No white after Labor Day? We say no way! The rule about wearing white after Labor Day is absolutely passe!
However, to pull the look off successfully, there are a few things you will want to keep in mind.
- Consider the fabric – think more wool than cotton with maybe a texture, not a flat weave.
- Choose a shade – stay away from stark white and look for shades of cream, ivory or stone
- Think about the article of clothing or shoes. After Labor Day, we suggest steering away from wearing white shorts or tanks but more appropriate Fall pieces.
Now you are set to rule white all year long!
