I’ve come to realize it’s not Laura Neal’s right or job to give us unsolicited feedback on what the end of Killing Eve is after it aired.
It was her job to put something on screen and she ended it on a cliffhanger. It’s the fan’s job to create an ending they want. Write your own damn ending!
So taking the ending we were given- If you want to believe Villanelle was saved and Villaneve are living happily, you can. If you want to believe they’re murder wives, you can. If you want to believe she’s really gone & Eve is on the revenge mission, you can.
Laura Neal isn’t the creator of Killing Eve. It isn’t her original idea. She was tasked with an ending and she gave an ambiguous one. Everything she keeps adding in these interviews is her own fanfiction.

I have a lot of time to gif at the moment so if anyone has Killing Eve gif requests feel free to send them, anything from any season is welcome though only stuff involving Eve, Villanelle and/or Villaneve, and nothing beyond the hug on the boat, I refuse to watch those scenes ever again, let alone spend time editing them
Popping back to tumblr just to say I’m super obsessed with Killing Eve and drew a bunch of stuff. I left tumblr a while ago but I miss what fandom I would have been involved in here….Is there still a fandom here for this show? Im a little late lmao
Though tumblr has it’s faults it was a very good place for lesbians to bond over femslash. Whenever I post this stuff on instagram I lose followers and im like thanks bye wheres the gays

me: it’s not carolyn’s characters fault that she was written to do something so random and out of the blue in the end to order villanelles death it’s Laura Neal’s fault for once again proving that the “bury your gays trope” is still alive and thriving and shock value deaths are still seen as good quality writing instead of a cheap cop out
also me: the only carolyn spin off show that i will watch is if it ends with her getting shot by eve the same way as villanelle did as soon as carolyn feels even a smidge of happiness in her empty ass life and then shows eve walking away with a smile on her face
