Hey Animation Enthusiasts and people we force to listen to out podcast! This Sunday we have the amazing Chris Battle joining us for an interview. He is best known for his work on classic Cartoon Network shows like DEXTER’S LABORATORY, POWERPUFF GIRLS, SAMURAI JACK, and the current hit CN series TEEN TITANS GO!, plus projects for Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros, and more.

A couple years ago I was commissioned by Capcom to design a cartoony version of STREET FIGHTER (Their direction: “Give it that TTG feel”) for an animated series pitch that unfortunately didn’t get a greenlight. Whatevs – I got to “officially” draw another one of of my 80s/90s favorites!

Assorted classic incidentals for YDD.  Kept the OG characters faithful to their original looks – No need to mess with classic designs!  In the end, they didn’t use my Captain Caveman or Alien Hunter designs. Oh, welp.

Dino turns & expressions from 2017 for the YABBA DABBA DINOSAURS main character model pack. Once again, I got to design a character voiced by my buddy Eric Bauza – I’ve been drawing his animated alter egos since 2005!
