Okay back to topic.
I have naturally a bright blue as eye color. The lenses have a very intense color.Which would surely look even better with brown eyes. But I like the effect the lenses produce in conjunction with my eye color. :3
The lenses have a diameter of 15mm and larger eyes visually and in well-lit room the lenses seem to be even more brighter.
And another important point: The lenses are also available with high dioptric power. (Bc I have -5,5 and I´m short sighted as f*ck y.y which was a big plus point for Uniqso.)

Circle Lens Review: Sweety Butterfly Red and Sweety Bella Blue Grey

Sweety Butterfly Red

These are some of my favorite red lenses I’ve ever tried, and I’m genuinely interested now in trying out the other colors in this Butterfly series! I was seriously impressed with all aspects of these.
Comfort: 4.5/5. You guys know I struggle sometimes with Sweety lenses, but these were great! One lens “floated” a tiny bit at first but after a few seconds everything was extremely comfortable.
Enlargement: 4.5/5. These lenses are huge on top of having a dark ring for an extra pop! Easilly the most enlarging red lenses I’ve ever tried.
Color/design: 5/5. I love these. So many red lenses are a flat color or don’t enlarge, and not only do these have a great darker outer ring, but the pattern is interesting without being too cartoony! These are perfect lenses for cosplay or any sort of “spooky” outfit, and also work just fine over lighter eyes.
Sweety Bella Blue Grey

Comfort: 3/5. I had some mixed results with these - the first time I wore them I had no problems at all, but upon a second wear I struggled to keep the lenses in. My eyes just don’t love certain Sweety series for some reason.
Enlargement: 3/5. I would say these are more of a “natural” looking lens, so while the color is very bold, you don’t get an unnatural-looking enlargement out of them.
Color/design: 4/5. I’m a sucker for grey lenses, and the color on these are bold and really beautiful! They’re very striking up close, but are a pretty natural-looking design from farther away, which would be well-suited for crossplay, regular wear, or pretty much anything.

Sweety Free Pink

While the Sweety Free pinks have some amazing true pink customer photos, these ended up more on the deep magenta side! It could definitely be due to having lighter eyes that shifted the color more toward the red side of the spectrum - you may end up with a lighter pink if your eyes are brown.
Comfort: 3.5/5. These were weirdly mixed - I had no problems at all the first time I wore them all day at a con, but then on the next attempt to wear them I had difficulty putting them in and switched to the other pair. I’m not sure what happened here!
Enlargement: 4.5/5. These aren’t meant to give a dolly effect, but they have a really great “pop” that definitely increases the size of your eye.
Color/design: 4.5/5. I actually really liked the design of these - it’s a very deep color that still has a lot of variation in it! However as a “pink” lens, it definitely shifts more toward a deep reddish-pink magenta, rather than a very bright pink. If that’s what you’re going for it may be a great option; otherwise you may want to avoid it if you have light eyes and are looking for a true pink.
Sweety Anime Pink

Comfort: 4/5. No issues with this style! Sweety isn’t my favorite lens in terms of comfort, but I haven’t had issues at either con I’ve worn them to.
Enlargement: 2.5/5. Do not expect enlargement with these lenses - in fact, the stark, bright color and lack of a ring makes these lenses look smaller than your average circle lens. That being said, the coloration is still really attention-grabbing.
Color/design: 3.5/5. I am… really torn on these? These lenses are very opaque and very cartoony, with a mix of both hot pink and yellow. This makes for a WILDLY attention-grabbing lens, but one that sometimes they can look genuinely creepy in photos? I think this is definitely appropriate for certain characters, but I would not try these for any cutesy or more natural styles.

Blonde Bombshell Lace Front Wig

I keep picking wigs I really like for some reason, and this blonde wig is no exception. Color-wise, this is a bleached blonde that reminds me a lot of Arda’s titanium color and is really similar to something you’d want for Dany from Game of Thrones. I’d say it’s pretty accurate to the example photo in terms of both color and how tight and thick the curls are. This wig fits pretty snug on my head (circumference of 21"), but if you have a larger head than that, this will probably be too small for you.
Also be careful if you have a really low hairline like mine - it likely will not be covered by the lace unless you have a smaller head.
Long & Loose Toasted brown Lace Frontal

This wig is long for a lacefront! I know the description says 70cm but that is absolutely not true - it looks a lot closer to 90cm-ish. And surprisingly thick too, considering it’s about waist-length. I really like the choice of layering and how natural it looks. The only thing I’d change is that the hairline is a bit too thick because of how dark the hair is, but this is something some plucking can easily fix. Like all of Uniqso’s lacefronts, this is an average to small-average size wig, so be careful if you have a larger sized head.

Premium Wig - Strawberry Blonde with Aqua Mint Under Lights Lace Front Wig

Oh man guys, I REALLY like this wig! It’s ridiculously flattering, thick without looking super unnatural, and also has a splash of weird color without those dark roots that are in style now. This is exactly the sort of wig that would be great for regular wear or a casual outfit at a con. The hair itself is very matte, which is something I like, but comes with the caveat that it may be prone to tangling.
The base of this wig starts as an ash blonde, but then fades into rainbow colors in the underlayers. This is such a great style, and one that I like even more than the previous rainbow wig we reviewed last time. The one thing of note is that the cap is fairly sizeable, and I needed to use spirit gum to tack down the lacefront, which I often don’t have to do with smaller caps.
Premium Wig - Short Fantasy Lace Front Curly Wig
- Wig Color: Mixed color
- Wig Length: 35cm
- Style: Short & Curly
This is an interesting style, really similar to the red and orange blend that we tried earlier in the year! Like the other wigs in this series, it is EXTREMELY thick. Almost too thick at the crown, so be sure to either part the hair to the side, clip it back, or even remove some of the wefts at the top of the head if you’re looking for a more natural wig; I had some trouble getting it to lay flat. For any kind of ponytailing or styling for cosplay however, this is pretty much the type of thickness you’re looking for.
The color itself is a really bold, minty aqua, and super interesting for anyone with a pink skintone like mine!

This is the fifth and final New Adult lens we’ve tried, and I still love them for how comfortable and opaque they are! This may be my favorite in the series because of how much the color really pops, which is a tough sell with lighter brown or gold-tinted lenses.
Comfort: 4.5/5. Still love EOS. If your eyes are sensitive or you have trouble with larger lenses, EOS is always a good choice since they’re a relatively small diameter with a high water content.
Enlargement: 3.5/5. Small lens, but I find them to be really intense because of how opaque they are, with a fairly dark ring.
Color/design: 4.5/5. If you’re looking for a gold-ish lens that isn’t super unnatural-looking, or a light brown, this is a really great choice! The color is still very strong over blue eyes, and doesn’t suffer from that obnoxious problem with your natural eye color bleeding through the center. Even in zoomed out photos, these are pretty intense.
Princess Mimi Almond

Not gonna lie - Princess Mimi is one of my favorite lens series. I love really huge, over the top dolly designs, and as long as that’s what you’re looking for, this is a great option.
Comfort: 4.5/5. Despite being ridiculously huge, I find these very comfortable! I wore these for half a day at a con with no issues at all.
Enlargement: 5/5. Absolutely absurd. Make sure you’re looking for huge dolly eyes before grabbing these, because dang, they are enormous.
Color/design: 4/5. While I really like the enlarging effect you get from this lens, I don’t find these as charming as the Starmish Brown or even the Chocolate versions in this series, which are both lighter browns. The Almond color is very, very dark, and does not result in a lot of color variation.

It’s been a long time since I’ve worn dolly lenses - over five years actually. Dolly Eyes used to be known for being super opaque and fairly comfortable, and it looks like they haven’t changed much! Both the green and the blue version of this lens were extremely color-intense but also comfortable seeing as it’s an EOS lens with a fairly small diameter.

Comfort 4/5: Like the blue version of this lens I had no issues! EOS is a fairly comfortable brand for me, and this line doesn’t appear to be any different.
Enlargement: 4/5: These bad boys give even more of a pop than the blues because of the lighter color! They aren’t as dolly-ish as some of my other lenses despite the name, but I’d say it’s definitely better than average.
Design: 4/5: These lenses are more suited for cosplay because of how intense and opaque they are - but if that’s what you’re looking for they’re a great choice! While the design itself isn’t particularly inspiring, they remain very intense in all sorts of photos, and are opaque enough to deliver a true, medium green.
EOS Dolly Blue

Comfort 4/5: I like these a lot! I had no trouble at all wearing them, and at subsequent conventions they never gave me issues within the normal wear time. The s mall base diameter might have something to do with that.
Enlargement: 3.5/5: For such a small lens, you get a LOT of pop with these since they’re so opaque and have such an obvious outer ring. It would probably be even more obvious in a slightly lighter shade.
Design: 3.5/5: If you want an very intense but possibly unrealistic lens, this is for you! The opacity helps guarantee that the color will cover up your natural eye color, while still looking pretty intense in farther photos. Unfortunately I wish that the color was a little on the lighter side - this blue is rich but a deeper than the royal or light blue that I prefer.

Premium Wig - Short Spiral Curl Black Lace Front Wig

I’m a huuuuge fan of this wig - it’s thick and fluffy, really great for cosplaying a certain character, but also is not so hair-heavy at the crown that it starts to look unnatural. My only complaint however is the hairline - it sits really nicely on my head, but if you sweep the hair back the dark hair makes the start of the knotting look pretty abrupt and a little too unnatural. This could be fixed by sweeping some of the hair forward or removing some of the knots, but I like the wig so much I’m a little hesitant to touch it. <3
Premium Wig - Reverse Balayage Grey Wig

This wig has a very similar hairline to ones I’ve tried in the past, but with a much longer, curlier length! I definitely think this is a little too unrealistic for everyday wear, but both the gradient and the color are super flattering - plus it’s really thick if you’re looking for something to wear at a con. No complaints here honestly.

Red contacts for blue eyes can be tricky sometimes, but the inner hole for these is small enough that not too much bleeds through the center. I’ve tried the Firefly Red version that Sweety also makes, and to be honest I think I prefer these since they look a bit more realistic while still staying opaque!
Comfort: 3.5/5: As you guys know I usually have trouble with Sweety lenses in one eye, but these were pretty good once they settled down! Still not my favorites though unfortunately; however I’m really glad the brand is making more lenses in perscription now.
Enlargement:3/5: These lenses a very striking but not particularly enlarging, which I think is a great option for crossplay. Don’t expect anything dolly-like with these!
Design: 4.5/5: I’m a fan! They have slightly more depth than my old New Adult Red go-tos, but are a little more realistic than Sweety Firefly Red, which is pretty cartoony. I’m still yet to find anything to top my all time Superpinky favorites, but right now this is a close second!
Sweety Firefly Yellow

Comfort: 3/5. Still not riding that Sweety comfort train. ): These “floated” a bit more than their red counterparts, but did settle down after a bit.
Enlargement: 4/5: I’m not sure if I’d call these enlarging but they definitely make your eyes look bigger! The design is ridiculously bold.
Design: 4/5: These lenses are super opaque and SUPER intense, not so much because of the outer ring, but due to the dark design contrast. They are possibly the most unrealistic lens I’ve tried, so be sure that this is what you’re looking for before trying them - they’d be a good choice for really intense cosplays but less so for more realistic outfits. I normally don’t go for lenses quite this opaque, but yellow-gold colored lenses can be pretty tough to come by, so I’m impressed with the overall look - the color is a pretty bold yellow that might lean a little green in photos when over blue eyes.

Lens and Wig Review: EOS Jewel Hazel and K-Isana Yashiro

EOS Jewel Hazel

EOS New Adult Browns are some of our favorite brown lenses for crossplay or natural looks. It was about time to replace them, so we figured we’d try another of EOS’s lines: Jewel brown! These ended up a bit different from the New Adult model, but not necessarily in a bad way:
Comfort: 3.5/5. I am not sure why my right lens didn’t agree with me. The left fit perfectly and was super comfortable, but the right wanted to “float”, which is a problem I get sometimes with a higher base curve. These lenses are supposed to be 8.6 so I’m not really sure what happened here.
Enlargement: 3/5: I picked these specifically because of the lack of enlargement, and while they do pop well in closer photos, you don’t end up with an unnatural look. Definitely a good option for crossplay or natural looks.
Design: 4/5: I love the natural look of these - there’s no too-dark outer ring and the medium coffee color looks very nice in closer photos. However they can look pretty darn dark in dimmer light, and my eyes are blue to start.
Cosplay Wig - K-Isana Yashiro

To pair with the lenses we tried out a wig that I ended up loving! Out of the bag I wasn’t super impressed - the wig is very thick with a slight sheen, the cap isn’t particularly large, and there’s a LOT of hair on the crown of the head that needs to be tamed.
However with a tiny bit of teasing and hairspray to put some of that hair into spikes, it turns into a very, very flattering cut. I really loved how it ended up looking in these photos with all of two minutes of styling and no cutting.

Sweety Bella Grey - FC114

Comfort: 4/5. I tend to have a tough time wearing Sweety lenses for some reason, but just with my left eye. I am pretty sure it’s due to my astigmatism, but I did not have nearly as much trouble with this model! I’m not sure if the Bella lenses are just made differently from the Nudy series, but they went in just fine. They are not my favorite lenses for comfort, but they aren’t my least favorite either.
Enlargement: 4/5. These lenses are not particularly enlarging but they are VERY vivid. I would not suggest grabbing these if you’re looking for a dolly look, but in terms of grabbing your attention I’m hard pressed to think of something that can beat them.
Color/design: 4/5. In general I love over the top lenses for cosplay, and dang, these are over the top without looking enormous. The color itself is very opaque and unnatural-looking, especially in close photos. I often find that attention-grabbing lenses tend to be very enlarging as well, so if you’re looking for a lens that pops for crossplay or one that doesn’t give you a dolly look, this line seems like a really excellent choice.
Cosplay Wig - Kagerou Project - Konoha

White wigs are always a bit of a risk in my opinion - I often find that inexpensive white wigs tend to look a bit shiny or just bizarre in general. However I was really pleased that this wig’s fibers are soft and fairly matte, which helps look a little less wig-like that your typical ebay or amazon wig. I was also a big fan of the shaping of this wig - it’s a very attractive, face-framing bob with a little tail in the back that could be easily chopped off if you’re just looking for a short wig.
As a Konoha wig, I’d try to fluff it out a little, particularly the tail in the back which is pretty slick.

DAKI MAKEUP TEST
I got inspired after the livestream last night and took these photos at 1am in front of my closet, lol! It was so much fun putting all the Daki elements together and I’m now more excited for the full cosplay photoshoot than ever!!!

My demonic contact lenses are from @uniqso! I replaced most of my cosplay lens collection with #uniqso lenses and couldn’t be happier!
Since this was a makeup test, I didn’t draw the demon veins and mostly focused on the eye and lip makeup. Main take away: Much angrier eyebrows next time lol!
I have also decided that I won’t do undead body paint for Daki because it would require so much coverage/time and the process would dampen the fun aspect of this cosplay for me.
Now I will push to finish the costume in the next week and do a photoshoot this month! Super pumped to bring it all together finally!
