The Monument Quilt: A public healing space by and for survivors of rape and abuse. The Monument Quilt is an on-going collection of stories from survivors of rape and abuse. Written, stitched, and painted onto red fabric, our stories are displayed in city and town centers to create and demand public space to heal. The quilt resists the popular and narrow narrative of how sexual violence occurs by telling many stories, not one. The quilt builds a new culture where survivors are publicly supported, rather than publicly shamed.

As much as I say be better and mean it, that also means you can see when personalities (or any other idiosyncrasies you and someone may have) don’t line up, and you can say no too.
This also goes for the reverse ofc, and when someone is uncomfortable, doesn’t vibe with whatever, just accept it, man. It’s not the end of the world. Everyone’s different! You can be friends!

The cutscenes in Story of Seasons are usually fun little moments, but this was a complete tonal shift from the rest of the game. I don’t know why this was in the game at all.
There’s additional dialogue that pretends to dress it up and put a lighthearted spin on it, but this still felt like a dude creeping on his daughter’s friend, and both conclusions are upsetting.
