I couldn’t do it. that other art was just too old (imagine that- art from the beginning of the year would make me wince to look at) so I deleted the post. instead have some Zhaos from my warm up page.
It’s been a long time coming. I’ve been meaning to paint Zhao, but I kept pushing it and pushing it and well… pushing it. Why? Honestly… I have no idea he’s one of my favorites! Haha

So 4 months ago I started playing Y0 one day because I thought why not. Fast forward to now…. in the space of the last 4 months I then obsessively played Kiwami 1, Kiwami 2, Y3, Y4, Y5, Dead Souls, Y6 and Y: Like a Dragon back to back because I fell madly in love with Majima, and now Zhao. Definitely thought I’d reach burnout by game 4 out of 9 but nope…… I am now completely obsessed with Yakuza games XD. So of course, here’s my first fanart of my two favourite characters! Maybe Majima is really good at painting nails because he had to do that for the ladies at the cabaret clubs he was running XD
