Lady of the Red Lands.
She both protector, fierce of claw, and a healer strong in heka. A large, complex name that almost has two faces to her own side of the coin. She is a Name that came to me often this year, and has brought her fierceness with her. While this piece may be a small tribute, it is no less of who she is.

O Great Lady, who did come into being in the sky, who are mighty.
Who does make happy, and does fill every place (or being), with your beauty,
The whole earth is under you, you have taken possession of it.
You have encompassed the earth, everything is in your two hands,
-excerpt from hymn to Nut in pyramid texts.
Nut can be a patient name. Great in her love and protection. She is the expanse of the sky above, a part of life and death. She takes unto her the Akh and places them amongst the stars within her. She is a great warmth and comfort, and creating her here was a great joy for me.
