Super excited about this one! The tama tama market that was only available as a promotional tool used at stores in Japan. Now I’ve seen videos on them but the difference is this was new, it came in the original box (white), the box that was shipped the Japanese reads “deka tamagotchi”, but the only catch is that all the paper work and the card board stand is for the game version not the tama tama market, but I don’t mind. Also it was listed without an AC adapter but whats awesome is as a vintage video game collector, I tried out my old Nintendo ac adapter and it WORKED! I got a great deal on it, it was listed on eBay for 70 dollars plus 40 shipping so grand total of 120! Well I’m totally out of collection money so I wont be buying anything for a long while.

So for some reason I can play the games now, one is a soccer game and the other is a catching game. This thing is more of a gyoppi rip off, aside from the obvious tama inspired shell.
When you discipline instead of a guy waving a stick its a lady, the sleeping animation is identical and it has a weather function.

So I got this bootleg tama in a lot and my curiosity got the best of me, once booted up you get the option of what I thought was a human and a penguin. I went for the human looking thing and it ended up being a monkey. The fake is very loud and quite musical, non of the option aside from the meal, status screen and name screen are available. Its quite unimpressive, the monkey moves side to side flapping its arms like a bird, anyways Ill give it a run, maybe it’d evolve into something totally random!

I was going to upload the adult form I got today but I bumped it into something and it reset itself, Ugh all those days just wasted….. Anyways it just ended up looking like a brontosaurus, same as white’s video. I’m sure it only has one growth cycle and there’s no growth chart in the manual.
Overall, it was an okay pet nothing to exciting, Ill probably never run it again. The constant beeping was annoying and it apparently has diarrhea cause it poops allot!

Some changes, 2nd pic looks like she wearing some sort of Dracula cape or is that suppose to be pig tails? So she went from having no arms and hand to just arms and now she has both arms and hands. TBH its boring but its also very easy to care for so its a good pet to run if your running something a little more demanding, actually its kinda growing on me.

Got one of the newer gen 2 Tamagotchi re releases to sorta relive the nostalgia. I got into them with the connection series but I still like how straightforward this one is. And I turned my ol’ music star back on as well! Good times, these toys had given me.
The return of the most lovely seasonal event in today’s update!
