Objectification is defined by Oxford Languages as “the action of degrading someone to the status of a mere object.” While I may not experience this as often as women, I do occasionally encounter it and it’s not pleasant even as a man who keeps an open mind and not easily offended.
POV: Sitting at the breakfast table in the morning watching Uncle Raul chat with your cousin while waiting for the coffee to finish brewing.
