This week has been the worse in a very long year. I got out of the ICU after almost a week last night. I’m suffering from pneumonia that should have been treated properly in August. I ended up in the ER after barely being able to walk or breathe. If not bad enough today I find out I have to go to the special magistrate to deal with getting the county code enforcement off our backs and now the ignition in the car is busted. I had just enough money to rent a car so I can get us to the doctors this week. I need help. I need to either be able to fix the car or find something that’s reliable. I also need the money to pay for the new prescriptions I’m on. Any help right now would be a godsend up to and including getting the VA to get off their collective ass and approve Dad’s Agent Orange claim. They now owe us a minimum of 33 months of back pay and counting.
