Sebastian x demon!Reader

Lady Elizabeth was at the manor for the weekend. Her cheerful chirps demanded fun and as hard as Ciel tried to resist, he never truly could resulting in Elizabeth orchestrating a picnic outside for everyone. Sebastian had his hands busy with preparing lunch himself, leaving Y/N, his demon mate, to lay in the grass with the young lady to lazily gaze at the swirling clouds above.

Warm day for a picnic, Y/N thought as her skin buzzed with a fuzzy feeling due to the sun rays. Oh how she absolutely basked in this moment of rare relaxation. Usually her and Sebastian were occupied with cleaning up the other servants mistakes or hunting down Ciel’s sworn enemies. So days like this? She wished it would never end.

Elizabeth giggled joyfully, blonde hair sprawled messily around her head. Y/N had told her that she should allow it to flow free for a day, for no one was here to judge. Sebastian was a stickler for formalities but his darling mate saw them as silly rules for no rhyme or reason.

She smiled softly at the kind heart of the young girl. Elizabeth’s nobility never overtrumped them pureness wrapped up in her soul. Y/N wished that she could live in this unmatched radiance of happiness for the remaining of existence.

“Oh, lady Elizabeth, how gracious of you to include me within your wildest dreams.” Rolling over in an instant, Y/N’s nimble hands pinched at the young girl’s cheeks in a loving manner.

Sebastian didn’t have the same ability to show affection to humans like Y/N, acting far more professional and reserved compared to her soft caresses and supporting words. The other servants all loved Y/N deep in the depths of their hearts verses the sheer admiration they felt for Sebastian. Such an opposite duo made a seemingly perfect combination.

“Lunch is ready.” Mey -Rin informed them politely, offering a hand to raise them to their feet.

“I’ll see you later, Lizzy. Enjoy the meal!” Y/N patted the young girl’s hair before waltzing to the area of the yard where Pluto was being given his food by Sebastian. His tall figure watched in disgust as the dog hogged down ever ounce.

“Awh! Look at the owner tending to his adorable puppy. You truly are a complex demon, my love.” She cooed to tease her mate.

Sebastian softly smiled at her presence so near him after all, he hadn’t seen her in a few hours and was craving her closeness, “Rather have little kittens but Ciel chose to keep this beast and entrust him to me. He eats like a monster.”

She snorted in amusement at his utter dislike for the hellhound, “Not all creatures are graceful. Just look at our servants, for example. Skilled fighters; yes.. still failures with domestic tasks. Hmm, nothing we cannot handle though.”

“Indeed, my love.”

Y/N gazed at the grassy area where the table was, the young betrothed couple eating with some conversation in the mix. How did Elizabeth’s positive mood stay lit around that grim little boy? He was also so full of hatred that it was honestly sort of a drag to be around. She wouldn’t get his soul so the desire to be pleasant with him wasn’t as strong as Sebastian’s. He always gave her warning glances when she was close to putting that kid in her place.

His tone and degrading words thrown at her mate enraged her. Sebastian was too powerful and far too skilled to deal with Ciel acting like his butler was mediocre. Time after time did Sebastian save the day but that was never good enough. It seemed nothing ever was unless his Elizabeth was involved.

“Ciel has business to attend in London tomorrow and he requests you accompany us this time.” Sebastian’s words sounded like a statement but she knew he truly was letting this decision rest in her hands.

Ciel may have Sebastian under his control, but Y/N wasn’t part of their contract so he had no say what she did. And being equals with Sebastian meant the demon never ordered her around. He respected her and honestly feared her enough to know better than to even try. His mate was his pride and joy- even Ciel couldn’t invade in their relationship.

“Very well. Would you like me to join?” She asked.

Sebastian’s gloved fingers tilted her head slightly upwards to lock their matching red eyes together, his thumb rubbing intoxicatingly up and down her jaw. He smirked at her surprised reaction before moving his lips to drag along the shell of her ear as his hand trailed down to gently rest on her neck, “I crave your body next to mine at all times.”

Y/N tilted her head back as his hot tongue licked behind her ear before he stepped back completely, a smug expression resting on his chiseled face. She narrowed her ruby red eyes at her mate, “You are most cruel.”

“Not cruel, I’m simply one hell of a butler.”

She hummed softly, shaking her head in disbelief, “You’re enjoying this contract too much.”

Sebastian raised his eyebrows mischievously, “Nonsense, my dear Y/N. I am only doing what is expected of a decent butler while I play the part as one.”

She rolled her eyes, “You’re way more than a measly butler Sebastian, don’t forget that. Now I have an order of my own, give your mate a kiss. You owe me one after that teasing stunt you just pulled.”

“As you wish.” He mumbled, grasping her tightly in his arms as he connected his lips with hers, pulling out a sigh of relief from his precious mate. Bodies melted into one as his tongue proded between her lips, slipping in to rub against hers. He pulled back with one last kiss, thumb rubbing against her cheek lovingly.

“No amount of years will ever be enough to fulfill my love for you.” Sebastian declared, causing her to feel warmth in her chest.

“Oh, Sebastian.” She whispered, wrapping her arms around his waist, burying her face in his chest. As tender as the moment was, she could not miss out on a teasing jab to dish out his way. One that would surely fluster him in turn, “I bet you say the same thing to Grell.”

“Y/N. We were having such a nice moment and you had to go and ruin it by revolting implications. Do you truly think so little of me?” He was not pleased and it only made her rumble with laughter.

“I know, my dear. I simply could not help myself. Grell’s adoration for you is unwavering, even when I am around. That grim reaper does not resist and I had to joke about it or else anger would consume me.” She said, hands tightening on the grasp of his shirt at the images of Grell flirting carelessly with her mate.

“I am forever yours.”

She grinned, “As I am forever yours.”

Brother Of Mine (Part 2)

Sebastian Michaelis x Phantomhive!Reader

Synopsis: While in America, you caught news of your family perishing in a fire, all except for one survived. Coming home was difficult, but the new Butler seemed to make it more interesting.

Part 1Part 2

Tears formed in your eyes as you walked through the old garden, the same one you used to run through all those years ago. You could feel the eyes of the butler, Sebastian, on you as you walked. It should have creeped you out, but you found comfort in the attention as if he was guarding you against something you couldn’t see.

Sebastian cocked his head at your blatant disregard for your surroundings, taking note of how the young master warned him of your… personality. You didn’t care for royalty, money, dresses, or dances, and by the way that his supersonic ears picked up on your sniffling, you were happier in the US.

“I want you to watch out for my sister.” The young master had ordered. While you didn’t know of this arrangement, you weren’t an idiot.

“So, he set you up to follow me?” You whispered out into the air, dropping down to your knees to touch the stream below. Sebastian moved from his spot behind the trees, brows furrowed at how you could have known he was there. From the sound of it, you were quite unaware of your surroundings, but it would seem that your time in the States changed that.

“I lived in Manhattan for 5 years, I know a creeper when I see one” you joked as you turned your head to look at Sebastian. A small smile was on your lips, despite the act that your eyes and nose were red from crying. “Yes, the young master asked for me to keep an eye on you… I heard you crying, are you okay my lady?”

Your smile turned into a small frown at his words, the aching feeling in your chest coming back full force as you turned back to the water below. Looking at yourself in the water made you realize just how sad you looked, “Just missing home…”

“But you are home?”

“No… This was my home until Ciel was born, then it became my nightmare.” Sebastian squared his shoulders at your words, if you were a threat to his young master he would have to deal with you. “I love my brother though, so if returning to my ‘home’ is what makes him happy then I will gladly be sad for the rest of my days. I just want Ciel to be smiling”

Sebastian relaxed, head nodding as he finally understood your hatred for something that wasn’t Ciel’s fault. “I see you don’t like dresses” Sebastian called out teasingly, pointing at the dirty hemline of your dress that was currently in the water. You shot a shit-eating grin, happy to meet someone who understood you and your antics. “Hate them! I’d rather wear pants, but if Ciel wants me to wear dresses, then I will do as I’m told… But that doesn’t mean I have to treat the dresses as something sacred. It’s just fabric.” You laughed at the end of your sentence, standing up and kicking at the water as if to prove your displeasure for the frilly fabric.

Sebastian’s lips curled into a smirk at your playful mood, it was quite a change of pace from his master’s melancholy mood. “I’m sure the young master would like to have you join him for dinner, shall we be heading back my lady?”

You nodded solemnly at the words before lifting your dress and moving towards him. “Don’t tell Ciel about any of this… He doesn’t know of my hatred for Father, and I don’t want him to” you whispered out seriously hand trailing up Sebastian’s arm to firmly rest on his bicep. He looked down at you quizzically but nodded nonetheless, he had a feeling he was going to like you.

Part 1Part 2

A/n: just a little snippet. But I have more!

The carriage rumbled to a stop on the gravel driveway, the silence filling with the sound of your beating heart as you looked at the mansion before you. It had been years since you left, a bad falling out with your father driving you to flee across the sea to the United States. You missed your mother and brothers, but now that you stood here in front of the mansion that held only one brother did you feel that ache.

“Your luggage Lady Phantomhive” the driver called out, handing you the only suitcase you owned. You left without money and returned without money. Money never mattered to you anyway. “Thank you…” you stated sweetly, lips curling into a smile at the old man who took you home for free. Turning back to the mansion, you took a deep breath and climbed the stairs. Putting on a smile, you pushed the door open.

The mansion was the same, down to the little details on the molding. It would seem as if the mansion you grew up in wasn’t burnt down at all, but you could tell by the smell that this was not the mansion you loved. “Oh! Hello there but who are you?” A lady, the maid you would have guessed, called out. The excitement in you clouded your judgment and you walked past her, muttering to yourself about where your brother was. The maid followed you quickly, her voice getting more excited the farther you traveled in the mansion.

You would have felt bad and told her who you were, but you just wanted to see him. “I’m guessing he’s in father’s study, which would be right over…. ah! There” your hand grasped the doorknob with delight, “WAIT MISS YOU CANT BOTHER THE YOUNG MASTER!!!!”

Ignoring her once more, you pushed open the door and entered swiftly into the room. Silence filled the room as a black haired man stormed over to you, anger in his eyes as his hand came out to grab you.

“No! Don’t touch her!”

You jumped back a bit from the dark haired man who now housed a look of confusion on his sharp features. Peering over his shoulder, you caught a glimpse of Ciel standing by the desk, eyes wide and mouth agape. Your lips curled into a smile as you brushed past the dark haired man, cooing Ciels name as you opened your arms to cuddle him. Ciel, despite his embarrassment, let you scoop him up in your embrace. It had been 5 years since you’d last seen the child, and you missed him every second. “My Ciel. I have missed you” you cooed, tears forming in your eyes as you rocked back and forth.

“Young Master, do you mind telling us who she is?” Someone called out. Ciel pulled back from your embrace, face red from embarrassment.

“She’s my sister”

Many didn’t believe you when you said you didn’t attract danger. It just found you wherever you were.

When you began working at the Phantomhive mansion, that didn’t change.

Even though Ciel had Sebastian accompany him almost everywhere, he also had you accompany him with Sebastian.

You soon found out that trouble also seems to follow Ciel and Sebastian around.

You didn’t know what made you do it, but every time you faced danger, you made some funny comments.

More often than not, it seems to worsen the situation, which wasn’t ideal.

You had once dropped some plates working with Mey-Rin. Knowing you would be punished by Sebastian, you sarcastically told Mey-Rin where your will was and that you loved working with her.

That only seemed to panic Mey-Rin even more, and she started scrabbling around the place.

That wasn’t the best day ever.

Now today, you were accompanying Ciel and Sebastian on business.

A man had contacted the Phantomhive mansion, saying he wanted to work with them.

Ciel already knew the man wouldn’t be working with them, but he had to see what the man had to offer.

When you three greeted the man, he seemed full of himself, quickly disregarding you and Sebastian.

His behavior didn’t seem to bother Ciel, which made you wonder if he had to deal with people who were like this regularly.

After the man had made his offer to Ciel, he was downright offended that the Phantomhive family didn’t want to work with him at all.

“How can you say no! My product is the finest in the industry!” The man shouted and raised his arms.

“That may be, but we already have skilled people making this kind of product. I don’t see the need to hire someone like you.” Ciel told him bluntly, as he always did.

“You’re just a kid. You don’t know quality when you see it.” The man huffed and continued to glare at Ciel.

“My, you seem rather joyous to be around.” You commented on the man’s behavior.

“What did you say, Gibface!” The angrily shouted at you and began walking towards you.

You had done it once again, which made the situation a lot more dangerous.

You retreated a little, afraid of what the man would do.

“Now now, good Sir, no need for violence.” Sebastian outstretched his arm to prevent the man from getting any closer to you.

“Get out of my way, you Ratbag!” The man swung his arm at Sebastian, but of course, Sebastian was a little faster.

“Sir, I would rather not have you lay a hand on my lover, or else I’m afraid I’ll have to resort to some rather unpleasant methods.” Sebastian’s eyes began to glow, and you knew what that meant.

You saw the man’s face contort into a grimace of hurt, indicating Sebastian had tightened his grip on the man.

“Sebastian! Y/n! Are you two coming? I have more errands to do!” You heard Ciel shout from outside the room.

Sebastian let go of the man, who looked at him with terror written all over his face. The man didn’t say anything. He just ran away while holding his arm.

“Yes, My Lord,” Sebastian said while straightening himself.

“Shall we go, My Love?” Sebastian offered you his arm and smiled at you.

“Yes, we shall.” You smiled back at him and took his arm.

“You must be more careful, My Love. You never know what kind of unsavory people you might meet.” Sebastian warned you, as he had done many times before.

“I know, Sebastian, but you know how I am when in a rather uncomfortable situation.” You sighed, knowing he was right.

“Hurry up, you two! I don’t have all day.” You two heard Ciel shouts again.

You two looked at each other and smiled.

“Yes, My Lord,” You both said and walked arm in arm towards your young master.

Though You laughed in the face of danger, Sebastian loved you all the same. Though he did have to save you sometimes from angry people, he’d never change anything about you.
