Mornings Part 3 (Bucky x Reader)

Part 1

Part 2

A/N: Sorry for keeping all of you waiting, I promise I’ll try to be faster. By the way I was going to write more to this part but I wanted to post this because there were too many of you requesting it soon. So I had to save the exiciting parts for later, I promise you’re gonna love part 4:)

I didn’t know where to go. I didn’t want to go home to the tower because everyone was going to come up and ask how it went, and I am pretty sure they could tell how fucked up I was.

I didn’t want anyone to see me like this. I drove around the city for a while, trying to think of some place to park. I found a parking lot and I just parked there. I walked out the parking lot, and just kept walking. I looked around as I walked, and man, New York was beautiful.

I tried to not think, clear my mind. I couldn’t. I felt tears in my eyes, how could he do this?

I saw a bar across the street, that made me stop and think. Getting wasted would be such a cliche, after getting my heart broken but it felt like a good idea. I needed my mind to stop torturing me so I walked across the street and entered the bar.

I sat on the bar stool, waited for the bartender to notice me.

“Hello, what can I get you?”

“Hi, um- what should I get to get drunk as fast as possible?” I asked him.

“Okay…let’s see. Probably tekila shots.”

“Then tekila shots it is.”

“How many?”

I really didn’t know much about these stuff.

“Uhh…”

“New to this stuff I see. I’ll get you a few and we’ll see how it goes.”

I gave him a shy smile. He left to prepare the drinks. I checked my phone.

A missed call from Steve.

I knew they were going to start looking me, they could even track my phone.

I turned the ghost mod on. I didn’t feel like talking to anyone about this.

The bartender brought me my drinks. I took the first shot, feeling my throat burning. No matter how awful it tasted, I took the other one, then the other one…

“Hey! Bartender!” I called out to the bartender.

“Hey, hi!” I said when he noticed me. “I think I need more, I don’t feel anything.”

“They usually hit after a while I don’t think you should-“

“I said I want more.”

“Okay, calm down. More it is.”

I drank more, then my vision became blurry, my mind felt a little…weird?

“I called her 5 times, she is not picking up.” Steve said to Bucky on the phone.

“Did you tell Tony to track her phone?” Bucky asked him.

“He said he couldn’t because she put it on the ghost mode.”

“Fuck.”

“Calm down man we’re gonna find-“

“I’ll find her Steve. I got this, don’t tell anyone anything.”

“But-“

“Just trust me on this.”

“Okay man. Call me to let me know how it goes.”

“I will.” Bucky hung up the phone. He had the urge to throw it across the room, but he managed to stay calm.

He grabbed the keys to his motorcycle, he knew she wasn’t going to want to see him. But he had to tell her. He knew he should just let her go, think that she is going to move on anyway but he couldn’t help it. He had to talk to her.

He knew her way too well. Finding her was easier for him than anyone else. He knew she was smart, she didn’t want to be found so she wouldn’t be in any place known. She was somewhere new, somewhere she just happend to find by chance. She also had to park somewhere, and finding a parking space in the city was very hard. So she must have found a parking lot, or a garage.

He had to ride around for almost two hours before he found the right parking lot. He left his motorcycle to the same place he found her car in, then he started searching for her on foot.

He walked around, looking inside every bar, cafe and restaurant trying to find her.

He moved as fast as he could but that took him another hour. When he finally saw her, inside that small bar he ran inside immediately.

He was shocked to see her like that. (Y/N) didn’t even like drinking.

Her eyes widened when they met his blue ones. He walked towards her, she walked backwards.

She pushed him away, stumbling backwards. “No!” She pouted like a little kid.

“Are you drunk?” He asked, trying to hold her steady so she wouldn’t fall.

“Don’t touch me!” She shouted and pushed his hands away, stumbling few more steps backwards.

He raised his hand in peace, “Okay, okay, just calm down.”

“Stay…away from ME. You got it?” She mumbled.

“Okay- just listen to me, alright?”

“NO! I don’t want to!” She whined like a 5 year old, pushing him away again.

“Then just let me take you home.”

“You? You go take that-that girl home.” She said, her eyes tearing up.

“Hey, I can explain-“

“No! I don’t want to hear anything!”

She sat back on the bar stool, “Bring more, Hal!” she called out to the bartender.

“You’ve had enough.” Bucky said, trying to reach her but she wouldn’t allow him.

“Your friend is right Miss.”

“What? He is not even my friend, friend.” She chuckled. “When I say I want tequila, I want tequila.”

Bucky didn’t know what to do. He was going to just carry her outside but that would have caused a scene, so he was trying to think of another way.

Hal, the bartender didn’t bring her more because of the scary look Bucky gave him.

“You know what Hal? Fuck-you! I’ll go dance then,”

She got back up from the bar stool, she almost fell down but Bucky caught her.

Her sight was so blurry she felt like the whole world was spinning.

When she pulled herself together she tried pushing him away but he didn’t allow her this time.

“Let me go! I hate- I hate-you.” She managed to mumble. She was getting weaker and weaker, she was about to pass out from that much of alcohol.

Her eyes closed, so he held her by the waist. He payed her bill then grabbed her things before picking her up. She wrapped her arms around his neck, burying her face in his shoulder. “You smell good.” she said weakly.

“I hate you.” She added.

Bucky didn’t respond as he walked out the bar, carrying her.

“And you hate me too.”

“I don’t hate you.” He responded.

“Then why did you…why did you leave me?” Her voice came out like a whisper.

“I didn’t leave- how could I leave my best girl?”

She didn’t respond. He thought she finally passed out, he sadly was wrong.

He took a cab and took her to his place because it was closer. She kept asking questions about that girl and wouldn’t shut up about it. One minute she would tell Bucky how fucking much she hated him and in the next minute she would tell how beautiful his eyes were.

When they got out of the cab he was about to pick her up again, but she didn’t allow him.

“I can walk on my own!” She got mad like a little girl and took a few steps before stumbling.

Bucky caught her by her waist again, “Guess I can’t.” she giggled.

“Wooo!”Bucky picked her up and carried her inside the building, to his apartment. When they entered to his apartment he took her straight to bed. He placed her on his bed, took off her shoes.

“I made you pancakes, you know.” She mumbled as he put a blanket over her.

“But I threw them at your door because you’re such a fucking jerk.” He tried to ignore her, he knew it wouldn’t be right to discuss it when she is that drunk.

He grabbed his phone to call Steve. “Who are you calling? Is it that-that bitch?” Bucky rolled his eyes, turning away to walk out the door.

“Noo! Don’t leave me alone.” He sighed, running his hand through his hair.

He walked back towards the bed and sat next to her. “I won’t leave, I promise. You just go to sleep, okay?”

“I don’t want to sleep, I have to tell you something!”She said, very excited.

“I will listen when you’re sober, let’s just-“

“I am sober! I am juuusst fine.”

“Okay- yeah, sure you are. How about I listen to you when you wake up?”

“But I am not sle-“

“But I am,” He lied, “I am so sleepy, we can’t talk right now. How about we talk after we wake back up?”

“Okay!” She giggled, and shut her eyes immediately. He didn’t expect it to be that easy honestly.

Her breathing slowed down, he knew she fell asleep. She looked so gorgeous, he couldn’t believe it.

-will be continued- please let me know what you think!

I am so sorry I couldn’t be active lately. I seriously don’t know what’s wrong me. I have about 15 unfinished stories in my drafts but I have no idea how to continue them. Lately I don’t feel like doing anything. I cancel my plans, dates, and sit at home. I can’t even watch a movie or read a book without getting overwhelmed/bored.

I am truly sorry, I am seriously trying to write to not keep you guys waiting but I just can’t.

I hope to be back soon, I am trying to pull myself together.

I love you all, thank you for still following me! xo

“Y/n,” Peter whispered, leaning over the side of his desk in the library, “Y/n, Y/n.”

The girl did not look up from her notebook and textbook that was splayed across the desk she sat at, not far from Peter.

“Y/n,” Peter hissed, still not getting her attention. “Ugh, Y/n.”

He pulled the eraser off of his pencil and tossed it at her, the blow landing right on her cheekbone, sending the girl to fly back in her seat.

“What the-” She reached a hand to her face, touching the spot where the eraser hit her to see if it had left a mark before her eyes landed on Peter. “Peter.”

“Don’t be mad.” He spoke quickly and softly, sitting up just as fast as she had moments ago. “I have been saying your name for the past five minutes.”

“Yeah, I heard you.”

“So you were ignoring me?” Peter gave her a hurt look.

“Peter, I have to study. That’s why we’re in the library during lunch. I’m falling behind in chemistry.”

“You are not falling behind.” He argued, rising from his seat and slinging his bag over his shoulder.

“No, Peter, I am. I am so lost in class I can barely pay attention- What are you doing?” She cut herself off as she watched Peter pack all her belongings into her backpack and slung it over his other shoulder.

“Get up.” He instructed. “We’re ditching our next class.”

“But, Peter,” Y/n rose to her feet, very clearly unsure, “we have chemistry next class.”

“Yeah, but you were the one who just said you’re so lost you don’t even pay attention-”

“I can barely pay attention.”

“Whatever.”

“There is a difference!”

“Again, whatever, Bug.” Peter rolled his eyes before continuing and starting to walk away from the girl who seemed stuck in her place. “As I was saying, since you can barely pay attention we should go out and do something else. Take a break for once.”

“Peter Parker, who is such a stickler about school, is going to skip our last few classes for little ole me?”

“I’m only doing this because I love you.” Peter argued.

“So this isn’t because you heard from Ned that there’s a showing of the original Star Wars in about an hour?”

Peter cracked a shy smile as he adjusted the two backpacks on his shoulders. “No, it does not. This is about you and your inability to relax and take a break. If we just so happen to make it to the movie theater, I wouldn’t be opposed to it.”

“Oh my god, you are so ridiculous!” Y/n exclaimed, giving him a little bit of a shove.

“Don’t push me too hard, Bug. I will drop both these bags.” Peter gave caution as he adjusted the bags once more. “What do you keep in this bag anyway? A pound of rocks? Don’t tell me you carry those crystals Liz gave you around.”

“You’re probably only carrying them both just so I’ll say yes to your little movie.” Y/n stated as she pulled her bag off of his shoulder and slipped her arms into the straps. “And for the record, no, I do not carry the healing crystals Liz gave me. I carry the anti stress and worry ones.”

“I knew it!” Peter exclaimed, walking quickly to catch up with the girl who was already walking away from him again. “And about the movie, we don’t have to go. Let’s do whatever you want today. Does that sound like a plan to you?”

“All I want is to lay down and never get up again.”

“How about we get some ice cream? Do something a little less depressing?” He asked, throwing an arm around her shoulders.

“I think eating my feelings in ice cream is also depressing.”

“I thought it was only depressing if you do it after a really bad breakup. That’s what Aunt May told me.”

“Did Aunt May tell you that or did you end up watching Eat, Pray, Love with her like she asked you to?”

“I’ll have you know that Eat, Pray, Love wasn’t even that bad. I actually kind of liked it. Made me want to go to Italy again.”

“You actually liked the movie?” Y/n giggled.

“I can be sensitive sometimes. I mean, I cried the first time I saw Marley and Me.”

“I think everyone cried when they saw that movie.” Y/n smiled as they made their way out of the school building and onto the sidewalk. “But those are definitely not the same movies.”

“Fine. You’re right, but don’t you dare tell anyone I liked that movie.” Peter begged. “Not even Ned. And especially not Liz. She’ll end up thinking it sounds adorable and will tell everyone else.”

“That’s because it is adorable.” Y/n smiled. “It’s adorable that you like movies my mom likes.”

“You’re not funny.”

“I’m pretty funny.” She smiled up at him, both of the teens stopping in their tracks to not stand face to face. “You think I’m funny, but you don’t want to admit it.”

“No, you don’t want to admit that I’m funny.” Peter argued, his hand slipping into hers. “Regardless, it’s nice to see you finally smiling.”

“Yeah?”

He hummed in agreement as he closed the space between them, leaned down to kiss her softly. He always loved the feeling of her smiling when he kissed her, as if her happy demeanor made her lips taste even more sweet.

Peter smiled as he pulled away, brushing her hair down with an open hand.

“If you do that again, I definitely want to go see that movie.”

“A kiss? That’s all it took?” He chuckled as he leaned in close again, resting his forehead on hers. “And they say boys are total simps.”

“You’re not as funny as you think you are.”

“Oh, Bug, we both aren’t that funny.” Peter laughed, kissing her softly again.

He pulled away slowly, as if he didn’t really want to. He could tell she hadn’t wanted him to pull away either as a small whine escaped her lips, causing a smile to stretch across his own.

“Maybe if I kiss you at the movies, you’ll finally learn to relax.”

“Why wait for the movies when you could have me relax right here and now?”

Peter smiled, this time placing both his hands on her face before he pulled her into a kiss again.
