I often wish I had smaller calves… and thighs, but that’s genetics! My mom has built legs and so does her dad but neither have ever worked out enough (if at all) to grow muscle. Sometimes we’re just as we are and we have to get over it oh and I’ve NEVER worked out my calves consistently. That’s just how they are ‍♀️ ⁣

Hello Everyone
Yes, I’m going to talk about Plexus. Yes, I am an ambassador for them. No, I’m not going to SELL you on the company. Yes, I can help you feel more healthy and energized. Yes, I’m going to be your informer, your outlet, your go to, for any and all questions and concerns in regards to your health, wellness, and Plexus needs.

A little back story: I have always been a “hippie” health freak. Concerned about all things entering my body. I love the old wives tales of apple cider vinegar and oil pulling. I avoid medication at all costs. I, however, have never been one to yo yo diet, diet period, or jump on bandwagons. I have used products from multiple health chains such as Beach Body and Advocare but have never completely been on board with ALL of their products and ideas. Plexus was a new one, another health and wellness idea. I figured i’d eventually check it out, maybe try a few products but never really “go all in.”
Then there was the Plexus Sip and See
There I met real people from my area on this new product. Still apprehensive I listened and learned, what is Plexus? What makes it different than EVERYTHING else on the market? The stories of success from multiple people in the room brought me to tears. Plexus was changing lives!
But still…. It can’t be 100% good right?
Wrong.
I took all the info distributed there, which came with no obligations or any sort of sales pitch, just raw information, and scoured the internet for every bit of information I could find.

So as of today… I’m all in! I will spread the word and not because I see myself quitting my job in 2 years to stay at home and sell Plexus but because I want to help people become healthy and happy!

The organization wants to present the traditional Polish food to WYD pilgrims.

From 26th to 29th of July there will be 17 food and beverage zones, (including Campus Misericordiae).
In this 8 zones by Caritas Polska serving pierogi, bigos, grilled sausages, oscypki, fast food, as well as coffee, tea, a wide selection of beverages.

The zones in Campus Misericordiae will function noon-midnight, they will stay open longer if needed. Meals in Campus Misericordiae will be distributed in exchange for tickets. 

For pilgrims without tickets, prices will be similar to existing prices.

This was an incredibly tough and busy month for me. I had a lot of traveling, worrying about family stuff and a lot of stress at work. I kept up with my diet for the most part, struggling the most when I was away from home. No excuses, but it is so hard to stay on diet and away from dairy when you are living out of a hotel room for days at a time. I did my best. What I did not do was lose a single pound, HOWEVER, I did maintain! While I could be super down on myself (which I am trying desperately to avoid) because I didn’t manage to lose any weight this month, I AM proud of myself for ending the month exactly the same weight I started it. It may have been difficult but I managed to stick to my diet and workouts enough that I know that once I get down to my goal weight I will be able to maintain it with the skills that I have learned and the habits that I build.

So why did I write all this just to say that I haven’t changed weight all month? Because I know that some of you get very discouraged when you reach a plateau or slip up and don’t stay on diet. I want you to know that this is one minute, one day, one month of your life. Know better and do better. If you slip up or have a bad month or even gain a pound or more back , buckle down and do better next month. You can do and so can I!

Just a quick workout this afternoon, been a busy day waiting for electricians, recording a new Minecraft series and trying out the new electric lawn mower.

Still, it’s a start which is the most important thing. Going to aim to do a half hour session on the elliptical tomorrow, see if I can double today’s.
