For starters- within this context, sovereignty does not mean having authority over others.
Unless both parties are into that, of course. (But that’s another topic)
Rather, the context of this post pertains to authority over oneself.

♀️ As a witch, Vampyre, or any other spiritual being in which one identifies with, Willpower is everything (well, most of it at least). ♂️
We- as spiritually advanced beings- are able to manipulate energy merely by speaking.
With that being said, one must have complete rulership over oneself if they are to evolve.
•
♦️The three essential foundations in which sovereignty is formed are:
1️⃣If you say you are to do something, do it!
2️⃣If you say you will not do something, then- for the sake of your dignity- do not do it!
3️⃣If you are unsure of something, objectively seek a solution as best you can.

Be not a hypocrite! And keep in mind, we are all subject to making a mistake. —>
If that is the case, merely admit your faults, learn from them, and move on like the badass being that you are!
~Although this is one of the most dreaded cards in tarot, there is certainly much to be learned from it. Generally speaking, plenty of people (myself included) often associate the 3 of Swords with betrayalandbackstabbing.
~However, I have learned to appreciate this card. Through my experience with divination, I grew to realise it can also symbolise:
♦️Perseverance
♦️Determination
♦️Mental Strength
♦️Recovery

~According to the “rules” (more so guidelines) of tarot, the suit of Swords represent intellect and mentality. Often times, the Three of Swords is depicted as three swords plunged into a heart; which can be interpreted as a need to delve deep into the heart/centre of the task at hand in an objective manner.
•
Sometimes it is best to act with your brain instead of your heart . As difficult as it may be (especially for us water signs), it’s necessary to act logically instead of emotionally. ❣️
