Chag Pesach Sameach, y'all! We had friends over for Passover, which was a delight, I proceeded to make more food than we needed, as is my want! Korean #ShortRibs (butcher was out of brisket, so I went the other kind of delicious braised beef) with #carrots, #raddish and #cabbage, a lovely cakey #potato #kugel, and #homemade #matzo. A wonderful meal for a wonderful evening! #JadziaCooks

I may be the only one who gets excited for these #mushroom #tacos, but I am right to get excited, because they are delicious! Roasted and seasoned #portabello ‘shrooms served with #cheddar, #lettuce, raw onions and #homemade #PickledPeppers. Served on homemade #tortillas, as that is the only was to do #TacoTuesday! #JadziaCooks
