Recipe time! I thought I’d share my newest creation that I made today……. a vegan don’t be chicken caesar salad for lunch!
-Mixed greens -Homemade garlic croutons -Have a Heart vegan parmesan cheese shreds -a Wegmans Don’t Be Chicken style breast (baked & seasoned with lemon pepper) -Homemade vegan caesar dressing (raw cashews, water, EV olive oil, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, fresh garlic, Italian seasoning)
This caesar salad tasted just like a typical one, but it’s even better because it’s animal free AND healthier! I’m so proud of myself! My new favorite lunch! ❤️
