The Loner residence:  Ajay Loner (teen) and his grandmother Milony live here. Cutest family ever!

Just one picture because it’s  20x15 lot and you pretty much see everything. I wanted a tiny community lot that matches Parched Prospect and its green grass. It’s next to the Beaker house and it looks very good in game.
