Do we bloom in spring, or is it spring because we bloom…
Tempted to make self portraits a thing from now on. This was such fun to capture
Shot in a blossom tree that I look forward to creating in each year and this year I just couldn’t help but put myself in it! Big thanks to my love @solsticeretouch for helping me capture it and working with me on the final edit
This spring I’ve been catching my breath, finally halted from the go go go nature of the last few years. Unable to shoot with models due to lockdown it’s been refreshing to turn the camera on myself and reconnect with what inspires me most, flowers and nature

Stay strong, stay true… .
Many moons ago I came across two soul sisters in the arms of an ancient tree, while one sleeps the other stands guard. The long day is comes to an end and as the light fades, mischief comes to life in the twilight hours. Our time right now is one like this, a pause from reality in a space that is not day or night, where we both rest and stand strong against forces outside our control. Stay home, stay safe, before the journey continues.

I’m actually a little proud of myself. I’ve been nervous to make these since it’s been a while since I last recorded something but the feeling of accomplishment you get after doing something out of the comfort zone makes it so worth it. The new videos should be available in a few days!
