Hey friends! So you may have noticed my activity on here has slowed down a bit lately. I haven’t been able to to keep up with regular updates or make new gifs like I used to, and I’ve been behind on reacting to the latest news. 

My love of Star Wars has in no way diminished, nor has my commitment to keeping up with all aspects of the saga. What has diminished is my time. I’ve gotten a new job that requires much more of my time than before, and some writing projects I’ve been working on are also coming together. A lot of good and big things are happening IRL, but I simply haven’t had time to keep up with tumblr as a result. 

Furthermore, the pressure of this blog has in some ways diminished my ability to simply enjoy being a Star Wars fan. I need a break to just enjoy the story without any pressure to post or be on top of the latest news. I want Star Wars to be a respite from stress, not a source of it.

I’m putting this blog on official hiatus because I owe it to all of you to not leave you hanging. I will likely return in some form when my time gets more under control, but should I decide not to return, I will also let you know. 

I will continue to be active in expressing my love of Star Wars daily on my twitter, so give me a follow there if you’d like to keep up. I’m gangstergish on twitter.

Second Announcement

Okay, by some play of destiny, 30 minutes after I posted the announcement below, Mod Rashell contacted me. Their life has been very busy (she said she had made a lot of the confessions ready to be posted this weekend though), but apparently she has also had some very hard technical issues with Tumblr, especially with logging in and posting. But, thankfully she is okay, and she will contact the other mod, the new mod, to see what’s going on with them. Since she’s the one in charge of the blog now, I will leave it to her to tell you all when the blog is gonna be active again. Have a good rest of your week, loves! ~ Formed Mod Rachel

Hi, it is Rashell, and I’m sorry for leaving you all like this, I feel bad, but my accounts have been glitching so much, and I had to actually contact tumblr to get my main fixed, and it took a while for them to fix. But, I promise tha I have been making confessions, and will put them in the drafts/queue, when I have time this weekend, probably Friday night and all day Saturday, just so I can be early. Little by little my account has been back to normal, and it’s been okay for a couple of days now, so that’s good, especially since before, even when I was able to login, it would kick me out minutes later, haha! The other mod might of had the same or similar difficulties because she stopped posting first & me a week after that, so I will promise to contact her, and give you all updates soon. But, I do guarantee this blog will be active again, but since I will be the only person potentially running the blog (I can handle it), I will probably reduce the amount of total confessions allowed within one inbox opening, although because of this, I might be able to open the inbox two times a week, maybe three, and do little by little, so I can do more, in a way, as time goes one, but still being able to manage them better, you know, as long as tumblr doesn’t decide to do a long-spanded rager on me again, but yeah! Thank you to all for being patient and understanding, but I am okay, and thank you Rachel for worrying, I’m sorry if you had bad thoughts from that or went through any of that, I promise I wasn’t trying to ignore you, and I do appreciate you caring so much about me, I don’t deserve that, you are amazing, and I wish you the best!
