#weight loss before and after
August was slow AF but I still ticked on down. My Jan1st goal is to hit the new year solidly in the 230s. As we all know navigating food holidays is hard when you’re working on weightloss. So I’m not giving myself an impossible number I won’t be able to hit.

I’m glad to announce that I am back.
I was MIA from tumblr for a few months because I was focusing on my licensing and certification, trying to understand food and exercise more from a medical and scientific prospective as well.
I am now a certified personal trainer and health coach and will be offering online 1 on 1 coaching or local training sessions and plans if you’re in Miami.

Was so close to breaking my fast 3 hours earlier.. I’ve been so so tired since the weekend. I need to get out of this funk. Just wanted to let you guys know I’m not always motivated and have the energy and drive to eat healthy and workout. There’s many days like this that I just want to break my fast eat unhealthy and skip my workout. I haven’t ate yet, I’m on my second coffee of the day to even have the slightest energy to workout and that’s okay! INGREDIENTS

2 avocados
2 tbsp. butter, divided
4 large eggs
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
¼ c. shredded cheddar
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced

DIRECTIONS

Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Lay avocado halves on their sides and carefully cut lengthwise into 2 thick slices each. Hollow out middles with a paring knife.
In a large, nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Place avocado slices into skillet and crack an egg into the center. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover skillet and cook until egg is cooked to your desired doneness, about 5 minutes for a just runny egg. Sprinkle cheese on top of each slice, cover with lid again and cook until the cheese is melted, a minute more.
Repeat with remaining ingredients. Garnish with bacon and green onions
