I choose to learn from the positive and negative events of the past so that I continue to make progress towards my bright future.

I dual on the past a lot. Especially if it wasn’t good. I’m trying to let go of that and heal. I’m trying to think of nothing but the postive now!

I am better than I was at this point last year, and I am becoming better and better with each passing day.

This time 4 years ago I was trying to rebuild myself. Trying to learn a lot about relationships and life and trying to me a mom of 2 now.
.
Now I am stronger more independent and know my worth. I will never be pushed or used again. I am way better then who I was years ago.
.
Make sure you are growing and learning. Push yourself daily. If you don’t put in the work you have no one to blame but yourself.
