Hello all! It’s strawberry nicecream day!! Can’t wait to dive into this fluffy baby. I’ve been so busy recently that i haven’t had time to nourish myself. Summer is definitely bringing in some major heatwaves, so freeze your fruits everyone! Figs can last up to over a year if frozen properly! I used 3 frozen bananas, 2 large frozen figs, and a cup of delicious chopped frozen strawbs! Have a beautiful Friday everyone!

And last but not least, Made myself a chilly bowl of fig beet blueberry nanaicecream topped with deliciously sweet cherries, raspberries, and juicy blackberries. I sprinkled a bit of coconut shavings and Arctic Power cranberry powder as usual. Mmmm - mmm delicious! This baby was made with 3 frozen bananas, 2 frozen figs, 2 handfuls of frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp of raw beetroot powder, raw almond butter, So Delicious Vanilla coconut yogurt, and some Arctic Power cranberry powder. Hope you’re all having a healthy start to the week!
