This bowl’s design includes a Persian inscription that reads, "As long as the soup is good, do not worry if the bowl is pretty!“ - An apt reminder that our purpose and what we contain are greater than our outward appearances.

This Incredible spiral staircase inside the Château de La Rochefoucauld Castle in France, was designed by Leonardo da Vinci in the year 1516.

I think this is going to be my mental image next time I do a twist in yoga. I am always cueing to twist around the lengthened, central axis of the spine, and this image exemplifies that!
