You can make it Fully funcional! A sim can go there and eat McDonald’s Burgers.
I have Included The custom McDonald’s foods Made By Sims99Fanatic , So you can purchase the lot as business lot by a sim and (optionally) choose from the menu, (Host Podium) to only serve McDonald’s burgers.
The Cash Registers and the host podiums are invisible but there are there (On the front counters).
Also the Chef’s stove is invisible But it is there.
There is also a (visible) Close/Open Sign at the “Staffroom” At the wall Next to the computer.
Meshes of the Lot are also included so you don’t have to search for them.
Before a Sim decides to cook or take a snack autonomously, the game checks if there’s food already available on the lot. If so, it prevents them from doing it. Unfortunately, some types of food are ignored. This mod makes following foods included in the test, as long as they aren’t spoiled or hidden (e.g. in someone else’s apartment):
group meals (originally included),
single meals that no one has eaten (originally ignored),
pizza slices in a box (originally included),
Chinese food on a tray (originally ignored),
food on buffet tables (originally ignored) – only maxis ones,
birthday and wedding cakes that have been served (originally ignored).
Food availability check for other interactions
In addition to the main mod, this pack also includes two stand-alone mods. They prevent Sims from autonomously performing certain other interactions on fridges when there’s food already available:
No face stuffing if food available: affects the hidden Stuff Face interaction. The alsoLeftovers version additionally prevents Sims from performing that interaction when there are leftovers in the fridge, and requires Seasons.Use only one version at a time.
No party snacks if food available: affects the special Have a Snack interaction for party guests. Requires at least one expansion or stuff pack.

Do not use the food already available fix mod with:
Food Already Available Fix by TwoJeffs – my mod is basically an extendend and improved version of that mod.
Do not use the no face stuffing if food available mod with:
No “Stuff Face” by dizzy2, or any other mod that changes autonomy of the Stuff Face interaction, or makes it visible.

So earlier today I posted a photo of a lamp that I’ve been working on. Well that’s actually a part of a bigger project that I decided to do calm myself down because I’ve been stressed lately.
And I still don’t know how to call the set but, it’s soviet inspired, albeit modernized.
This is only one third of the set, as there’s more items coming but I wanted to share my progress before the end of the week.
