Happy 30th anniversary to Don Bluth’s 1988 film The Land Before Time!
A beautiful, endearing, captivating and timeless classic in animation history and one of the greatest dinosaur films ever made. Beautiful, yet sad, dark but hopeful, with endearing and lovable characters, this film was a major part of my childhood and I still love it to this day. Along with The Secret of NIMH, the original Land Before Time is Don Bluth’s best work. It’s truly a masterpiece and one of the finest examples of how to create an amazing family film.
