Life is fucking crazy. We worry about trivial things and don’t stress about the important stuff. We need to learn to take control of our decisions and stop letting our subconscious attempt to destroy the self that we have built.
Take every action in stride.
Pride yourself in knowing you are doing what you can to hit your goals.
Remember where you came from and continue to move forward.

Working on them “Mr. Clean Arms” ( @jillian.eh ) Great shoulder and bicep pump today. 6.5 weeks out…. getting intense. As much as I am dreaming of food I am still enjoying my training and everything about this. The challenge is exactly that. A fucking challenge. To figure out how strong YOU can be. This is on you and no one else. The journey takes time. But it’s worth it.
