i can’t get over how everyone in fma just accepted that alphonse was a ten year old boy in a big ol suit of armour. he would actually have to be huge to even fit inside and control the armour with any dexterity so i guess when he told people “oh yeah i’m a child that’s why my voice sounds like i just came out the womb” they had no alternative but to accept that there was an extremely jacked six-foot ten year old in there, just chillin
Maybe they just looked at Ed and figured Al must have gotten all the height in the family.

A batch of sketches, some done in watercolours because I want to improve. And the best way to do it is practice. Skulls because skulls are fun? I mean the shapes, values, it’s all beautiful. A small portrait because I haven’t done those in ages. I think it turned out pretty ok? All watercolor pieces are done from reference.
The pencil sketch is of older Al, one to accompany my version of older Ed. For some reason I really like the idea of Al having glasses when he’s older.
