Don’t we all have this need to be alone sometimes?
I feel like my brain reaches a point when it can’t be around people anymore and I just have to get away from everyone and be alone. Do my own things, and recharge my batteries.
Have you ever felt like that? Not sure, let me tell you a few signs:
- you are constantly frustrated with even the tiniest things
- you cringe when the phone rings or you…
If being an adult is being responsible for oneself, one’s needs and one’s growth, why putting so much pressure on young people to fit a stereotype of “successful adult” ? Like, why would young people conform to the archetype of someone who’s mature enough to be above conformity ? Duh. Perfomative adults are so confusing. Leave us alone, you plucked birbs. We’ blooming, maybe differently than previous generations, but we are. Don’t lose your time and your self pretending you’re someone else. Being an adult is also acknowledging that we are all different. Happiness and success are proteiform and evolutionary.
