Wow, rare to see an actual “I ❤️ You!” in children’s Valentines. And when your teacher makes you give a Valentine to EVERY student in your classroom, Barbie’s got you covered–for that weird kid: “You’re special!”

Some vintage Flintstones valentines. I feel like the Fred & Barney one in particular was designed for boys to give to their boy friends without being too gay

A Valentine my Grandpa George gave to my Grandma Alice most likely from the mid to late late 1920s.

A Valentine my Grandpa George gave to my Grandma Alice most likely from the mid to late late 1920s. If you look closely you can see a little pin hole at the top. So my guess is that she wore this on Valentine’s Day oh so long ago.
