Sunao ni I LOVE YOU! A tribute to the one and only Everyone’s Idol Goro, because I wanted to draw something colorful and this outfit is AMAZING for that. Aaand then I totally didn’t run out of patience like halfway through.
Wanted to get used to his outfit and attempt some funky perspective with this one!
Not sure how successful I was on the perspective part, but for some reason my new tablet made rendering the jacket texture like a billion times less stressful, it still took like 50 years but at-least it was fun.
A practice portrait of Majima with the same theme as the previous one I posted, but in his Y0 outfit because I needed something fairly simple to draw to get used to my new screen tablet!
I goofed some things up so it could have been better, but it did it’s job and hoooly moLY screen tablets are a game changer!
And we’re finally at the other reason why I went MIA for so long, this summer (Or… well, last year’s summer at this point. ) I got Yakuza 0 on a steam sale thinking “Oh, this looks neat, and I’ve heard good things about the series, so why not try it!"
And it was indeed very fun and good, but then I got to Goro Majima’s intro aaaaaand long story short I now own the entirety of the Kiryu saga (still need to get LaD), I’m currently halfway through Yakuza 4, and Majima lives rent free in my mind (seriously, please help, he won’t stop singing) and this is one of the first pictures I did of him!
