’s twin, by himself against a wall on his phone.

“My dream girl!” He shouts pulling you in for a hug. “I didn’t think I’d see you!”

You were safe with Grayson. He’s been in a fairly serious relationship with a girl in your pledge class since freshman year.

“You won’t believe it, Finn just asked me to go up to his room. I don’t even think he knows my name!”

“One, I can believe it.” He deadpans making you laugh. “Two, he absolutely knows your name. Sheesh, he better hope Ethan doesn’t find out.”

“What? Does the president have to punish rape-y guys?” You ask. It would make sense, your president always has to sit down with girls after they’ve been in a fight with girls from other sororities or frats.

“You could say that.” He drags out, making you very confused. He rolls his eyes and leans up against the wall before clicking his tongue against the roof of his mouth a few times. “Not every president would do it for every girl, if that makes sense.”

It didn’t. It just made you more confused. You narrow your eyes at him, trying to get a read.

“You’re being so cryptic right now.” You tell him, obviously annoyed. “If you want to tell me something just tell me. I’m a big girl, I can take it.”

Grayson looks behind you and purses his lips, he’s looking for someone. He then looks back to you and sighs.

“I didn’t tell you this okay?” He asks, staring you down. You nod your head and hold out your pinky. Even at your age, pinky promises hold quite a bit of value. “Okay, let’s just say Ethan has been pretty vocal about what goes on between the guys and the girls in Kappa. Specifically what goes on between the guys and you.”

“Oh, it’s probably because I’m going to be the dream girl! That’s nothing Gray!”

“You don’t get it do you?” He asks, almost shocked by your ignorance. “Ethan doesn’t want you to be the Dream Girl of Theta Chi, he wants you to be the Dream Girl of Ethan Dolan.”

“What?” You say immediately. It’s not like you’ve never hooked up with Ethan, you’ve been his dream girl at a few of the parties. He’s always been the one to set boundaries and stop before anything gets serious, not you. “Ethan and I have hooked up plenty of times, he’s fine with all the other guys.”

“That’s what he tells you.” Grayson says, trying to push his point. “I’m his twin brother and I share a room with him, y/n. He’s not fine with it.”

You can’t believe what you’re hearing. This is why Ethan always shows up when a guy is getting too close to you. This is why he didn’t want you to be the dream girl. This is why he always lets you in the ‘off limits’ places like the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom. It’s not because he’s the president and you’re the dream girl, it’s because he likes you?

“I-I need to go talk to him.” You tell Grayson and rush off.

“I didn’t tell you!” He reminds you, to which you hold up a thumbs up as you run off.

You couldn’t make up your mind. You like Ethan a lot, but was it as a friend or something more? You loved hanging out with him and he’s by far the best looking of all the juniors, and you’ve gone the farthest with him, but does that mean you actually like him. As you search for him, you see plenty of guys that look just like him but they’re not Ethan. You head back to the kitchen where a different pledge is standing and you try to look around him but he won’t budge.

“Theta only, girly.” He says with a smirk. “You’ll have to find someone to get you a drink.”

“Oh fuck off, is Ethan in there?” You ask and he doesn’t even turn around to look before he says no. “You didn’t even check!”

“I told you. Theta. Only.” He drags out the only as if he has some kind of authority. “Hey, you’re y/n right? I’ve heard some wild things about you.”

“That’s enough, Chase.” You hear Ethan demand. “Let her in.”

“But Eth-“

“I know what I told you, but now I’m telling you to let her in and shut the door. ” He hisses at him, obviously growing impatient. When you get to him, one of his hands clutches your arm. “Are you okay? Jake told me what Finn did.”

You could see his anger grow as grow once he said Finn’s name.

“Is it true?” You ask him, realising that he has no idea what you’re talking about by the look on his face. “Is it true that you monitor them around me? Is that why there’s always someone to get me at the door or someone that tells you what I’m doing.”

“I-I,” He stutters, you can tell by the redness coming through on his cheeks that he is obviously caught of guard. “Y/n I’m sorry you just have to understand that I hear what the guys say about you and I couldn’t just stand by and let it happen so I had to find someone to look after you so someone like Finn wouldn’t take advantage of you. I’m sorry that probably makes you uncomfortable I just-“

“So then it’s all true.” You cut off his rambling to save his breath. He again cocks his head to the side. “You likeme?”

He starts moving his mouth but nothing comes out.

“I’d beat the shit out of anyone that put a hand on you.” He says, not really answering your question. “I already gave it to Finn, I’d do it again. No one should touch you like that.”

“Not even you?”

A/N: This is based off the song Guys My Age by Hey Violet. Basically, Grayson is two or three years older than you and is much more mature and experienced than the college guys you hang around and you want to get to know him more.

––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

“Well,” Y/f/n sighs as you both practically drop into her car. “That wasn’t a terrible time!”

You just look at her and without even saying anything you know she knows what you’re thinking. Yet another frat party that ends in someone deciding to snort cocaine with a one hundred dollar bill after they finish their bottle of fancy whiskey. That’s the issue with going to school so close to The Hills, big money means no concept of cost or consequences.

“Can we go to the bar, I didn’t have nearly enough to drink?” You ask, hoping y/f/n doesn’t mind you getting trashed while she’s the DD. She sighs and contemplates her options. “Please!”

“Fine, we’ll go to Kelly’s, but can we please leave by one?” She gives in and starts her car. Once you make the five minute drive to the classic college dive bar, this one just tends to have much wealthier customers. “Who the hell has a Porsche and willingly goes to Kelly’s?”

“Daddy went nuts for someones birthday gift.” You muse. No one over the age of twenty-two goes to Kelly’s, so a college student having a Porsche blows your mind. You walk into the bar and see one of your only real guy friends, Julian, is working. You have other guy friends but they’ve all made insinuations that they want to be more than that. You wouldn’t mind it if they all didn’t act like they were still seventeen, guys your age are pretty overrated to be honest. Overrate, immature and inexperienced. “Juju, can I just get a vodka soda? Thanks.”

Halfway into your second drink you notice a swarm of girls surrounding one table and you assume its one of the football or basketball players, they usually draw a crowd. To your surprise, a guy with a button emerges from the crowd and walks over to the bar.

“You look like you’re having a rough night.” You muster up the courage to say as y/f/n just drools. “Julian, whatever he’s having is on me.”

“Oh, thanks.” He says, sounding surprised. “I’ve never had a girl pay for my drink before, it’s always me paying. I’m Grayson.”

“Y/n. Nice to meet you.” You introduce yourself. After nearly a half hour, you, Grayson, y/f/n and Julian are immersed in a very deep conversation about the current political state of the country. “What year are you anyway?”

“I’m actually out of college, have been for three years now.” He tells you which immediately peaks your interest. No wonder he seemed so mature, he was compared to the guys you’re used to. “I’m shocked that you’re still in school, you seem much older.”

“What do you do with all that free time?” You ask, leaning onto your elbows which were coincidentally closer to Grayson. At that point, y/f/n and Julian had already started on a new topic on their own.

“Well, I don’t have much free time. People do get jobs after college.” He says with a hardy chuckle. “But with the free time I have right now I’m talking to a very pretty girl at a bar.”

“Do you want to get out of here?” You boldly ask him. Even though you’d only just met Grayson, it felt like you’ve known him for years. He bites his lip and slowly nods his head yes. “y/f/n, you can head out whenever you want. I think I’m going to hang out with Grayson a little longer.”

She does a little dance but you stop her before Grayson can see. ‘Get It!’ she mouthes before giving you a hug goodbye. “Be safe, okay?”

You follow Grayson out the door and into the parking lot. ‘I wonder which car is his.’ you think. Your question is answered once he unlocks the black Porsche you were gawking just a few hours before.

“You’re kidding.” Your jaw drops making Grayson stop to look back at you. “This is not your car.”

“Oh yeah, I’ve been saving since I was sixteen.” He tells you as he opens your door for you. “It’s been a dream of mine forever.”

Let’s recap: This boy, or man really, is three years out of college, he’s a gentleman who has a job, ambitions and a ninety-thousand dollar car that he’s been saving up for for like ten years. Oh and he’s gorgeous, things could not be any more perfect in your book. You drove for twenty minutes before entering a sort of gated community with a guard and everything. ‘Holy shit.’ you think, ‘He lives in the Hidden Hills.’

“Not to sound rude,” You start, careful of what you say next. “But you could have told me you were rich.”

“I could of, but then you would have treated me like all those other girls at the bar.” He says showing his pass to the guard. “Even if it was only for a few minutes, you can say you knew me before I had money.”

“You’re much different than guys my age.” You say, not really meaning to.

“What’s that supposed to mean?” He asks along with another chuckle.

“Guys my age are so immature and selfish and don’t even care about whats going on in the world. But you, you’re mature and a gentleman and ambitious and you seem-” You stop yourself before you embarrass yourself. You were going to say he seems experienced, in a lot of ways.

“I seem?” He prompts you to finish your thought. By the look on his face, you have a feeling he already knows what you’re going to say. He steps closer to you and grabs one of your hands. “You’re pretty sick of college guys huh?”

“You could say that.” You say breathlessly, flickering your eyes from his lips to his eyes.

“You want to know how a real man would touch you.” He’s basically just taking the words out of your mouth at this point. “I’ll show you.”

Without hesitation you press your lips to his and well…you can guess what happened next. Needless to say that was not the last time you would see Grayson.

Was It Right? (Ethan)

A/N: After you and Ethan break up, your fans beg for an explanation. The meeting after being apart for so long makes you both wonder whether or not you made the right decision.

y/s/n: your ship name

Warnings: Cussing

–––––––––––––––––––––

You and Ethan broke up a little over four months ago. Nothing big happened, there was no cheating or major fights, you two just eventually grew apart. With both of you having a pretty significant following on social media, it didn’t take long for your fans to figure it out. Between the lack of each other’s presence in Instagram pictures and youtube videos and the decline in tweets about each other, it only took a few days for rumors to spread.

Given the fact that you and Ethan decided to make your relationship so public, everyone wanted an explanation. With both of your comments and twitter mentions filled with things like ‘we want answers!’and ‘#bringbacky/s/n’ you both knew you needed to give them something. After really talking for the first time in weeks, you decided on making a video explaining why you ended things.

if David and Liza can do it why can’t we?

Now, four months later, you sat in front of a camera with your former boyfriend trying to figure out exactly what you were going to say. You eventually turned the camera on and began to explain everything.

“Whats up guys.” You say, not in your usual tone of voice, probably because you  were dreading making this video. “As you can see, I’m here with Ethan Dolan. For those of you who don’t know, Ethan and I were together for what? Two years? Yeah two years and we actually decided to end things about four months ago. You guys, being the sleuths you are, figured it out pretty quickly and kept asking us for an explanation so we’re here to give that do you.”

So you two went on for next ten-ish minutes explaining how it wasn’t either of your faults and that there was no cheating or anything malicious, just that you two grew apart and thought it would be better if you ended things. You did most of the talking, Ethan wasn’t very vocal, you can understand why though. It was a mutual decision, but one that you brought up first.

“That was kind of exhausting.” You sigh out once you turn off the camera. Ethan doesn’t say anything in response, just nods his head. “Come on Ethan, you’ve barely said anything since you got here. What’s your deal?”

“Sorry I’m not as comfortable talking about this as you are.” He mutters, not even bothering to look at you.

“You think I’m comfortable with this? Sitting down with my ex-boyfriend explaining to the world why we broke up?” You ask, trying to get him to look you in the eye. “For fucks sake Ethan this happened to both of us, not just you.”

“You’re right, I’m sorry.” He apologizes, finally looking at you with his sad brown eyes. You sit in silence for a little while. Just as you’re about to get up to put things away and hopefully see him out, he stops you. “Y/n, wait.”

You stop and turn around to face him, waiting for him to say whatever he has to say.

“Do you ever wonder if we made the right choice?” He asks. “Like if splitting up was really a good idea?”

You sigh and sit right back down next to him.

“For the first couple of weeks yeah, of course I did. You were in my life for two years E, and then one day you just weren’t. I stopped thinking about it because I knew the ‘what ifs’ wouldn’t get me anywhere.” You tell him honestly and you see any glimmer of hope that was in his face fade away. “We’re better now Ethan, we’re better as friends.”

You get up a second time but he suddenly grabs your wrist, pulls you back down and presses his lips to yours. You’re tense at first but the familiarity gets the best of you. Just one kiss turns into a messy make out and you two are right back to a place you’ve been many times before.

It feels good to be there but thoughts start to creep into your head. There’s a reason you and Ethan broke up, you just made a video about it. You felt like you were betraying your own emotions by getting involved with him again. Just because you missed each other doesn’t mean you should be together again. You’d barely seen each other since you broke it off, how can you rush back into things so soon.

You know Ethan wants to go further as he starts to tug up on your shirt to take it off. Your thoughts get the best of the situation and you pull away from him and move as far back as you can.

“We can’t” You say simply, keeping your distance from him. “We can’t do this Ethan.”

“Sure we can. What we had was good, y/n. It killed me to see us throw it away like we did, can’t we just try again?” He begs, inching closer toward you. “Don’t you miss the way we used to be.”

“Just because you miss something doesn’t mean your life would be better if it was back.” You tell him, hoping he doesn’t come any closer. “Ethan, this is the first time we’ve talked in weeks. I can’t just go back to you like nothing happened. I don’t even know if I want to get back together, can’t we just think about it? Take a breath, see what it’s like as friends.”

He flops back into his seat and stares at the ceiling. You know you’ve disappointed him but you’d be disappointing yourself if you went back to him like nothing has changed.

“Friends, huh?” He muses, lifting his eyebrows. “I never imagined being just friends with you-”

“Ethan.” You interrupt him hoping to stop zany more scheming that may go on.

“Let me finish! I never imagined being just friends with you, but if it’s my only shot at getting you back some day, I’m willing to try.” He switches his gaze from the ceiling to your eyes with a weak smile.

“Friends?” You ask, holding out your hand.

“Friends.” He replies shaking your hand. “Alright I need to get out of here, see you later pal.”

“I look forward to it, amigo.

With that, he leaves and shuts your door behind him. While you’re editing the video, you see so clearly that he’s holding himself back, but now you know exactly why. Once it’s uploading the comments are flooded with ‘he still loves her!’and ‘you need to get back together!’ While you’re dead set on taking it one step at a time, it was good having Ethan back in your life, even if it meant just as friends.

A/N: Part two of the Grayson ~Daddy~ story. get your minds out of the gutter. You wake up in the middle of the night to extremely painful contractions and your water broken. It was early but it was time. After nine months you and Grayson finally become parents

________________________

After 37 weeks of growing a human in your stomach you’ve just about had it. You’re completely ready to have this baby any day now, your hospital bag packed, car seat all set up in the back of your new ‘mom-car’. At least you thought you were completely ready, because once you felt a rush of fluid run down your legs in the middle of the night, all you could think was fuck.

“Grayson.” You whisper, not moving from your spot, completely terrified at what just happened. “Grayson wake up.”

You start to nudge Grayson with your elbow praying to god he’ll wake up. He mumbles an incoherent ‘what’ but you keep nudging him to make sure he’s reallyawake.

“I’m up, I’m up.” He rests up on his elbows, you can tell from his sudden jolt that he also feels that the bed is wet. “Y/n, what the fuck is going on.”

“Grayson I don’t know if I peed or if my water just broke.” You tell him, while embarrassing it is completely true. Like clockwork, you feel a pain in your abdomen like you’ve never felt before. Sure you’ve had Braxton Hicks contractions earlier your pregnancy, but they were nothing compared to this. “Oh my god definitely a contraction, Grayson holy shit this baby’s coming.”

Without a word Grayson rushes out of bed and into your closet to retrieve your hospital bad and to throw a shirt on.

“Do you want to change before we go or do you just want to go?” He asks holding a change of clothes. At this point you just wanted to get this baby out of you.

“Grayson it’s three in the morning, we’re going to the hospital.” You tell him, gripping, still in the same place as you’ve been. “I need help, I can’t get up.”

Grayson slings your hospital bag over shoulder and grabs your hands to help you up. He holds your sides as you make your way through the apartment and out to the elevator. Once you’re finally at the car, you’re hit with another contraction. You’ve timed that they’re five minutes apart. The entire car ride you’re screaming bloody murder while Grayson simultaneously lets you squeeze his hand for dear life and tries to focus on the road.

“Babe, listen, once this is over we’ll have a baby! It’ll be so great and worth it and you’ll be so happy!” He tries to cheer you up but it only makes you more irritated.

“Easy for you to say.” You force out through excruciating pain. “You did this to me and you don’t have to feel any of it.”

After what feels like a lifetime you finally make it to the emergency room their Grayson helps you waddle in. Almost immediately there are nurses at your side who put you in a wheel chair and get you to a room. The nurse informs you that your doctor is on her way to check on your progress. In the meantime nurses pop in and out to check how dilated you are. By an hour in you’ve eaten about eight cups of ice chips, you’re only eight centimeters dilated and the contractions have become exhausting.

The hours tick by like days, every second becoming harder and harder to bear. Your doctor finally arrives with a giant yoga ball in her hand.

“It’s a birthing ball, it should held you progress faster.” She tells you, which is all you needed to hear to get out of the bed. Grayson was pacing around the room, just as nervous as you are.

Nearly fours hours later, after many calls to your mom, rolls on the birthing ball and begging Grayson to play Thomas Rhett, you were fully dilated and ready to get this baby the hell out of you.

“You can do this baby it’s not long now, you just have to push.” Grayson encourages you you grip his hands. “Breathe with me okay.”

Just as another contraction come along your doctor tells you to push like hell and you know that you have to in order to meet your baby. You scream like you never have before to push your baby out. After only ten or so minutes of pushing, your baby is out.

“Congratulations!” Your doctor finally says holding, your baby as she cuts the umbilical chord. “You have a perfect baby girl.”

You break down in a sob once you hear this. A little girl. You and Grayson always said you didn’t care what your baby was, but you were both secretly hoping for a girl. Your doctor places her on your chest and you immediately fall in love with her, she’s yours. You look over to Grayson who has a tear in his eye which you’ve practically never seen before.

“She’s so perfect.” You whisper to Grayson who hasn’t taken his eyes off your little girl. “I’ve never seen someone so beautiful.”

“Does she have a name?” Your doctor asks, wiping her forehead.

You look to Grayson with a smile. You’d had your names picked out since you were only five months, but you were waiting to meet your baby to know if it fit them. If you were going to have a boy he would have been called Benjamin Sean Dolan, but that name would have to be saved for another time. The second you looked at your baby girl you knew your name fit her perfectly.

“Her name is Olivia Grace.” You tell her, unable to look away from your daughter.

“A beautiful name for a beautiful little girl.” She says just before she turns toward the door. “Congratulations again.”

Hours later, you’ve decided to let yourself rest after your very long night. As you just start to wake up from your nap, you hear Grayson in the chair next to your bed holding your daughter.

“Hi Olivia. I’m your dad.” He says quietly, hoping he doesn’t wake you. “I know you’ve probably gotten to know your mom pretty well huh? I’ve talked to you a lot but I’m not sure that you could hear me so well. You’re the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen in my life, well besides your mom of course. I can’t wait to know all about you, I know you’ll be the best baby there is. Don’t be so hard on your mom and I, we’re knew to this whole parenting thing. I know you won’t give us too much of a fuss, you’re already perfect. Know that no matter what your mom and I will always be here for you to protect you from any danger in the world. We never, ever want you to get hurt. As your daddy it’s my duty to protect you from boys too, I’m setting the rule now that you’re not allowed to date until you’re thirty. Maybe we should send you to an all girl school to make sure you don’t even have the chance to talk to any boys.”

With those words, Olivia begins to cry as if she knows what Grayson is saying to her.

“Shh, shh. Don’t cry, daddy’s here.” Grayson begins to sway his arms back and forth. “Don’t want up your mom, she’s had a pretty rough night with you little one. I know she thinks it’s worth it though. Can you blame her? You’re the cutest baby in the world. I love you more than you’ll ever know Princess Olivia. Hey, that has a pretty good ring to it, huh? Maybe we can put that in your nursery when we finally decorate it. I can’t wait for the world to meet you Olivia Grace, they’re going to love you.”

Your turn over to face Grayson and Olivia and can’t help but smile.

“Sorry did the crying wake you?” He asks. “I tried to stop it as fast as I could, I was talking about boyfriends and boom! Tears. I guess thats a preview for the next eighteen years.”

“No she didn’t wake me.” You tell him through your laughter. “Bring her over here.”

He stands up and walks Olivia over to lay in your arms.

“She’s pretty great.” You say staring at your daughter, still stunned that this is your baby. “I can’t believe she’s ours.”

“I know it’s crazy, we’ve been preparing for her for so long and now she’s here.” Grayson agrees with you, crouching down to get a better look at her. “You think we’ll be good parents?”

“I think we’ll be awesome parents,” You tell him, still unsure of it yourself, but hoping that you can fake it. “Whatever happen we’re in it together, all three of us. Right little Liv, all together. Because we all love each other no matter what.”

With that, your new life with your husband and your daughter began. There would be plenty of twists and turns but you never went back on your words. You three were in it together, for life.

A/N: Sorry I’m the literal woat and haven’t posted in MONTHS I’m hoping to get back into a schedule now that its summer! Basically this concept was requested where there is a pretty significant age gap between you and Ethan and him being legally allowed to do things causes you to follow along in some things you probably shouldn’t do.

Disclaimer: Ethan is aged up in this, we’ll make him 21 for the sake of the story, and you’re graduating high school so its almost nice and legal!

“Ethan!” You shout to your boyfriend from your bedroom. Ethan was currently sitting in your living room waiting for you to finish getting ready so the two of you could go to a party with his friends. “Are you sure I have to go?”

There’s a few moments of silence which means he was thinking, giving you hope that maybe you wouldn’t have to go. Your parents were out of town but for perhaps the first time in your life you desperately wished they were home as they would never allow you to go to a party with Ethan’s friends. They have enough of a hard time processing the fact that you’re dating someone who can legally do a lot of the things you couldn’t, but a party with more people ‘like Ethan,’ would really be pushing it.

“I mean…” He shouts back before pausing again. “I guess you don’t have to, but I’d really like it if you came.”

You sigh and roll your eyes. It’s not that you didn’t want to hang out with Ethan, it’s just that you’ve never really vibed with his friends. They look at you like a little kid because you just graduated high school while most of them are almost out of college.

“Okay, I’m ready.” You sigh once you finally met Ethan in the living room. “We won’t stay long, right?”

He shakes his head and grabs your hands so you two can leave before you change your mind. When you arrive at Ethan’s friend Vic’s house, you realize this is going to be nothing like the parties you’re used to. There were no drunk teenagers passed out on the lawn or noise complaint worthy sounds being emitted from the house, just a house full of people holding real wine and beer glasses.

Little did you know, everyone in that house still had a little high school in them, because by eleven thirty, this college party was exactly like you imagined it to be.

“Y/n!” You hear Ethan call your name as you fill your cup at the keg. “Come skinny dipping with us!”

“Absolutely not.” You tell him. While you’re slightly more comfortable than you were when you arrived, there was no chance you were going to strip in front of all these people. “Ethan I thought you said we weren’t going to be here long.”

“Come on babe, let loose.” You can smell the alcohol on his breath. “You need something much stronger than whatever shit is in this keg. Come on I’ll get you the good stuff.”

Ethan was rarely like this. Whenever you went to parties together he would closely monitor everything that went into your body and made sure you never had too much. You had to admit it was good to see E acting like the kid he is.

A few drinks later, Ethan was absolutely shit faced and you were well on your way to inebriation. He grabbed your hand and you ran behind him out to the back where mostly everyone was in the pool. Without hesitation Ethan pulled his shirt off and waited for you to do the same.

“L-listen y/n. You’re coming in with me with or without clothes on. Your choice.” He slurs on his words, the last few drinks you had made going swimming look like a lot better of an idea than before. “Ten. Nine. Eight-”

“Okay fine!” You took of your shirt and jeans just before Ethan throws you over his shoulder and jumped into the warm water. “Ethan!”

Not even twenty minutes later, Ethan was itching to leave the party he so desperately wanted you to come to. Of course, it was finally when you were having some fun.

“Have you ever thought of getting a tattoo?” Ethan asks, running his finger just under your bra. “It’d be so sexy of you got one here. Wait, y/n. Let’s go get tattoos.”

As stated before, stupid ideas looked a ton better in your mind after your last couple of drinks. You started to claps your hands and Ethan through you over his shoulder again so you could get out of the pool. You somehow found the clothes you threw before you jumps in and stumbled into the house.

“Let me call Grayson, he’ll take us.” He held onto the counter for dear life as he pressed Grayson’s name on his phone. “Gray! No I’m not drunk! Okay, maybe a little. Y/n and I want to get tattoos can you take us. I am so responsible, I’m calling you instead of driving aren’t I? Sweet see you in a few.”

You squealed and jumped up and down at the thought of getting a tattoo. You were turning eighteen in a few weeks so it wasn’t a huge deal, but the fact that you were about to probably illegally get a tattoo made you are tingly inside, but that may also be the vodka.

“Come of you two.” Grayson bursts into the kitchen, grabbing you both by the wrist and out the door. “I’m not saying this is a good idea but this is going to make for such a good story.”

Ethan and Grayson had a friend that would do your tattoo even though you were underaged, another perk of Ethan being older than you. Once you got to the studio it was obviously closed, but Grayson snuck you both into the back of the shop where their friend had everything set up for you two.

“I never give tattoos to drunk kids, but for you, I make exceptions.” The artist said starting up his machine. “Ever gotten a tattoo pretty lady?”

“Watch it.” Ethan slurred once again, but not really being able to move much. “Only I can call her a pretty lady.”

“Nope,” you completely ignore Ethan. “First one.”

Ethan moves next to you as you lay in the chair, lifts your shirt and points to the place where he thinks you should get your tattoo.

“Put something cool right here.” Ethan tells the tattoo artist and he just nods. You can’t really feel much as the vodka numbed your whole body, the only thing you could feel was the intense nausea that you held in. The rest of the night all blurred together.

The next morning you woke up to Ethan snoring rather loudly and your left rib feeling rather sore. You suddenly remember everything that happened the night before. Drinking far too much, swimming in your underwear and getting a very illegal tattoo. You rush over to a mirror and lift your shirt to see a small rose on your left rib. You sigh in relief as it actually looked a lot better than you thought it would.

“You have loud feet.” Ethan grumbles from behind you. “What are you — oh. Oh my god I let you get a tattoo, did I sign for you? Fuck this is so bad.”

“I like it.” You say, not looking away from your new ink. “What’d you get?”

He sighs before pushing the covers off of him to reveal the small tattoo, also on his left rib. It was a small y/f/iin cursive.

“You better hope we stay together.” You jokingly tell him before jumping back into bed with Ethan. “Kidding, I like it. But, remind me to never agree to go to a party with you ever again. We do way too many things we shouldn’t do.”

“Agreed.”

A/N: This is the closest y’all are getting to a smut so enjoy it while you can. The morning after you and Gray had a bit of ~fun~ he texts you a picture of how you left him.

y/f/n: your friend’s name

******Sorry the edit kinda sucks sis is NOT an editor

–––––––––––––

You left Grayson’s early that morning as you promised your best friend you would go out to breakfast with her. Once you arrived y/f/n made you very aware of the marks Grayson left on you last night and would not let you live them down.

“Jesus y/n, is Grayson a vampire?” Y/f/n asks looking at you neck. “How did you not notice them before you left?”

“Don’t know.” You shrug, trying to continue you your breakfast. “I was in a rush I guess.”

“I didn’t think you two were into that.” She muses. “You leave any on him?”

The conversation in its entirety makes you extremely uncomfortable. You and Gray are very ‘leave it in the bedroom’ when it comes to your sex life, so having anyone ask about it makes you squirm.

“Probably not.” You tell her, actually unsure if you had. “How your breakfast.”

She catches on to the fact that you’re trying to change the subject and she respects it. Y/f/n has been trying to get the juicy details since you and Grayson began dating, yet she’s never succeeded.

Later in the day you’re at the grocery store, now wearing a hoodie even though it’s ninety degrees out when you get a text from Grayson.

You went a little wild last night baby…

You turn your head to the side, making sure you’re reading that right. You have no idea what he means by that as you didn’t think last was any different than any of your other times with Grayson.

What do you mean Gray?

Within the minute Grayson send you a selfie of him with his shirt open, complete with hickeys all the way up his neck and scratch marks across his chest. You clap your hand to your mouth, in shock that you did that do him. You have to admit he looks good with the marks on his body.

Holy shit Gray I’m so sorry

You text him back along with a picture of you in your sweatshirt, showing him that you’re hiding yours. You continue shopping until you feel your phone buzz again.

Don’t be I kinda like them

Wanna make some more when you get home ;)

You roll your eyes and ignore the text. When you arrive at Grayson’s you find him already in bed waiting for you.

“Someone’s eager.” You say leaning against the doorframe. “Is Ethan home.”

“No, he’s out for the night.” Grayson tells you. “I’ve been thinking about you and these all day.”

He points to the bruises and scratches across his body and raises his eyebrow at you.

“Have you?” You ask, not moving from your place, knowing you’re driving him crazy. “Can’t say I have.”

“Cut the bullshit, take those off and get over here.” He commands, sitting up from his position. “I think we both need some more of these.”

You do as he says, strip and crawl into bed next to him, not planning on moving from it all night. Needless to say you wake up the next morning with a few more love bites than the morning before.

A/N: Sorry for the title I have the humor of an 8 year old boy, this isn’t smut forgive me. You wake up from a nap to hear Grayson talking to your baby bump.

Warnings: None

––––––––––––

You wake up to the sound to a soft voice coming from below you. As time grows closer to your due date, you’ve become much more tired and will fall asleep any chance you get. Grayson has been so good to you during you’re entire pregnancy, always saying ‘I have to make my babies’ comfy’ and ‘No you need to sleep, you’ve got my baby in there!’ You must as fallen asleep again, but you don’t remember falling asleep in your bed.

“Hi baby.” You hear Grayson whisper to your baby bump. “It’s your Daddy. I’m so excited to meet you, it won’t be long now. I wonder what you’re going to be, Mommy and I want to be surprised when you come out. Whatever you are, I’m sure you’re going to be the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. If you’re a girl I bet you’ll be just as gorgeous as your Mommy, and if you’re a boy, I pray for your sake you don’t look like me, because Mommy is a lot prettier than I am. It’s crazy that I haven’t even met you yet and I already love you so much. My baby, you’re my baby, that’s crazy.”

He places a hand on your belly and rubs small circle in it. You feel you baby kick at the touch of it’s father’s hand.

“No no no.” He says quietly. “Don’t wake up your mom! She needs a lot of sleep because of you little one, but Daddy’s here so you can keep talking to me. You’re going to be the best baby ever you know that? You’ve have some pretty sick parents, you’ll be a pretty sick baby. I’m sorry if I’m not always the best Daddy and I don’t let you hang out with your friends sometimes and I ground you, I’m just trying to do what’s best for you and protect you. You’re my world little one, and you’re not even in it yet but I can’t imagine a world without you. Your mama was the best thing thats ever happened to me and then you came along and now I feel like a missing piece in my life has finally been found you know? That sounds cheesy, I’m sorry, I’m a cheesy Dad but I guess that’s what happens when you love something enough. I love you so much, more than you’ll every know.”

Grayson places a kiss on your belly and continues running his hand up and down your stomach. You run you’re fingers through Grayson’s hair and he looks up at you with a smile.

“Did I wake you?” He asks and you shake your head no. “How long have you been listening.”

“Long enough.” You reply opening your arms, hoping he’ll move up to cuddle with you. “I love you so much, so so much.”

He slides up to lay next you you and you rest your head on his chest. You can hear his heart beat, slow and steady, and you realize this many be the most perfect moment you’ll ever experience. Grayson places a kiss on the top of your head and squeezes you a bit tighter.

“I love you y/n, I meant what I said, you’re the best thing that’s ever happened to me.” He whispers to you. “I love you and our baby with all my heart.”

“Gray?” You call him. “How did I get to bed, I thought I fell asleep in the couch.”

“I carried you in once you fell asleep.” He tells you, making your heart flutter. “The mother of my child can’t be sleeping on the couch this late in the game.”

“I love you Grayson Dolan.” You whisper to him as you feel his lips curls into a smile against your forehead.

“I love you more Y/n Dolan.” He replies as you drift into another deep sleep.

A/N: ¡THIS IS NOT SMUT SO IF YOU WERE WANTING THAT FIND ANOTHER IMAGINE! You and Ethan have been together for a few months and he accidentally lets something slip while you’re hanging out.

warnings: None

Sorry this is so short I didn’t want to add too many fillers!

––––––––––––––––––––

You and your boyfriend of 8 months, Ethan, are laying on the couch in his living room. You two met when Ethan and Grayson first moved to LA and it took the both of you many months before you could work up the guts to tell the other that you liked them.

Grayson was out for the night so you decided you were going to spend the night with E. Just as your movie ends, you leave E to pick another one while you go make another bowl of popcorn. As you wait for the microwave timer to go off, you stare at Ethan from the kitchen and just admire him.

Even in his sweats, he is still the most beautiful person you’ve ever seen in your life. You know in your heart that you love him, but you couldn’t tell him, not yet at least. You don’t want to seem clingy or like you’re rushing into it and scare him away so you just love him from a distance.

Just as you’re about to put down the popcorn and sit back down on the couch, Ethan whips out his phone and starts playing your favorite part of God’s Plan by Drake.

“Dance monkey dance!” He should and you yell before putting down the popcorn and singing and dancing to the song.

Once he’s finished you pick up a piece of popcorn and throw it at him. “You can’t keep catching me off guard like that, E.”

“Sorry y/n.” He apologizes through fits of laughter. “Look at you, you looks so mad at me.”

“I was!” You whack his arm. “Did you pick something yet?”

He doesn’t respond as he continues to laugh at the video he took of you. You whack his arm again before he snaps back to reality. “Sorry, what?”

“Did you pick something to watch yet?” You ask again. He shakes his head no, continuing to stare at his phone. “Ugh okay I’ll find something. Ethan! It’s not that funny of a video.”

“Yes it it, I love how you scream before you frantically put down the popcorn.” He tells you, continuing to laugh at it. “God I love you.”

You both stop what you’re doing and stare at each other. Neither of you had ever said it and were too scared to say it to the other. Ethan’s face gets beet red, embarrassed that he let it slip.

“Thats the first time you’ve ever said that.” You desperately try to fill the silence.

“Doesn’t mean I wasn’t thinking it.” He reveals, looking over at you. You practically melt at the face he’s making and grab his face to place a kiss on his lips. “You’re not weirded out?”

“No!” You answer immediately. “I love you too, E, I swear I do. I was too scared to say it because I thought you would think I was rushing into this.”

Without saying anything he pulls you loser to his so you can snuggle into his side. He places a kiss on the top of your head and you just lay there as you watch whatever’s on the TV. Pure Bliss.
