Anyone with decent kanji skills wanna take a stab at this interview with Koji Igarashi about Tokimeki Memorial? Apparently he was a scenario writer and programmer on the dating sim before moving over to the Castlevania team and working on SotN.
Also dig the Castlevania-style IGA stats box. I’m guessing he dislikes bugs and likes ramen, but I’m not sure what his drop item “saif”(?) is.

Just dug out this Konami Magazine from 1997 in Japan, which should be good fun. Think of this as a preview as I’ll definitely be mining this for more posts later. But for now, I just loved the inside back cover ad of Goemon getting his hair done. (The cover is a Tokimeki Memorial spin-off; the franchise was huge right around this time and generating a ton of games.)
