Another in the series of 2 piece planters I’ve been working on. This design features a wide rimmed pot set atop a metallic black base. The base serves as a pedestal for the pot while also functioning as a catch plate to accommodate water drainage. Available, please DM for info.

From @river.ceramics I finally found a way I can start to make better process videos for you guys I went ahead and purchased the @shopcanvas.co light, and although I haven’t got everything sussed about best video practices etc, I’m hoping I’ll get there soon enough, to share some of the process, tips and mesmerizing time lapse imagery!
This first video (sped up x 10) is from today, where I am carving the ‘Garden’ design of a mug using the Sgraffito method. In this case I am using blended slips that I have processed myself as surface decoration. I hope you enjoy!
