Another vintage-styled movie checked off! The Dressmaker was a true catwalk for 1950s fashion. All of the women looked exquisite. The film itself is quite peculiar but in a positive way. At least for me ; )

Let me know if you’ve seen the movie and what are your thoughts about it !

Hey all!  This blog is still on indefinite hiatus until I have a better lighting situation (although I may? be on the way to solving that? stay tuned I guess) but I wanted to take a sec and promote my Etsy shop.  Tumblr hates links so I’m not gonna link it, I’m just gonna say that it’s called blitheblythe.  I’ll reblog this post right away with an actual link–maybe that’ll help?–so check the notes if you want a direct link.

I recently had foot surgery and have had to take a lot of unpaid time off work, plus I’m having trouble getting around (currently in a wheelchair, will be on crutches later for quite a while) and will need to pay for delivery food and taxis.  That gets expensive!

Because I was recovering from surgery at the end of last month, I didn’t run a Black Friday/Small Business Saturday/Cyber Monday sale, so I’m running one now!  Everything is 15% off.  If you’ve been considering buying something, I would really appreciate it if you did it now.  I’m very open to holding things for people and I ship quickly!

Image descriptions below the cut:

[Image description: five photos of me in a variety of wigs, showing off clothing, in a variety of outdoor locations.  In the first I am in a long brown wig with a flower crown, wearing a long, formal peach-colored gown with an empire waist.  In the second, I am in a short, curly brown wig, wearing a sage green turtleneck and a cool-toned skirt.  I am holding a black blazer.  In the third, I am wearing the long brown wig and flower crown again, along with a cowl-necked and doleman-sleeved blue tie dye dress with a super full skirt.  In the fourth, I am wearing a bobbed blonde with with a pastel floral cocktail dress.  And in the fifth, I am wearing the long brown wig (but in braids) with a fitted red cotton dress with grey accent stripes.]
