621 RESIDENTIAL ECO Building Apartments are officially available for those interested! Rent for sims will be from 1894 - 5343 simoleans! The Penthouse is the fully furnished one, with a spectacular outdoor area and the best views. You can see the photosHERE.
There are two more apartments, with the same distribution. The community zone includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna and small gym with TV. And lets not forget the handsome concierge at the entrance, to assist you with anything you might need. There is a bike/electric scooter parking outside as well.
Remember, if you would like your sims to move into the fully furnished version as seen in pictures, be sure to turn on cheats and follow the instructions below
Hold CTRL + SHIFT + C
Type in boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true
Press enter
Shift + Click the furnished apartment door
Select Move In… Fully Furnished
IMPORTANT:In the .rar file you will find TS2 Clean Installer file and a folder with all the meshes. Put that folder in your downloads folder, so that there are no blue flashings. And make sure you use the Clean Installer - 99% is CC and high-polysoUSE WITH CARE!

Just in case you needed a sexy hunky but still elegant and classy neighbor for Mayflower 1828 Apts I decided to share my 2nd Sim. His name isHuntley, meaning ‘’from the hunter’s meadow’’ - implying a macho personality. Yes, I am a sucker for pretentious snobby names. He is a Leo, with Popularity aspiration, attracted to charm and creativity…and turned off by plant people. If you want him, he is yours for grabs, packed with his sexy sleek business suit. And that delicious jaw of his!

A true Sunday miracle! After receiving so many messages of support in my struggle to convert this lot, I decided to try one more time - and somehow I managed it, after making some architectural changes. However, the vibe and aesthetics are still the same.
The Mayflower 1828 Apartments are officially available for those interested! Rent for sims will be from 910 - 3227 simoleons! Apartment B is the fully furnished one. You can see the photos HEREandHERE.(These are before the changes!)
There are two more apartments, one of which is more like a studio - for those Sims who love the lifestyle but can’t afford the space. The community zone includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, yoga studio, two full bathrooms and a back garden.

I wasn’t that thrilled with the white bedroom you saw in the previous post…it just didn’t feel like it belonged in this apartment. I am so much happier with this version. The on-suite in tropical inspired oasis, with bottles of champagne cooling by the bathtub. And a safe behind the plant because who ever lives in this apartment, likes to bathe with their diamonds on, sipping the bubbly.
I am also sharing some exterior images as well as the grand glass dome staircase that took a lot of work to place and recolor. :)
IMPORTANT-it’s not all unicorns and rainbows. I am having BIG issue with the lot conversion from residential into apartment. It says there is invalid apartment on the lot and I tried deleting arches and doors and moving things around - so far was not able to make them all work properly. Also, this apartment has the bedroom on a different floor, and in every scenario with lot zoning rooms are still furnished and the furniture does not disappear. Super frustrating! So, there will be no sharing until I figure it out.

So, this is my progress so far on the Apartment B in my Mayflower 1828 building. As you can see, I just started with the bedroom and I still have the on-suit left. These are in game pics, as I see them while decorating, no filters, no re-shades.
You can also notice that 99% of it is CC, which does worry me a bit. There are two more apartments, one of which is more like a studio - for those Sims who love the lifestyle but can’t afford the space. I have the community zone already decorated, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, yoga studio, two full bathrooms and a back garden. If I decorate all of them, the file would be MASSIVE and CC heavy and could even break my computer or burn my weak integrated graphic card. It is only 2x3 but I believe I will only do one and if I share it, leave the other two for those who download and wish to decorate them.

I’ve binge-watched the first three seasons of this amazing show and now I am controlling myself with the 4th one, trying to watch only two a day!!!
Then I wanted to make Tahani Al-Jamil for my game (yes, she’s my fav), the result is more Priyanka than Jameela but I guess it is what it is! I don’t hate it.
