#before and after weight loss
It takes a lot for me to post this before picture. It was my lowest moment, and the day I decided to make a change for real. Today I am almost 50 pounds down, and although it all started with weight loss in mind, I have gained so much mentally and emotionally, and that has made 500x the difference. I appreciate every single “I didn’t even recognize you” and “I’m so proud of you”.

I had already lost 26 kg (55 lbs)! 10 kg to go until I reached my goal!

One on the left is Thanksgiving 2011, weighing in at around 230 (I’m the one with the glasses second from the right). The one on the right is 3 days after Thanksgiving 2012, weighing in at 150. I’ve put on a few pounds since last month but have lost inches so I’m guessing I’m finally getting some muscles. Yay!!

Halloween progress pic!
So I’ve been posting alot of progress pics lately but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. It makes me feel motivated, maybe helps motivate someone else and well, it’s my blog so I’m gonna do whatever I want :)
The first pics are Halloween 2010 (black face paint mask), don’t have one from last year because I didn’t end up going out. Weight was around 240 lbs. The second pics are this year (zombie), weight at 148 lbs.
