COVID-19
- COVID-19 virus (Corona Virus) still spreading but has decreased significantly.
- Government will be slowly removing more COVID-19 restrictions. We have to learn to live with COVID-19.
- I finally returned back to the gym after almost 2 months. Unfortunately after returning back to the gym, I got a bad cold.
Truckers Protest
- The trucker protest has ended in Ottawa. The protest was kind of pointless since most restrictions will be removed in March. The Canadian federal government used the “Emergencies Act“ to stopped the protest.
War in Ukraine
- I cannot believe that Ukraine has been invaded by Russia. There is no reason for them to be invaded.
- So far Ukraine has not fallen to Russia.
- New sanctions have been implemented by many countries around the world.
- Many countries are sending money and lethal and non lethal aid to Ukraine.

April 24, 2022 - Today I will be running in a 10km marathon. I have not ran in a marathon since 2019.
I ran a 10km marathon in 54 minutes back in 2019. I don’t think I will be able to run 10km within that time.
