i will state once again that trans men of color also exist, we face plenty of fucking violence and that increases tenfold if/when we choose to transition.
at this point if you claim transmascs face less/no violence or are somehow less oppressed than trans women, you’re not just wrong, you’re a fucking transphobe and you are getting us killed.

Transmasculine people do experience transphobic violence - including violence coming from cis women, like with Roberto and Yampi. There is a very real chance that people will find out we are trans and try to kill us, like Valera. And most of the time, the police are not our friends - either they ignore our constant abuse like with Vanja, or they outright kill us (especially transmascs of color) like with Haven. We are also frequently misgendered in news and police reports, as many men on this list were.
Transmasculine people shouldn’t have to fucking prove this to our own community.
