I am not gonna lie. It is very interesting watching your body change! I am proud of my current delt status and can’t wait to see what happens! Sometimes I have to look back through my pictures to realize my current definition.
It’s getting me excited.
I am super pumped for the next few weeks.

One thing I’ve learned about prep is that your emotions are constantly out of whack.
You’re happy. Then upset. Then you don’t really feel like much and the cycle continues.
You have to find a happy medium of how to still enjoy pushing yourself to the gym even though you’re tired. And eating the same food today that you had yesterday…
It’s almost comparable to a full time job. You just have to push yourself.
