Ever since your return and his re-entry into the Exterra scene, fans have been asking for you to race against the Drift King. Considering he’s often referred to as your predecessor, what’re your thoughts on that?

Now, now, we all know I’m a man who wants a fair fight above anything else. I don’t think I could face RT in ET1 without a guilty conscience.

Could you elaborate on that? 

Dude, he hasn’t been in ET1 since…well, before my break! I’d absolutely kick his butt in an official race. Can’t humiliate the old man too much, can I? 

So can we give the hopeful fans a firm no, then? 

Hey, I only said I wouldn’t face him on an ET1 track. If we wanted a fair race, we’d go to Exterra Experimental. That’d give him at least a chance against the Red King. 

Are you saying you’ll be applying for ETX? 

I’d just keep an eye out on next season’s roster if I were you. And tell RT he’s due for some practice!

moooore space opera AU! RT was fan favorite of Exterra before Ren rose to fame, but stopped racing on the regular by the time Ren was at his career high. naturally, the second they ARE both active in the sport at the same time again, everyone wants to see them go head to head. (ET1 = Exterra 1, the official, “normal” version of spaceship racing that has the most set rules and guidelines, ETX = Exterra Experimental, unofficial, way more wild and dangerous tracks, less strict rules, for your adrenaline junkies. RT’s home turf the second part of his career)

This exotic-goods caravan visited the RT Miitopia/Gracie RimWorld colony with a lovely lady named Kristen. She’s a jogger, she loves the ocean and apparently, she’s Jeff’s ex.

I like to imagine it’s a “we held hands in the school hallway for a week, then broke up” situation. They had -15 opinions of each other though so it was presumably a less-than-amicable separation.

Anyway, since the caravan was an exotic goods trader, they sold bionic hands. So now John’s got a left hand again. Hooray!

Jeff has the best crafting skill in our colony, so even though he has no magical abilities of his own it falls upon him to create magical scrolls at the scribing table whenever Chat, John, or Wifey need to learn a new spell.

I’ve never played with the RimWorld of Magic mod before this game and I’ve enjoyed figuring out all the exciting things it adds! I should make an effort to draw more of the magical shenanigans everyone gets up to, haha.

Here’s a brief introduction to the collection of animals we’ve acquired throughout the RT Miitopia/Gracie RimWorld game, from the beloved bonded animals to our prospering boomalope farm.

Not pictured is the constant stream of unnamed baby koalas that we release back to the wild once they’re old enough.

Have you ever cried laughing while you tried to ink/colour a drawing? As of today, I have! 

When I made all the RT Miitopia characters for my RimWorld game, I gave Mr Bean the ‘hulking’ body type because I thought it’d be funny- and I still think it is.

Anyway,extremely jacked Mr Bean is now in our colony. I’m so glad to have him!

Sweet ray of sunshine that John is, he was more worried about a scratch on his wife’s arm than he was about losing a whole hand in the last raid.

Anyway, it looks like I’ll be researching Bionics sooner than anticipated, haha.

Here’s Magical John doing very dangerous work around our RimWorld base (moving the herd of boomalopes to a newly-constructed fireproof pen). He’s got a pretty good animal handling skill so he gets to do the scary jobs like this.

Also, the Volcano Goddess (who still needs a better name than ‘Wifey’) lost an eye during a raid… But then we got a quest with an archotech eye as a reward, so now Wifey has an archotech eye.

And then there’s whatever this is. I don’t even know. At least Jeff is happy, I guess.

Lately, I’ve been worried because one of my cats went missing for a few days. In between looking for her and working, I decided to draw all the RT Miitopia/Gracie RimWorld colonists with the cat they recently got from a trade caravan (her name is Toffee).

I was finishing the last drawing when someone tapped on my window. They’d found my cat! I like to think my drawings summoned her home, haha. Enjoy some cute kitty shenanigans to celebrate her return! <3

Look who came to visit and ultimately get recruited to our ever-growing colony! It’s Jefferson à la RimWorld! 

Jeff is another construction/crafting colonist, but he’s also extremely good at shooting (because he was a tank in RT’s Miitopia playthrough). He’s also best friends with Gilbert already, which is sweet.

He’s got two bionic eyes (reminiscent of those big Pengling eyes we all love so much) and venom fangs (reminiscent of those horrifying Pengling teeth we all dread so much).

I think this is the first social fight that’s happened in the RT Miitopia/Gracie RimWorld game. John apparently doesn’t know good taste when he sees it, Chat doesn’t like being insulted, and then they throw hands while everyone else stands around awkwardly and Gilbert tries to mediate. Good times!

Bonus: John playing doctor after the incident and patching up the cuts and bruises that were inflicted.

A happy reunion! We have our first new colonist! Except for Poopy the Crash-Landed Colonist but who cares about him

Hey if anyone can think of a better name than “Wifey” for The Volcano Goddess, feel free to tell me and I’ll change it. I couldn’t think of anything good to call her when I made her. :/

Bit of a slow day in the RT Miitopia/Gracie Rimworld game today. Just some grilling, animal training, hanging out in the hot spring, and peacefully existing while we wait for something more interesting to happen.

This randomly generated man named Theophas Pesnoscus showed up in my RT Miitopia/Gracie Rimworld game. He’s a pyromaniac, a stoner, a body-modder, and apparently he’s Magical John’s dad. 

So anyway I guess John looks like his mum.

In the RT Miitopia/Gracie Rimworld crossover, Chat and John got sent on a quest together. Their trip took a couple of days so they had to camp out for a night and I decided to draw it.

Here’s a quick introduction to the three (relevant) colonists in the RT Miitopia/Gracie Rimworld crossover. I thought some of you might be interested in what traits they have.

 Gilbert took our horse -her name is Mint, of course- on a caravan trip all by himself (they grow up so fast!)

And John made some very cool fanart of his own, carved into a bedof all things.

All’s well in the RT Miitopia/Gracie Rimworld crossover. Chat has taken over cooking duties (most likely muttering “FEED” to themselves while they do), Gilbert does a lot of the researching, and John is very good with plants so he’s been tending all our crops.

We did have an unfortunate incident where a Nightling ate our pet red panda named Kevin, but we avenged him and then built a very big, very fancy crypt to honour Kevin’s (admittedly minimal) contributions to our colony. R.I.P panda-Kevin.

The other day I tried recreating RT’s Miitopia party in Rimworld, with my three starter colonists as my three favourite characters (Chat, John, and Gilbert). We also spawned in with a Great Dane named Greg. :)

It’s quite common for me to doodle my Rimworld colonists while I play, so I drew these three (and Greg) Rimworld-style. It’s a bit different than all the Miitopia art I’ve been doing lately, but I thought I’d post it in case it tickled anyone’s fancy.

Valentine’s Day felt like a good excuse to draw some Miitopia Heart Apparel!

Today in Miitopia I noticed a “Dragon Costume” and a “Dragon Raiment” for the Imp and Elf jobs. As Baby Gilbert held both jobs in RT’s playthrough, I thought it’d be fun to draw him in each set. 

Today on “Miitopia makes me laugh every time I play it”, Dr Eggman commits a fashion faux pas in the Travellers Hub!

It’s okay, though. John changed back into his Hero getup so the Doc wouldn’t be embarrassed.

All decked out in Legendary Gear, and ready to take on the Tower of Dread!
