Today in Miitopia I noticed a “Dragon Costume” and a “Dragon Raiment” for the Imp and Elf jobs. As Baby Gilbert held both jobs in RT’s playthrough, I thought it’d be fun to draw him in each set.

Well, here’s Magical John in Hero Clothing from every job in Miitopia.
This took so long to do. I had to create two new Miis just to unlock all the outfits for proper reference, haha. Anyway, this exists now and there’s nothing anybody can do about it.

I unlocked the Goddess Flower in Miitopia, and after aww-ing over how cute my flower looked in it I started drawing Magical John wearing it because of course I did. As I was drawing, I remembered that John married a volcano goddess in RT’s Scribblenauts playthrough and I thought it’d be really cute for them to match with their respective goddess outfits.
Aaaaaand then I drew even more of John and his wife because I thought it was cute. I imagine John would have a lot to catch her up on if he ever escapes the villa and his eternal “vacation”, haha.

That feeling when you’re “on vacation” during the final stream of the game and don’t get to properly farewell the people you’ve fought alongside and befriended in the duration of the playthrough.
I don’t know, Magical John seems like the type to get lonely easily and I really missed him in the final stream. :(

So I unlocked the Hero Gown in Miitopia the other day, which means I finally have proper reference to draw it! And who better to model such a fashionable piece than everyone’s favourite Horrible Flower Man?

For the split-second he appeared in the postgame stream, Elf Magical John made quite an impression on me. He looked so cool!

Headcanon that everyone in the party collectively expects Magical John to deal with Baby Gilbert’s shenanigans, for no reason other than I think it’s fun to draw.
