Between Sleep and Awake - {20} Butterflies 

Bella Rosenthorn’s life was going perfectly according to plan. She was popular, smart, adored by everyone who met her. Everything seemed perfect; until the night that a drunken car ride almost takes her life. Stuck in a coma at the hospital and seemingly hopeless, Bella is pulled into the world of her subconscious. There, she meets Julian, an exuberant and reckless boy who exposes her to a life beyond her imagination. Through him, Bella is introduced to the Street Soldiers, a group of teenagers who never have to grow up and never plan on it. However, a darkness lurks on the edges, as the malevolent Morpheus continuously torments Julian and the other Soldiers. 

Meanwhile, back in the waking world, lanky teen Hogan Barrie fights to keep Bella on life support and bring her back to the land of the living. Bella, Julian and Hogan must face the struggles of love, war, life and eventually learn what is the true essence of youth.
