I would strongly encourage anyone  who can, to switch over to following me on Instagram. The security seems to be tighter there. If you do not have a phone, my work can be viewed online here:  https://www.instagram.com/americansquares/

I’ve been makin’ short videos for Flung Magazine…here’s one about the coolest old bowling alley I ever did see.

So, after 12+ hours, I finally finished my latest art piece! It’s yet another one where I showcase/feature my current Cyberpunk brainrot child; my Corpo/Assassin V!

This time, in a bowling-alley carpet inspired shirt:

Check under the read more for the process, as well as a brief write-up and colouring timelapse!!!

I tried to incorporate a bunch of different colours and textures in the outfit, and just had an absolute blast with it all.

Here’s the (condensed) process:

Ended up doing alternating hairstyles because I just couldn’t decide on a favourite. It took a hell of a lot longer to have these alt versions, but I believe it was worth it; each of the styles brings out different colours in the shirt.

I also loved having hints of this V’s corporate background; in the luxurious gold and metallic parts, and their black cybernetics + makeup.

You can get an idea of how long this piece took. A labour intensive process…as most of my projects turn out to be…but also a labour of love. A year on, and my love for Cyberpunk hasn’t faded in the slightest; so I am definitely gonna continue developing this OC and their different styles through their story years.

To tacky shirts; the most underrated sector of fashion.
