Part of the book is devoted to first hand accounts of the struggle for abortion rights in Northern Ireland, U.S.A and Korea. This isn’t just a book but an instruction manual for liberation.

Another book I read while doing some research!  Christine Zucchelli has written a wonderful book about trees in Ireland and their connections to religion, witchcraft and mythology. She also delves into superstitions, fairies and holy wells. The book is well researched and referenced and it’s clear that Zucchelli has taken the time to listen to local people and their stories.
