Join us for a week of organized crime whump from March 14-20, 2022. Bring your crime syndicates, families, gangs, and let’s have some whumpy fun!
Important Event Notes: the prompts are not assigned to a specific day. You can use any prompt or combination of prompts on any day during the week of March 14-20. You can choose one for each day in an order that best fits the story you want to tell, or combine two or more in any fashion that suits your creative spark.
As always, any form of creation is accepted, whether it be writing, art, moodboards, cosplays, and more. Show us what you’ve got, whump community!
ANGSTPRIL is a month-long, oc whump event for lady whumpers, whumpees, and non-male characters. There are 30 official prompts this year - one for each day of the month - which can be used, skipped, or combined in any way you’d like. Creators can PARTICIPATE as much or as little as they want (i.e. you don’t have to do ALL the prompts if you don’t want to) and prompts can be used in any order. They are also free to use even after the event ends.
You will be considered a completionist if you do ten prompts!
#angstpril22 …..(the event tag)
#no.1, #no.2, #no.3, …..(prompt number)
#teeth, #etc …..(trigger warnings & any additional tags. Keep in mind not to add “tw” in front but only use the word/trigger itself, because tumblr sucks)
Our Mafia Madness week is drawing to a close, and we are so excited for everyone who participated! Here is a graphic for anyone to use in masterlists or simply post as a point of pride. Thank you all, and happy writing!

Now introducing the prompt list for Whumpmas in July 2022! And two weeks before July even starts, no less! Shout out to @herkatively for designing the graphics this year!
The prompts are divided into three categories: questions, prompts, and community activities. Everyone is free to participate as much or as little as they want–there’s no completionist requirement! This list provides a preview of the prompts, but on each day a more detailed post will be released with more context and additional suggestions for each day’s task. Similar to previous years, all prompts and other important information will be found under the #infowhumpmasinjuly tag for ease of access.
Below the cut is a text list of this year’s prompts:
I managed to squeeze in ten prompts into six writes, so I will take that victory. I had a fun time with this event, hosted by @whumpawoman. (Mostly writes with Jo, I have a favorite).
Writes that take place in Khagai: A wonderful world that belongs to @marshs-whump-blog. This is part of our “Sad AU” which will probably one day get a cooler name as more writes get posted.
