The exterior and building shell for a prep school building. Mostly unfurnished. This is a project I couldn’t finish in anyway I liked, But I liked the building so much I thought I’d share and see what you all could come up with! Happy decorating.

Newcrest Public School
Its finally done! Sorry for the wait, this was one of my biggest projects yet. A functional Elementary/Middle School. Includes multiple classrooms, a cooking class, science lab, art class, swim class, and a place to take school photographs. You will need Zerbu’s Go To School Mod if you want a functional school. Thank you so much to all the cc creators. Early access download until July 8th.

Haunted Victorian Manor (No CC)
Once a magnificent manor and home to the richest family in town is now a mere shadow of its formal glory. The manor has been abandoned for ages but you can still hear the creaking of wood and the sound of a baby crying at night time. The crisp clean looking manor is now covered with small bushes and debris.

Tartosa Family Home
A spacious family home for a couple and their children. Need another bedroom? Change the study to the room you need! Also, there’s enough activities to do. Bake and cook everything your heart desires in the kitchen, play the piano in the living room, paint a masterpiece on the outdoor patio, create juice in the basement, or try to make a beautiful flower bouquet. Too many creations but no money to make more? Start a yard sale!

Hello Simmers
Here I present you my latest build, Rosecliff Mansion.
Rosecliff Mansion is one of the most famous Gilded Age Mansion in US, which is now is a very popular wedding destination.The building is very elegant with its Ionic columns and white marble façades.
I wanted to go with very accurate replica. I used the original footprints but had to make many adjustments and compromises for the sake of the gameplay.
I placed this building in 40x40 lot in Brindletonbay
