*cackles*, I got the buffet table to work. Anyway, I’ve been wanting to build a resort lot for Al Simhara for quite some time, so here it is.
For whatever reason the hotel reception and the rubbish bin get flung toward the far border of the lot when you place it, so please just move them to their corresponding locations (reception counter is next to the doors into the central fountain area, bin is within one of the arched areas at the front of the hotel).
I bulldozed an empty house not far from the base camp to place this lot.

Just one picture because it’s 20x15 lot and you pretty much see everything. I wanted a tiny community lot that matches Parched Prospect and its green grass. It’s next to the Beaker house and it looks very good in game.

As some of you may know, I’m currently rebuilding my Pleasantview save (which I plan to share if I ever finish it…), and today I bring you a little sneak peek: the Wilsonoff Theater and Arcade!
It’s set to work as a bar, but it is in fact a movie theater downstairs and an arcade upstairs. It has a very 80s vibe because why not? xD

a bustling town centre for mount komorebi! you can meditate at the noragami temple, eat at ichirakus ramen, freak out at kekkai sensen karaoke, chill at sakura wellness, get a beer oder three at the 1 ok rock bar, visit the chibi buta bookstore, shop at the ika conbini… there are also 5 bedrooms/appartements to stay for a few days, you’ll never get bored here ^u^
The Town Hall is among the first buildings that were ever built around the area, and the then owners and inhabitants of the house were also the founders of Whitewave. As the town grew, the family gave their house to the use of the town’s sims, as it had already been treated as a center of the community.
The building has been renovated in a way that serves modern day sims, but still respects the original architecture and style of the house. The services provided today include:

City planning office
Auditorium
Library
Café
General information and ticket sales
The mayor’s office is located at the top of the building, but after mayor Benny Black stepped down the position has not been filled yet and the office remains empty.
The Town Hall faces towards Whitewave River from where the town gets its name. Whitewave’s central park - the Bella Goth Park by its official name - is located on the Town Hall’s property, but it has been untended for for years.

Basically, I needed a community lot where I can place the 4t2 Jobs Cork Board so I built this littlelot. This is the second time I’m building this, because the original was located in a lot with wonky terrain and it was literally impossible to place it anywhere.
Located right across from the Muenda cemetery in Strangetown, Ophelia’s shop sells bouquets, house plants, and all the home gardening supplies you need to keep your unnaturally green lawn in tip-top condition. Why not buy a memorial bouquet to place on a loved one’s grave when you visit? Or maybe a rose for that special someone or two? I hear the snapdragons sold here have many mysterious and beneficial properties.
This community lot was designed for Strangetown, Here We Come, and I made this cc free version of it to share. (I’d recommend using clean installer anyway, just to be safe.) It’s built from two shipping containers, features a living roof, and comes equipped with everything you need to open it as a business.
This fun treehouse is the perfect spot for family days out! With plenty of activities to choose from including camping, BBQs, fire pits, and lots of toys for kids (and adults) to enjoy!
